Shady. Brought my car in for tire patch up, believe there was a small puncture somewhere. Told me they couldn’t patch it and needed to buy a new tire. Then told me I needed to upgrade tire bc the cheaper one was “out of stock”. THEN wouldn’t let me see my original tire to see where the damage was to assess for myself that they couldn’t patch it and that a new tire was even necessary. After asking twice I left.

I took my car here for AC service last year, and had a new blower installed as part of the overall package. During that time, while working on my car, the mechanic and another floor staff member got into a verbal argument with each other, with it spilling over and hostility being directed at me. When I asked a question of the mechanic, his reply was How should I know, I dont have X-ray vision. This past weekend, the AC stops working - no cool air. I take it back to Firestone, only for them to tell me that 1. What was completed by them in the past year, while still under warranty, is not what the new problem is. 2. And that the new work that is needed will cost a total of nearly $1,700. I took my car from Firestone, took it down the street to a different shop, where it was discovered: there was just no freon. $150 and three hours later, and Im back on the road with cool air. I wont be going back to Firestone ever.

Had an appointment to repair a tire and it still took over 4 hours. I was told it would take an hour. This is not the first tire issue I have had with this Firestone. My 17 year old daughter came in with a low tire and a nail in her tire and she was told that they could not fix it because they were too busy And sent her on the road. Incredibly irresponsible and unsafe. Great moto - “Over promise and under deliver.”

They do really good work here. However, do not expect your car to come back clean. The interior of my vehicle has been layered with grease and grime almost everytime that I had any type of work done. If not for having to get my car detailed professionally or by me personally each time its brought in, Id say this place is the best. Sean Roach is a good guy that works very hard at running a good and honest shop.

180 part cost 800 to repair. Juat a throttle body replacement. 45 min of labor. Not in the favor of the customer a rip off if you ask me. Showed them the dealer pricing and they claim its a 600 part to get OEM from the dealership. I confirmed with the gm dealership they lied.

They do a good job on oil changes, have to watch them as they continually try to up-sell on things I don’t need.

Over torqued my wheels and warped my rotors.TLDR: Brought here because another store didnt balance wheels properly. This shop didnt torque wheels properly and warped my rotors, now I have to replace my front rotors. They worked with original shop gave refund for balancing.I brought my car in here because I had my tires Mounted and balanced at another location and they did a poor job. One of the weights was mounted at an angle and shook terribly at highway speeds. Went to this location hoping they could make it right since the other was busy.They did a good job balancing the tires, however 2 days later I noticed vibration in the wheels. Went to check that they had been to torqued properly and they were well over the 90 ft/lb spec my vehicle calls for (08 535xi).I checked up to the limit of my torque wrench 150 ft/lbs and they still werent moving.. I ended up having to use a cheater bar (Pictured) to get some of the lug bolts off meaning they were well into the 200 ft/lb range. Manager tried to tell me wrench must be out of spec, which I find hard to believe as any decent mechanic would be able to tell he was over tightening, most likely they were tightened with a impact tool.If you know very little about cars this is one of the easiest thing to do correctly, just extra time, and the fact that they didnt is very telling about the quality of work and care you can expect on your vehicle.In the end they gave me a refund for the initial work, however now I have to go and source rotors, pads and do work (since I wont be taking it back there) that didnt need to be done for several thousand miles.

I cant express enough how great this shop is. I had to have some major work done and they went above and beyond what I had expected. They kept me updated when the part took much longer to arrive and compensated me for the inconvenience when another issue arose.I highly recommend this place and Sean is the best.

I had to bring back the vehicle 3 times for them to get the repair right. As expensive as dealerships.

