Called Monday and got my car in the same day. They had to order the parts but had my car fixed and ready to go by Thursday. Bryce and Alex are very professional. Dan I believe is the one who fixed my car and did a great job. It was kinda pricy but worth it for a honest mechanic. The way they go about Business is far more greater than the other known competitors. They take pics of everything and show where the problem is. It’s a peace of mind and over all great how they conduct business and have everything set up. Definitely recommend

I was able to walk right in have some one immediately attend to my questions, tell me they would look at my vehicle and got back to me first be text ten with a follow up call (ALL WITHIN AN HOUR!), with what my care needed, pricing and how long it would take to have it ready. My car started experiencing some issues out of nowhere and I needed to get it taken care of quickly so I could keep getting to work . Not only did they get my car in their shop on short notice, but they also finished all the work in less than one day. The staff were very friendly and professional. They were able to clearly explain exactly what I needed and why. I appreciate the quality customer service as well as the quality of work they did on my car. I have to add bonus points for the fact that they are very quick to follow up with you if you have any concerns. I would recommend coming here for pretty much anything you need.

2nd time using them since they changed owners. Wasnt happy the 1st time at all but I gave them a second chance. After doing small repair the left my doors unlocked and my hood latch up. I wouldnt recommend them to fix my worst enemy car

Their inspection revealed my vehicle was in dire need of new brake pads and control arms (two important things to have in order before making a trip back to Texas!). I haven’t had a reliable mechanic in Grand Rapids, and after using All Auto (on East Leonard) I will never go anywhere else! They seemed to be honest, did not overcharge (according to a basic google search), and repaired my car the same day I dropped it off after being told it may take until the next day. I’m very impressed with them and they will see me again. :)

The place I normally take my car for oil changes is closed right now. I brought me car here and had a great experience! They were very professional and courteous. Great service, I brought my truck in thinking it needed a flywheel and ready to spend the money to have it done, they checked it out and found that it didnt need that and fixed it for much cheaper, great honest service here!

Replaced my head gasket here and 4 years later still holding strong not to mention they had one of the best prices. Also had my brakes done here. they told me the price before they did the work. When I came in to pick my car up. they had the final price a bit more expensive but when asked they changed to the original price because the owner truly is a man of his own word.

I moved to grand rapids a few years ago, and have been taking my vehicles to them that entire time. The first thing that stood out was the cleanliness of the shop, always a good sign! Then the manager was more than fair with his pricing, and gavr several options. (He did this without knowing i knew my fair share about auto repair). Timliness was great and the problems were always fixed as described to me.

I am a single woman so trying to figure out which garage to trust is a big deal for me...I can not say enough good things about All Auto Care. They have worked on my truck several times and have been more than fair, curtious and gotten me back on the road in a timely manner. This is my forever garage!

Weve used these guys a couple of times and had nothing but issues. Tires not going on right and going flat with brand new tires. The last straw was reserving a uhaul through them. Our confirmation email and everything else confirmed our pick up with them and when my boyfriend got there the guys said it was at the 28th street location despite proof. When we got to 28th street they confirmed our reservation was indeed at the original location and this guy pulls this all the time. Dont waste your time with this location for anything.
