She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and even kept working with me to get things figured out after my insurance denied coverage on a part. She went out of her way to research parts and prices to help me find the best way to solve the uncovered part. Even after I had already picked up my vehicle and was done with Riverbend. The repair itself was great and efficient.My battery however was ruined after I picked up my car however and the shops answer was “that happens when a car sits so long” it sat in the shop less than 2 weeks while I was on vacation. Honestly if they’d told me it was a problem for my car to sit in their lot I would have asked someone to pick it up. They offered to hold on to it however!!!I now had to replace my battery after picking up my car and that I wasn’t pleased with their lack of responsibility. They were very pleasant with everything to do with what my insurance was going to pay for but offered a completely different level of customer service when I tried to ask for repair on my battery. No one offered to attempt to recharge it if I brought it in. They did offer to tow my car back in and check out the battery (at my cost!!!).

Shoutout to Carl Cox! He was the guy who helped me out when I came in (basically crying) after my car was backed into in a parking lot. He was extremely helpful and very kind. My family has been coming to this place for years- they do great work for a reasonable value.

I had hit something while traveling on the highway and it ended up doing extensive damage under my car - to the point of even having to replace the motor (along with the exhaust, front bumper assembly, oil pan, and more). The first place I went to (or should I say had it towed to) was not helpful, treated me like I was an inconvenience, and basically said they couldn’t help me. This was before even looking under the car. In doing some research I saw that Riverbend was very highly rated and was a preferred repair shop for the brand of car I drive. I called them and spoke to Carl who handled everything - even got my car from where I originally had it towed! He kept me in the loop the entire time and apologized every time a delay came up (because of more discovered damage). He eased my mind with what had happened. They did a fantastic job getting my car fixed and working with the insurance company. I will always recommend Riverbend for their excellent service and for their treatment of me and repair work. Thank you so much again for everything.

I was in an accident with relatively extensive damage to the rear of my 2014 Chevy Equinox. They got a rental car ready for me and had me back on the road in less than one hour. They finished the work on schedule, and dropped off the vehicle to my home for me. The also detailed the interior and did a great job all around. I would recommend this business and would return if needed. Ive had the vehicle for one day and will update my review if needed, but I do not foresee that being necessary.

The staff are honest and provide excellent service. They dont upcharge you for unnecessary repairs like many shops. They are a local family run business and know their business well.

I had my new car brought to riverbend after it was hit. The car was basically totalled and riverbend did such an amazing job. Dave was always available to answer my questions and gave me regular updates, and they did an amazing job keeping the repairs within my budget. There were multiple times that I was given options on how to continue one a specific part and they found ways to help me keep my costs down. Very few shops out there would do this. Wonderful experience and I will be going to them for all of my future needs.

I was sure my car was totaled after a large branch fell on it, crushing the roof and trunk. Riverbend was able to work seamlessly with my insurance to restore my car back to looking brand new! At no fault of the body shop, I had a tire issue the day after my car was fixed and Riverbend had their tow truck out within minutes to help me. Im a licensed mechanic who does body and collision work on the side. I havent brought my car to another mechanic in who knows how long because I hate mechanics. I was rear ended and made an insurance claim, and reluctantly had to bring it to a shop.I asked a million questions because I know how mechanics can take shortcuts, get their hands tied by the insurance company, etc. and I was even probably borderline mean and rude in the process. But Riverbends team was amazing and patient. I didnt believe them at first when they told me they repaired the trunk well instead of replacing it. Its a masterpiece of a trunk pull. Just beautiful and no evidence of a repair.The loaner car was great to have. They washed and detailed my car, then when I brought it back for them to quickly install a remaining piece, they even washed it again.

I experienced my first accident when a drunk guy crashed into my parked car causing extensive damage. 8 page long itemization on repairs. It was a long ordeal but they provided me a loaner car, used all OEM parts and repaired the car back to its original condition. Carl was great, the staff was really helpful and Im confident with their work. The shop is also in network with my insurance and is a Subaru preferred repair shop, more reassurance that Riverbend was the right choice.

Communication was excellent and frequent throughout the process. Also, at the end, I was personally walked through all the details of the work performed and encouraged to ask questions and confirm that I was completely satisfied. When a seat bracket was found to be a little loosened, it was promptly taken care of. I’d absolutely use this business again based on the level of service and attention to detail.

