I worked with Isaiah at DeHaan who helped me pick out the perfect vinyl plank flooring. The service was great, install was beautifully done, and I love my new floors. Definitely recommend!

When I received a quote I was informed that it would be good for a year, I visited the store in person 6 months later which I will agree they have amazing designs for flooring but the customer service I received with my first visit wasn’t the best. We took a few samples and the lady that assisted us stated that the quote I received was still good. Fast forward, I go in the following day to get new options and finally make a decision and was informed that my quote was no longer good and I needed to get a new one and the price I was quoted would increase. (Still waiting to receive a call back as I asked to speak with someone higher or the person that actually gave me the quote to better understand how their word could just change) I rather take my loyalty to a business that can keep their (Promise) word.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in setting up a rapid installation for us. Excellent installation also.

We have used DeHaan several times for our flooring needs over the past 10 years. Recently, we used them for carpet in our basement. They have competitive pricing and they have exceptional customer service. I recommend DeHaan for all flooring needs.

We were very happy with the in-store selection, service by the sales reps on the floor, quality of flooring, and superb installation. They do need to keep track of their inventory more closely as our installation date was cancelled and rescheduled with less than a 24 hour notice due to lack of supplies.

Wonderful customer service! So helpful and attentive

We were not greeted upon arrival. We accidentally ran into a staff member who seemed irritated when we asked for help. Did not show us a single piece of flooring, literally said “oh they’re mixed in over there and over here, just look at them” We are not contractors, we don’t know what all the codes mean, what a ridiculous way to conduct customer service. As we wandered the store three women sat at their desks, did not assist us, did not ask if we had questions and most certainly couldn’t be troubled to say bye. The only thing I can say was that the store was clean and organized.

The sales rep was exceptional. Installation was timely and the installer was helpful, friendly and responsive to our questions. Very happy with the whole experience.

From the design through the installation everyone was great to work with! Responsive and helpful in selecting finishes for our kitchen and quality install work. Highly recommend!

We were very pleased with both the purchasing process, as well as the installation. No one at DeHaan was pushy or sales-ee at all, and they accommodated all our questions as first time carpet buyers. The price was moderate, but not sky high, and I do believe you get what you pay for, but only to a point. We felt as though they were honest with us every step of the way. It was a really nice experience.

Love Dehaan’s, professional group of people working in a store filled a vast selection of quality floorings and tiles, so many to select at so many price points, everyone is helpful and not pushy, they’re there to help you make your selections for whatever project you’re working on! I like that they’re also honest, I selected a backsplash that was back ordered for months instead of leading me on they told me as soon as they were informed because of CV19 there was a long delay. It can be rather overwhelming making a final decision on what is your best option for your home. They will help to show what your best options are to keep you near/under your budget. They were very helpful & patient through the decision process! We just got the carpet in yesterday and they did a wonderful job! Good experience, despite a temporary concern when they misunderstood the selected installation date, and then had to scramble to find an installer available on that date. It all turned out well in the end, though.

I chose to use DeHaan because they installed my mothers flooring and she liked them very much. I was very happy with their service. There was a problem with the removal of my existing flooring (totally my fault) but they took care of everything, including bumping some jobs to get me rescheduled quickly. The guy that did the install was very professional and worked quickly while still paying attention to details to make sure I was happy with the way my floors looked. I am very happy with the service I received and the finished product.

The price was reasonable and comparable. We did the demo ourselves and they graciously answered any and all of our questions that we had about that. Installers did an awesome job. Worked with Kelli of Just Floors for selection of LVT for kitchen area (kitchen, small eating area, 3 closets), 1/2 bath and basement steps. She was very good about understanding what I was looking for and explaining my flooring options. Mike from DeHaan Tile & Floor Covering did an excellent job laying the tile and the sheet vinyl for the steps. He was clean and neat. Completed job within estimated time.

We recently worked with DeHaan a large project involving traditional hardwood flooring, floor tile, shower tile, kitchen backsplash tile, and carpet. We were extremely impressed with the installation and it is clearly evident DeHaan employs the best. There were several times in which the installers knew that the final appearance would not be correct unless we resolved a structure or misc issue. Throughout the entire process we worked directly with Jeron. We were very impressed with his quick follow-ups, recommendations, and passion for ensuring everything was the way we wanted it. I am beyond thrilled with our new hardwood flooring installed by DeHaan Flooring. They were helpful and patient from the first time I stepped into their showroom. The entire process took about 6-8 months. So very patient!!It took me a long time to decide on the proper type of flooring for my desires and needs. There were many conversations had about flooring type, design and layout possibilties. My rep/estimator Jeron was extremely helpful when it came to coming up with some creative options for our stairway. He listened to what I really wanted but knew I was shooting to keep it within a reasonable price. Never once did I feel pushed or rushed to make a decision.Finally when it came to instalation day I was beyond impressed with my installer Aaron. He was extremely detailed and again very patient with all my questions and ideas. He knew I was hoping to skip t-molding strips where our new flooring and old tile would meet up. I wanted as smooth and seamless of a look as possible. He wouldn’t give up even when we realized the preexisting flooring wasn’t cut very well and would make it more difficult. He went above and beyond what I know most out there would. I am a detailed and kind of picky person and would notice things most wouldn’t. He didn’t just zip through the install to get it done, he took his time and it shows in his beautiful work.I am just so impressed and please with my service all the way around. So much so, that we are having more done soon! I would absolutely recommend Dehann Flooring without a doubt to anyone who asks.