I was on vacation in AZ from PA and had an unfortunate encounter with a curb. I tore the sidewall on my front tire of my rental car. Unfortunately, it was late in the day when it happened and until the road side emergency show up and changed my tire it was past 6 pm. I was in a panic as all the other tire centers were closed or not taking any more clients. Fortunately the guy recommended Firestone and I saw they were open till 7. To my great surprise, Sean, was so pleasant and willing to change my tire. I got to the store at 20 minutes till 7 and was done and in my car by 7 pm. I cant tell you how wonderful of an experience I had at this store and made all the better by Seans professionalism and courteous service. If not for him and his staff, I would have ruined my vacation. If I owned a business, I would want Sean to run it for me! I cant thank him enough for saving my vacation!

They dont answer the phone. Rings and then just goes on hold. No one asks you to wait on hold. I think their phone system is broken. Ill be going someplace else.

OK Cliff Notes version flat tire three hours on the freeway I finally get a friend to get the spare put it on I go to Firestone expecting some help. The man tells me I need four new tires😳 their policy won’t let them put a one my tire on my car OK $700 he thought he said.LEAVE IT Literally cost me $10 to have somebody patch the small hole put a tire on my car that was already on there what a rip off trying to sell a customer who is new to the Arizona area not a tire four tires. I do not recommend I do not recommend very very bad service trying to rip off the person’s hard earned dollars. If I could give a minus on this I would I would give a zero for the rating literally nothing wrong with the tire which fire stone told me was shredded inside he never even took it off of the rim &$@(! unbelievable!!

My husband stopped by to get a price on tire balancing. Two men and one woman behind the counter. He waited for several minutes and no one acknowledged his existence. He finally got frustrated and turned to leave. That’s when he heard the woman say, “I’ll be right with you” but, not being impressed with the service thus far, he just left. Note to staff: acknowledge your customers as soon as they walk in. First impressions matter.

DON’T COME TO THIS STORE! I brought my car in because it was having issues starting. Sean called me and told me what was going on with my car. I told him to go ahead and fix it. I went to pick up my car and left the store. I was on my way home to only find out that my bumper and something else was hanging from my car. If you go to the store for one issue your car will come out with more damage.

Dec. 2018: This is a Great Auto Service and general auto repair store! Their managers are very knowledgeable, always courteous and very thorough on going through your vehicle and explaining options and costs of repairs needed. I never feel they are pushing you to add additional services that arent need or to spend more than necessary. Great Service!

These guys helped us in a jam. We were badly in need of two tires before setting off on a long distance drive later that evening. Brought my vehicle in for a tire check and when I got home they forgot to put caps back on the tire valves and didn’t even shut my hood all the way. It was a lazy and rushed job and when I returned for replacement caps no one even apologized for making me have to come all the way back up there. Definit wont be returning to this location again.

This place is the worst. Their prices are ridiculous and they of course always try to add something on. I had them do an oil change when I was getting new tires and they charged $75 for an oil change. I’ll never go here again.

This location does a decent job of keeping repair costs low. Some recommendations are purely by mileage and not by condition or wear so being knowledgeable is helpful to avoid the over the top suggestions. Prices for labor are a bit cheaper than the dealer but not by a significant amount. Staff is friendly enough and you know them pushing services is a corporate push for sales numbers not a personal suggestion. Like any repair place ask plenty of questions and if it is not an immediate safety need or a functional item that gets you home get a second opinion (looking at all you with bald tires).

Suspension rattle on a 160K mile domestic passenger car. Overall, generally satisfied, it just took more time to correct than anticipated.Details: Yes, it took more than 1 visit to correct the problem, but it did get fixed. They provided personal service throughout the process, so +1 for that. Pro tip--you should call ahead for an appointment (almost a must have; dont try to walk in on a weekend without one), and maybe this is why it took >1 visit to get the rattle resolved. I self-diagnosed the problem when making the original appointment, and Im sure that they applied a standard repair duration to my service. When they discovered that the repair was more complex than assumed (and my vehicle was causing a backlog against other appointments), they politely asked me to return the following week. I get it. No worries. The following week, more parts and labor were required. That still didnt fix the problem, and I came back again. The manager finally was able to diagnose the cause, and the correction was made. I invested more money than I had anticipated, but she drives great now. I dont think that anything frivolous was done to the car.

