Family owned? Maybe by the John Gotti family! Bunch of mechanics sitting around saying how busy the were at 10:00 in the morning. Gave me some BS estimate for $1000 for brake work without even looking at my vehicle. Save yourself the attitude and time and take your vehicle to Midas on 28th street. $400 bucks and happy!!!!

Family owned business; takes pride in their work. I did not know I needed an alignment until my tire dealer pointed it out. Once these guys were done with the job I could immediately tell the difference driving out of their driveway. Very personable. Explained everything they did to me (I expressed an interest.) I was surprised at the reasonable rate I was charged (same price as the quote on the phone) especially when they told me how much time they spent on the vehicle.

Scott and Nathan recently worked on my 2017 Ford F450 and did a wonderful job. The truck was not tracking straight on the road and I made an appointment to get the front end aligned and looked at. Scott found some worn parts and took the time to show me the faulty parts and the unwanted movement in those parts. They explained everything they were doing and what repairs should be done. The repairs were done with care and several times either Nathan or Scott would stop and show me what they doing and why. I was very pleased with their honesty and willingness to explain all of the steps taken in the repair process. The truck drives great now and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend or use Accurate Alignment again.

Very happy with the work. Vehicle was vibrating badly, but now goes down the road beautifully. Although the repairs were costly and took over a week, Scott kept me informed and they took the time to show me the old parts and explain what had to be replaced.

They have over a 2 week wait for an appointment.

I took my car to Accurate Alignment after taking it to two different shops and the dealership. I called shops and other dealerships, after everyone said there was nothing they could do to help me out, no adjustments, no shims, ect... Accurate Alignment took the extra time to find and create special shims for what I needed. They communicated well with me and had my car done in a timely fashion. I know that all my cars from now on will get their alignment done at Accurate Alignment. Exceptionable customer experience. They have just created a customer for life.

They fixed an issue Id been having with my rear alignment for years. Fox Ford kept telling me there was nothing wrong, but the rear of the car would fishtail at low speed if the road was at all slick, and I burned through rear tires like you wouldnt believe. Accurate Alignment fixed the problem the first time I took my car to them.
