Ive taken a couple cars there that most dealerships around here dont seem to want to deal with (Scion FR-S & Fiat Spider). Theyve been great every time Ive gone there. Very professional and nice people. Decent prices. I do recommend.

We’ve gone there for years, however Adam is no longer with them and it seems to have made a huge difference. Our Car was promised by end of business Friday. Called them before 5 o’clock and they said it wouldn’t be ready until Monday. Had to postpone weekend trip. When we called on Monday the bill was way over the quoted price when I ask why it was over he was rude. When you are paying a 1600 dollar I would think an explanation would not be unreasonable. I realize everyone has a bad day...but sheesh 1600 is a lot of money to me. 780 dollars of it was labor

Amazing place to have your car repaired! They diagnosed and fixed an electrical problem with my Honda alternator at a much lower cost than if they had simply said I needed a new alternator - like the dealer said. Honest, efficient and deffinitely know what they are doing. Have been here other times and its always the same. If you want great service and someone you can trust, Jeff is the guy to call. His techs are really good at their trade and willing to explain what they find. Cant say enough good. Im grateful!

Secret to living with high mileage cars is finding competent folks to work on your vehicle.... and they do not exist at the local dealership... well drive a 2008 Toyota Highlander and a 2004 Toyota Tundra... and this place keeps them humming along perfectly.

Had a SES light on in my Honda for poor emissions. They could not find an issue, cleaned what they could and reset the code. Paid close to $100 for the service. Light came back on 4 weeks later. I Googled issue. Went to local Auto Parts store and bought a replacement gas cap ($11) Swapped the seal rings of the caps. Light went out and has not been a problem. Going on the 5th week now. Felt like they did the basics and were not interested in me as a customer. Usually go to another shop in town. I moved and they moved further away so I gave these guys a chance because they are around the corner. I will be driving across town back to my old shop to get the service I deserve.

Spoke with Adam about a transferrable warrenty from a previous auto shop on my tires because I had picked up a nail on my way home from work. He helped me get that squared away and brought me in that day to get it plugged but the warrenty company said they wanted it replaced anyway. So he ordered the new tire while I was there to get the old tire fixed. The tire showed up the next day and they squeezed me in before they closed to get it swapped out. Gave me a great price on labor and were extremely fast and on point from start to finish. 100% would recommend Cascade Atomotive.

Ive been in twice now and am impressed with their service AND attention to customer needs. Both times I was offered a ride into my office, knowing that I needed to get into work. I had my breaks and calipers replaced elsewhere and I went to drive my kids to grab lunch ( we had a rough day) and just wanted some fresh air. I noticed my vehicle was making a grinding noice and it got worse as I kept driving , my neighbor told me to take it to Jeff before calling a tow truck. I’m glad I did, my vehicle wasn’t back together safely and they put it back correctly and got it done quickly. I am so thankful for them. I am also thankful nothing happened to me and my kids while driving unsafe.

Stopped by Cascade Automotive Services, my car window would NOT go up and it was going to pour. They were slammed busy and the Owner, Jeff couldnt get me in, but he took a look at it anyways. Jeff fixed it in less than 5 minutes and I was on my way. I appreciate him taking the time out his busy day to accommodate me. I had great service and would definitely recommend them to anyone and I will be back!

I have brought many vehicles to have work done and I am never disappointed with their work or their pricing.

Since moving to the Grand Rapids area I went from repair shop to repair shop looking for a place that did great work and had fair prices. Went a decade before finding Cascade Automotive and now that is where I take my vehicles. They accurately diagnose the issues, fix things right, all at the reasonable price. I really have to say I have a pretty long history of distrust for auto shops, these guys however, rock. Very welcoming feeling walking through the door and they really make you feel like they ACTUALLY CARE about your car, AND your business. My mother and I were on a roadtrip passing through the area and had some odd brake sounds and she brought the car by on a super busy day. The team spent more than 30min examining and driving the car before sending us on our way and refusing to let her pay anything. I wish it were always that easy to find a good and honest shop!

Stopped by to see if they could take a moment to see what the loud rattling under my vehicle was. I never asked them to fix anything, but they ended up fixing the issue anyway within 20 minutes. I insisted to at least pay them for their time, but they didnt want a dime. Glad to be reminded characters like that are still out there

After a bad experience with a company in Kentwood I took my car to Cascade Automotive, Jeff and the team repaired the work the kentwood company was supposed to have done and more for less than what I paid originally. I remember driving away from the kentwood company thinking my car felt worse than when it came in. They were supposed to fix an oil leak, but in the weeks after it was worked on I was pouring oil into engine almost weekly. I was told I had a control arm issue and would have been charge full replacement costs if I did not want a second opinion. Jeff called me asking about the control arm informing me that the control arm had been undone and it just needed to be tightened back up. He fixed the leaks and the car now runs smoothly. I am extremely thankful for Jeff and his team at Cascade Automotive I really felt like they were honest when my previous experience left me feeling deceived.