Have a 2013 charger rt with 50,000 miles on it. Hit a deer and had them fix it. Needless to say wrong decision ever made. Got the car back with a check engine light on and auto zone scanned it said its the throttle body sensor which had nothing to do with the damage done. Then have to wait for my headlight bulbs said there was a broken one when afterwards they worked fine. Not very happy with this place and I would never recommend them. Very very upset angered by all this as it have zero issues until they got ahold of it.

Riverbend did a very nice job on my Traverse! I like how they go over your vehicle with you when you pick it up and explain what they did to it and answer any questions that you have. Riverbend Body Shop completed repairs on my vehicle after a traffic crash. Repairs were completed on time and staff kept me up to date on repair status. The front office staff were very friendly and helpful when it came to dropping off my car and picking it up.

My father passed away over a year ago, and was able to take ownership of his 2011 Ford Ranger with 41,000 miles, no rust, dents, or cosmetic issues. I maintain my vehicles meticulously. My wife hit a deer in March and I took my truck here. The truck is not just a vehicle it means a lot to me and I needed have someone who I felt I could trust work on the repairs.I got up to date details on progress of the work, reviewed the damages and concerns with Zach, and received a very clean free loaner vehicle. Somebody backed into my car which caused some damage to the rear bumper. I took my car to Riverbend and am very glad I did. Zach came out, took a look at it and said he can try to take care of it right there and then if I had a few minutes. We hit some road debris and gashed a tire sidewall just two days before Christmas. Carl went above and beyond to get our insurance claim processed and sourced a new tire and had it mounted and balanced on Christmas Eve so that we could keep our travel plans. I had to take my Civic in to Riverbend Body Shop on two different occasions for two different issues. I had damage to the front of the car from hitting an animal and damage the second time to the rear left of the car from being hit by another vehicle. Each time I primarily dealt with Emily from Riverbend but did have some contact with the other staff.This was my first time I had to take a car in for repair and Emily walked me through all the steps needed and she took care of all the odds and ends so that I had nothing to worry about. The car was taken in for the estimates each time really quickly and the repairs were done faster than I thought they would be. The work done to my made the car look new again and I am more than happy with the work that was done. I had my bumper of my car damaged and took my car over there. I would say they are very friendly and very nice people to talk to and seemed extremely helpful! They were good on double checking any issues and after 2 weeks of repairing, my car looked like it was when I first got it! They were so nice to even clean my car even! This was my first time ever needing any sort of body work done on a car and Riverbend exceeded my expectations. After hitting a deer, my front bumper and drivers side quarter panel needed to be replaced along with some touch up on my door. I worked with Emily and she kept me up to date on each part of the process and what the timeline was for getting my car back. They provide high quality work and my car looks better than it did before any damage had occurred.

Riverbend was highly recommended by the Honda dealership I purchased my vehicle from. I needed to have some parking lot dings and scratches fixed which meant repainting entire drivers side of car. I contacted Riverbend Body Shop, went in for an estimate, which was done by a very nice man named Carl Cox who I felt I could trust after talking with him and hearing what needed to be done to fix my car. I contacted my insurance company and within just a matter of hours I had a claim started and a date set to bring my vehicle in :) I brought my car in on a Monday and it was ready by Thursday early evening. I was a bit worried if the repainting would be noticeable as I have a very, unique, color of green and my car is nearly 4 years old ..... I was thrilled to see the completed project was NOT at all noticeable and my prized vehicle looked like new !!!! All clean and shiny inside and out ;) Also, I was provided with a loaner car as well which was AWESOME to have available to me. I would go back to Riverbend in a minute if I ever had another issue with any car !!!

My new Jeep Grand Cherokee that is only 5 months old had the sunroof shatter unexpectedly due to a complete fluke. I first tried an auto glass replacement shop who initially were going to do it but then said they could not after observing the damage. So I went to the service department of the dealership that I bought from and they referred me to Riverbend for it.Carl called me as soon as he got the referral and told me the scope of what the job would entail. He worked with my insurance company to make sure that there was a rental car available for me. And then he called me the following day to inform me of the extent of the damage and that it would take longer than anticipated. He also sent me photos of the cause of the damage too. He also called me every couple of days to keep me posted on the progress of the job. My Jeep was ready for me on the date/time promised and everything was as good as it was before the damage occurred. Granted, it was an expensive job but they worked with my insurance. The $250 deductible was better than the $2000+ it would have cost out of pocket.
