Amazing customer service, worked with my schedule, and good value price for work done. My car wouldn’t start and every other shop in town that I called was fully booked for a month. They squeezed me into their schedule and got me up and running within a few days. I will be taking my business to them from now on!

Right as we were heading out for a road trip, our check engine light came on and found out we needed a new purge valve. After calling over 10 places with no luck to have this repair done last minute, when we called Quality Auto Service Tommy ordered the part while we were on the phone and get us in immediately. The mechanic was also awesome and we where in and out with a new valve within 15 minutes! Quality Auto Service and their guys literally saved our day and trip! Highly recommended!

This is an honest shop. Tommy took the time to make sure I understood what he fixed and why and what warning signs to watch for in case theres a deeper issue. The repair was affordable, and he told me hed work with me to get a deal if I do have to bring my car in again. I chose this place based on its great reviews and they are all true!

The guys at quality auto are by far the best mechanics Ive ever been too. They are honest an keep you up to date on whats going on with your vehicle so there are no surprises when you get your bill. They are always willing to explain in detail what they will be doing to correct whatever issue you brought your car in for. They have great customer service. Brought my vehicle to this establishment because it wouldn’t start, I asked them to fix the problem as well as find any significant problems wrong with my vehicle. I get my vehicle back a day later and not even 20 miles later.. (or 24 hrs at that) my vehicle starts to overheat, something it never has never done before in my possession! When i called the following morning to report the inconvenience, as well as request a discount/ money back the mechanic exploded in anger! As I tried to remain calm, the mechanic that specifically worked on my vehicle violently explained that I wouldn’t receive any discount nor money back for the random inconvenience they have caused simply because they turned my vehicle back on!! Overall, their service isn’t accurate, having to take my vehicle to more than one auto shop because of the trauma i endure under their care! I say this with certainty that they will never receive my business again! Thanks for nothing ;)

Exceptional service, I have an older vehicle (1991) that would not stay running and was told by another shop they could not fix it. Within 2 days of being at quality auto they had diagnosed and repaired the problem for a price I was completely satisfied with. They also performed a routine safety inspection to make sure my almost 30 year old wagon was in top shape.

Call in at 4:00pm to replace my rear passenger side shock mount. Was fix and out of there by 4:50pm. Great service, better prices! 10/10 recommend!

Been here a couple times now and everytime they go above and beyond. Doesnt matter if its help with issue or finance or a ride they have gone well above expectations everytime. Tommy was kind enough to work with the part supplier and got the warranty honored. He made the repair quickly so I could be on my way. This is a real deal auto service shop! Fast. Friendly. Affordable. Local. As a young woman in a city I am always anxious about taking my car in. When my brakes started doing something crazy I was panicked. All my family that knows about cars are hundreds of miles away and only so much can be done over the phone. I called Quality Tuesday afternoon and was on hold for a while but it wasnt anything unreasonable. Due to my work schedule I decided to bring in it at 8am Wednesday.As I handed my keys over I mentioned I had to work at noon and would like my car back as soon as possible. They were so understanding, even offering to drive me somewhere. I opted to wait the few hours it would take at a coffee shop a few blocks away. Within minutes they had my problem diagnosed and gave me a quote. They replaced my front wheel bearings, pads, and rotors in 3 hours for a reasonable and low price. I was able to drive to work and my anxiety has since dissipated. Ill definitely go back.

Top-notch service! Ive brought my car here for service in the past and always for oil changes. I checked their prices and they were always competitive and their service is excellent. Today really topped it though. Had a flat tire, my jack broke while changing it, and I was frustrated. I brought in the tire and they were able to fix it in minutes and get me back on my way. Such great people! I got a nail in my tire as I was bringing my daughter to an appointment at the hospital and they stayed open late and waited for me to get there because I live an hour away and had two kiddos with me. He patched my tire perfectly. I cannot be more appreciative!

He was very nice and helpful, didnt try to push a sale on anything I didnt need or anything like that, and genuinely seemed to care about my safety.(I hate that this even has to be said, but other women will probably understand what Im talking about...) I had to bring my car back a couple of times because after they fixed the clutch there were a few issues that needed to be dealt with. I had them also replace my timing belt since I was spending so much money on replacing the clutch, I had wanted the car to last with no more major fixes. It appears that they had difficulties with this item too and it took a lot longer than was to be expected. I would not recommend this mechanic to anyone. I feel they are untrustworthy and unprofessional. When I got my vehicle back after weeks of them working on it, it stunk of cigarette smoke and this is the car I drive my kids around in. My thoughts are that these people are very unprofessional and shady. Do not take your car there!

I initially had a problem with the work that was done and the owner was slow to get back to me. However, he eventually contacted me and fixed the problem.

I started taking my cars here for their $12.95 oil changes. I had them quote a couple of mechanical repairs and they came in the lowest. I used them and no problem...saved some money.Recently I took my car here because I was hit in a parking lot. My insurance adjuster told me he would pay to have my panel replaced but if a shop was able to fix it I should save around $1000. I already had an appointment setup with Quality and called to ask if they felt they could fix the panel opposed to replacing it. Debbie told me they had already planned on it and they could save me $275. I told them I was told I should be saving $1000. She started making up excuses. I took the car two other garages and was told they could save me $1100 & $1200. When I took my car in for my appointment I told Ralph the owner about the conversation. I said if you guys cant compete with the other places Ill need to go somewhere else. I wanted to give them my business because they had always been good about my mechanical work in the past. Ralph said they could save me around $1000.During the week they had my car I was given what I thought to be the nastiest car imaginable. It was filthy, shook down the road, had no air during one of the hottest weeks of summer, and had no radio. These are probably because the car was at least 15 years old. When I picked up my car it stunk like insulation, had an inch of dust sitting on it, and had paint overspray all over. In addition the blinker on the adjacent side of the was now not working. I looked at the panel they had worked on and it was awful. There were gaps in spacing where they did not realign the panel with the rest of the car, and they did not blend the paint.When I took the car back Ralph offered to take it back and redo the work. He did say that because the light was on the adjacent side it was not their fault. I opened my trunk and showed him where my carpet was taken down and not put back up, where someone had access to the second light. He didnt say anything and agreed to fix it. They gave me another loaner car worst than the first. I was scared to drive this one with because of how bad it shook. When I got it back the light worked, the over spray was buffed off, but everything else was still in poor condition. I asked about having it fixed and was told it would cost me more. Then he told me the panel was so badly damaged, that was the reason for it not being in line with the rest of the car. I asked, well if youre telling me you can fix it for more money, but the reason it was fixed correctly the first time is because it was damaged so badly...which is it? He was not happy and has since been unwilling to work with me in repairing the vehicle.Do not take your vehicle here. Youre going to save money, but its not worth it. You get what you pay for.
