Single father of four went in for a replacement cooler line buy radiator priced at 550 plus tax. Went back my car was vandalized and stuff was stolen and now its not even salvageable and the price to repair is over $3,500. Extremely saddened by what has just happened they wont fix the problem they wont do nothing about it. Which they said its happened before to take them to small claims court and good luck. Im at a complete loss. Itd be nice to have my things replaced Im out a complete car. If theres a way to give zero Stars I would have. If anybody has any advice of what I should do please let me know Im at a complete loss

I went in to have someone check out a vehicle I was looking at buying. They were very helpful, informative, courteous and honest. The price was very reasonable too. When they were done they sent me a copy of the report to look over that had pictures and everything that they covered. I was very pleased with their service. If I’m out that way again I would definitely go there again.

I went in to get an alignment. Also mentioned I thought I had a wheel bearing going out. It was not a bearing, it was my tyrod. Im so glad I went it because they fixed my tyrod and my antilock brake sensor that had gone out and was causing braking issues. Honest guys, great service and they get you right in. I will be using them again in the future.

Went to 3 other places and couldnt figure out noise coming from front end. Meineke fixed the problem within 20 min. Will never go anywhere again!!!

We were very pleased with our experience at this Meineke on Division St. We brought in a used camper van that we were considering buying for an inspection. It was an older vehicle, and it was important to us to know what we were getting into. The staff was very thorough and communicated their conclusions about the car in detail. This was not the typical auto inspection, and they really went the extra mile. We appreciate it!

These guys were awesome. Gave me a straight assessment of my brakes and exhaust system, and worked with me when I had issues with a card limit. Got my brakes done in half the time they told me it would take because Jeff stepped in back to help out when he wasnt trying to manage the front of the shop. These guys work their tails off. Jeff was very efficient and fair with pricing, I was afraid of a place that would try to sell you more than what you need and he put my mind at ease. A repair I thought would cost me hundreds of dollars ended up not and he was very fast at it, I waited less than an hour. I highly recommend this place and will be back.

Service was excellent. They didnt try to sell things I didnt need. Price was best I have found for a Basic oil change. I made appointment and was in and out in about 20 minutes. Jeff, service manager, is excellent.

I had my car in for brake work, which they did a great job on. I was disappointed to find out my car was low on oil when looking at my car report email (a picture of my dip stick was included). When they called to give me a price for the brake work there was no mention of low oil. Even if they were booked maybe offer to top it off for an extra charge or just gave me a heads up.

Service was done on time and I was treated with dignity and respect. I appreciated their courtesy and will glad call them again for future repairs.

The guys working in the shop are very courteous, professional and friendly. They got our repairs done quickly and well. I will definitely go there again.

Dont bother letting these people touch your car let alone tires or wheels. Damaged paint on all four wheels didnt tell me until after I paid them $86 for mounting and balancing. One was flat when I got home. Two weeks later same tire goes flat again had to pay for a tow home and have someone else dismount the tire because they were closed on a Monday. Complete deniability of the work done and wouldnt take responsibility for the damage done to my tire or wheels. These tires were mine, I bought them new and they try to blame me for the tires condition. No self respecting buisness is going to blame their coustomers let alone tell me the tire looked like this before it was mounted and then install it! Buisnesses like this should be held accountable. $194 run flat tire ruined!

Check engine came on far away from home and im happy it happened 2 miles away from this business. It was 7 am and nobody was open. As i called around 8am everyone kept saying theyll try to get me in and many said they can a week away. This company called someone to come in, called me back, and said they can get it done asap due to my circumstances. They then worked on my car problems in a timely manner. During my wait they offered to drive me to work or wherever i needed to go. This company is the best car place in the area and the best customer service ive ever experienced with a mechanic.

They couldn’t figure out what was wrong and spent hours looking super great people only charged me $50

People were friendly and I assume the work was done well. The price was very reasonable. I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. The car was brought in an hour and 20 minutes after my appointment, so the total time was two hours.

We had our brakes done and starter replaced. I worked with Jeff who is a true professional, respectful, and easy to work with.

Over all decent experience, was told lug but rusted right off of the rim, however I could tell it was HIGHLY stripped, even though I am female I defiantly could tell it was an extra charge kind of thing because naturally it’s impossible for it to be stripped how it was without extreme direct force. Other than that my brakes were fixed and work well!

These guys are very honest. Brought my car in for a brake wear pad light on channel past has Mount new pads. They told me that there was too much brake dust on the sensor and thats why the light came on on the dash. Could have charged me for new pads and didnt. They clean off the sensor and sent me home.. I went in yesterday for a semi blend synthetic oil change. $21.90 sounds. You cant go wrong at this Meineke.

Got a free oil change for veterans day ,but Im going to pay for the up grade next year.

I was robbed by Meineke. Came in for overheating, was given a tune up and took my emergency funds. Returned the Jeep to me still overheating. My husband and i did take a moment to try to figure things out but the bottom line is that Meineke did nothing to correct the issue. Corporate did message me after my last review, for what? I do not know. They offered no help and said Jeff would take another look. He refused to correct his error and would only review the work he had done. We were asked to leave the store or they would call the cops. Obviously we are upset. We have been taken advantage of and now we have no money to correct the situation. Jeff then offered a radiator flush for discount, I refused and took it to a real mechanic. Guess what? It was a head gasket the whole time. I dont have the time or funds for you to play a guessing game.
