I was very pleased with the service I received at Todd Wenzel Body Shop. The lady who served was very friendly and helpful. She gave me a loaner car at no charge. My car came.back in a timely manner and it looked just like new!

Not that I want to comment on a repair shop, as it only means that I had a accident, but this shop impressed me twice in the last few years. Both times were car-deer. They are always welcoming and provide good information on what is going to happen with the repairs. Work is spot on and paint is near factory finish. Very professional. Collusion repair on drivers door. Can not understand why you are sending me this survey on the 28th when I received no notice of completed work and had to travel to UP in our Trax. Car was not done by this date and I have not seen it??? I will be totally upset if someone dropped the ball as to its completion.

Todd Wenzel body shop did an excellent job in removing some extensive scratches on the hood of my (black) car. The fix was fast and very reasonable as I was paying out-of-pocket

The service/repair we had done was flawless! Could not have been done any better! Blake Miller, truly did an amazing job! Even under the extra burdens and constraints of the recent virus concern, Blake quickly, and very professionally, provided a repair estimate. He answered all of our questions, and, put our minds at ease. A very nice loaner was provided that met all of our needs while our vehicle was being repaired. Even under the the extra constraints of the virus situation, i.e., reduced hours and staff, parts availability, etc., the repair was completed in a very timely fashion, just as promised. Scheduling and coordinating the drop off and pick up our vehicle was amazing, with Blakes oversight, flexibility and superlative customer service! Accolades and kudos to the entire team!!

Body shop was great and took care of me. I was very impressed and would suggest them 100%. I wish the same could have been said for Todd Wenzel in hudsonville after my Malibu got totaled. Around 10 phones calls and couldnt get my original sales person or the sales manager to return my call.

I brought my 2020 GMC Terrain to Todd Wenzel Collision and Appearance Center and was met with the same great and professional service that I received at Todd Wenzel Buick GMC when I purchased the vehicle! They helped me navigate my insurance and were very easily to communicate with in fixing my vehicle! I will definitely bring my car back if necessary, just as I will always purchase vehicles from Todd Wenzel in the future!

The service team was very nice and my vehicle repair was done timely. However I made a request to have my vehicle detailed and was told it would not be a problem adding that service. However when I picked up my vehicle, the service was not completed. It was only after I inquired at pick up that I was told they didn’t complete. As a customer I shouldn’t have had to inquire at pickup and should have been notified when I received the call to pick up my vehicle that this service was not performed. I was quite disappointed to have my vehicle repaired and not even have a simple vacuum. In that instance I left unsatisfied. A simple solution would have been to notify customer unable to add service however assure customer that the service has been scheduled for a future date.

Caused damage and denying it. They compare those 2 pictures and came to conclusion that the damage was there before

Initial fix was fast. But they damaged a trim piece in the process. Now have been fighting with them for 4 weeks to get it fixed. Now when I call they see the caller id and send me to a voicemail that never gets me a return call. If I had a time machine I would go back in time and avoid this place and dealer completely. You screw up make it right, dont dodge your customers calls. I wish 0 stars was an option.

I have been to Todd Wenzel a number of times and I will always continue to go back there. Even though they are a larger auto group, I am always treated with respect and a family friendly attitude. I specifically ask for Chad whenever I go in because he does not waste my time and he communicates with me throughout the process. This past visit, I had accidentally left some things in my car that I needed for work and he left on his lunch break to come and deliver them to me. I know I’ll be taken care of at Wenzel.

Man, where to start. My truck smoked a deer and needed help. Took it to Todd Wenzel because they are big name and I expected great service, and BOY, I got great service. I left a voicemail after a few days looking for an update, got a call back with details on when to expect the work to be completed. Following week I actually got a call from a Chad saying my truck would be finished the following week. Long story short, got my truck back in perfect order. Nothing missing. No new problems. Drove off a happy camper. 10/10 would recommend.

Took my truck to Todd Wendell collision because they are a big name. I expected a great experience. I was greatly disappointed. I wanted to verify when to pickup my vehicle, I left 3 messages for Chad Kamps. It took involving the insurance adjuster to get a call back. When I picked up the truck the repair work was acceptable. I started to leave and noticed the center console was open. I looked in to see it was ransacked and my spare change container was gone. I went to talk to Chad and since he did not see the change container he could not verify it was there. Basically called me a liar. The container has been there for the 10 years I owned the truck. It had to be an employee of Todd Wenzel Collision that STOLE it. Overall a negative experience. I have purchased 2 vehicles from Todd Wenzel and I will NOT give them repeat business again.** very interesting that after I left this review 3 people left reviews all within an hour of each other pointing out their great service from Chad. ???

Chris was great. Got me in and out as quick as possible even when there was 2 people in front of me. Was there for less than 15 minutes. The work they did on my equinox was too notch. Thanks to all the men and women who did a fantastic job!!!

Took my truck in as I had some rear quarter panel damage from an accident. Chad was extremely helpful and made sure I had all the information I needed, he was up front, honest, and respectable. My accident was on 2/20/20. I was estimated two weeks for repairs. I was the only one to initiate calls to inquire about the status of my car. Most times there was no tech to give me an update. Today is 4/1/20 and I STILL DON’T HAVE MT VEHICLE BACK! Also why are you sending me a survey on a job that isn’t done?

They got my car done in a timely manner. Had no issues with the estimators or the actual fixing of my car. I do have an issue with how Gina at the front desk treated me. She was nothing but rude and because of that I will never go there again or recommend anyone to go there. Unfortunate that one persons bad attitude can ruin business for a company.

The actual work done was marginal, we are going to bring it back to have the repairs redone. We had a pretty solid fender bender and it took over two weeks to complete the work. We ended up having to pick the vehicle the morning we were leaving for a road trip. They did give us a vehicle to drive for most of the time.

Justin Wenzel is a embarrassment to the Wenzel name. I have been with Chevy for 9 years now and have never been treated with such disrespect. Will never bring him business ever again after the aggressive disrespectful attitude that was shown from him. His excuse for us asking to talk about something that wasn’t working when we bought it and not noticing was that “oh well why did you buy a $34,000 suv with such high miles”? Excuse me when someone buys a car they would expect the air conditioning to be working. Sorry if it was winter when we bought it and didn’t notice right away... called and left three messages asking to be contacted about the issue. Finally was able to get a hold of Mike who was helpful but the issue still not being addressed because we had to go through Justin.

Noticed a scuff on the wheel well of 2014 Charger that looked like someone had hit it with their door. Took it into Todd Wenzels to get an estimate for it but all it required was some rubbing compound to buff it out and some clear coat. Chad was professional and fixed it in 2 minutes and he didnt even charge me for it.

We were treated especially well by Chris in the body repair shop. If we ever need repairs again, and I hope we dont, we will come see Chris.
