Needed the front bumper replaced, took them 4 days (instead of the 3 days they quoted) to put a new bumper on and the new paint does not match the old. Its close but for +$700 Id expect it to match. The staff was awesome though, so 3 stars.

I have been to Auto Fixit 3 times now and Ive received only the best service. I was quoted $975 for brakes and routers from another company. I knew I was being scammed so I took my vehicle to Auto Fixit and ended up paying $265 because I just needed brakes pads. My routers were still in good condition. I wont go anywhere else. The staff is the best!! They are so helpful!!

Outstanding service here! I had an unexpected issue with my car that wasnt too major because I caught it early but I needed addressed sooner rather than later or else it couldve been worse. I didnt have an appointment or anything, but as soon as I stopped by and explained the problem, they took a look at it immediately. They then figured out and took care of the issue immediately as well at no cost since it wasnt a huge thing to fix. The whole process probably took no more than 10 minutes. I will definitely be going back there if I have any other car issues in the future!

Absolutely amazing staff! I was in an accident and needed a collision shop all of a sudden. This place was recommended by a friend. My vehicle was sadly totaled, but they were very compassionate when delivering the news. They walked me through all the next steps I need to take too! They made no money on me, but still treated me with amazing customer service. I was so pleased with this process that Im going to use them for future service appointments as well!

My husband and I have been using AutoFixit for years for our vehicles. They have always been incredibly honest with us about what parts are worth paying for and fixing, and what parts are not (we drive older cars). They are very friendly and have integrity about their work. Weve never been disappointed with them. They also fit me in today to fix my brakes before a trip my husband and I were taking, when they were incredibly short-staffed due to the holiday and one of their other mechanics calling in sick. What can I say - theyre the best!

The people here are amazing at customer service!! My car ended up being totaled so they didn’t actually end up doing any repairs, but they let me use their loaner car for over 2 weeks while the insurance companies worked on a claim. They were great and super helpful throughout the whole process!!

These guys really went above and beyond to earn my business. Went in there for a fairly simple body job, and inquired about further work at the same time. They handled the simple job I went in for and sold me on the other work I had in mind. No charge at all for the work they did that day, and I went ahead and scheduled a follow up appointment to have the remainder of the work done. I am in no way encouraging that ANYONE try to get free work out of these guys, just to be clear. However, I very well could have simply not have showed up for the follow up appointment. I of course did and couldnt be happier with the work they performed. Excellent job guys!I highly recommend these guys for any future work.Sometimes negative reviews are not warranted at all. I can tell just by reading some of these that its a classic case of someone trying to get something for nothing. These guys are totally undeserving of that.

My experience at Auto Fixit Body Shop was great. I took my vehicle to Auto Fixit Body Shop on a recommendation from Dave at Westside Garage. I had body work & electical work done on my vehicle. They even gave me a loaner while my car was being fixed. I dont think the insurance company was happy because there was electical damage done behind the bumper which the claims adjuster didnt check out. Auto Fixit was very understanding & explained it all to me in a very professional way. I will be sending them my business in the future, when & if I ever need them again. Hopefully I wont, but I know theyll be there if I need them. I definitely recommend Auto Fixit Body Shop to do your vehicle body work.

Ive taken my car there for 3 or 4 different issues in the past year. Mike has been easy to talk with, straight forward, and helpful.I plan on going back to them for all my car needs and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for options near downtown.On two occasions, I described the issues over the phone and got things worked out ahead, so my wife could just stop in with her car and get things done without stressing about explaining or worrying how to handle things herself.

These people have integrity. They did some body work on one car at a large discount to save some insurance costs. On another car I asked for some work, but instead they said it was not needed. Other places would have done it and billed me hundreds.

My nephew took his car here last week. They told him that the head gasket was cracked and the car wasnt worth fixing. I had the car towed to Jackson, to my mechanic, it ended up needing a ground wire tightened and two hoses replaced. $90 later and the car is running great. Taking advantage of people is not how you earn business. Stay away from this place!!!

I have dealt with them twice, once was to work on my wifes lifted dodge and they changed out the control arms I bought after market and did a little extra for no cost. They went a little quicker than what they estimated time wise so that helped me out as well.A summer goes by and we have a new problem with the dodge, fricken oil pump dies. they tell us to bring it in in the morning and it should be a few hours. So we live close so we head home have lunch and do a few things around the house and they call us about noon thirty and the new oil pump is in and they replaced a sending unit that was squirting oil all over the block too.I have read quite a few of their reviews and take the negative ones with a grain of salt for people with higher expectations than they should. They want is fast and done right, seldom those two things go hand in hand. I will wait longer for it to be done right considering this is a vehicle that I rely on to get me back and forth to work to feed me family every day.The guys in the office are mechanics, not quire boys, they know what they are doing and enjoy making sure some one is getting their problem FIXED right the first time.Good guys, cool shop and its easy to find. right off Plainfield and fourth!

Really nice people and friendly. Although the work to be completed took over a month to do. Then my vehicle came back with the trunk lid crooked and havent followed through on repairing yet. My vehicle is not devalued and I will never get from it what is was worth before the accident.