Sean has excellent customer service skills. Honest and helpful. Doesnt try to push services not needed on customers. Thats a rare and great quality.

Arrived mid morning (after an hour and a half drive) to a man named Richard answering the phone. Waited patiently as he continued to answer the phone as it repeatedly rang. He acknowledged us and said he was sorry for the wait and hed be with us in a minute. Then for the next 8 to 10 minutes, he continued answering calls and making reservations for people over the phone while we waited in the lobby. I excused myself to use the restroom and there was no soap in the unisex restroom. It hadnt just ran out. It was BONE DRY. When I came out of the restroom 2 minutes later, the man was still on the phone. Then, finally, about 30 seconds after that, we got waited on and were told it would be 3 or 4 hours to do the job. That was a long wait to me. But they were the only ones in the valley with tires for our car and the guy we originally spoke to on the phone before heading over (Sean) was awesome, helpful, ordered the tire we needed, (which is why Im giving them 4 stars instead of 1). Thank you Sean, for all your help! :)

Thank you for being honest! I recently got a nail in one of my truck tires ( middle of the thread). I stopped at another place to try and get it fixed. The guy who inspected the tire advised that my tires needed to be replaced, since he could see little cracks on the tires tread, he further advised that they could not fix the flat tire, but was fast to try to try and get my tires replaced. I left that store and drove to the Firestone on 1820 N Pebble Creek Pkwyparkway Goodyear AZ.They fixed my tire.I then asked them what it would cost to replace all four tires. I was advised that all of my tires had plenty of life left and did not need to be replaced.I then advised them of what I was previously told. He once again confirmed with me that my tires had plenty of life left. Thanks again Lee for being honest.

Fast service. Great prices. Honest. FREE Tire mount and balance. I always have my oil changed at Firestone and I use the online discount coupons. My 4 new tires were $406 with free mount and balance, same tires were $611 at Discount Tire. Discount Tire charges $200 for mount and balance and they do not tell you that until after tires are on your vehicle.

This location alone i recommend for any one needing service or honest answers regarding there car when i went in they helped me and treated me like a customer should be treated and there tech was very honest he showed me i needed to replace a faulty part and did not do anything till i got it fixed. Got a new tire for my Toyota here about a month ago when other stores didn’t even carry my specific size/model. The front counter employee went out of her way to order my tire and it arrived within an hour as promised. I’m writing this review today while I’m waiting for my oil change to be done after I set up an appointment earlier today, I came in at 1:30pm and the manager helped me. There were no issues with my appointment, which is rare at other stores. S/O to the Hispanic Store Manager that runs this store. I will definitely be back.

Set up an appointment for 11:00 AM with my sister and it took over 3 hours to get an oil change when they said it would only take an hour and a half. My appointment wasnt until 11:30 and then I had to wait until 5:30 pm! Both for an oil change, this is ridiculous! Why even schedule an appointment if they cant help me at the time I set up for?

Pretty fast and good service for a decent price. I came in to buy brand new tires and they did a quick and excellent job. The people there were friendly and answered any questions I had. Will come here again if I need too.

Great service! Got an alignment done on my lowered car and they were able to get it done right. Also an alignment on my truck. Ive purchased tires from them also. If you can the best thing to do is drop off your car and wait for a call back. Things happen and sometimes your car gets pushed back. If you need it by a certain time request if they can get it done by then. Dont cry and make up your own story.

09/17/17: I didnt have an appointment but decided to go right away in the morning. Initially Sandra informed me that they had a full day of reservations which I was afraid of. Sean mentioned that they may be able to fit me in but that my car wouldnt take priority over reservations, perfectly understandable. They finished my oil change promptly and had recommendations and observations on things my car could need (its a 1999 so it was all things I would expect). I was not pressured into any of them but I think I will take them up on the return work because of their service.

I was on vacation and ran over a large bolt with my brand new truck and destroyed a tire. Sean has it in stock and albeit a very expensive tire (best price from Firestone, just an expensive tire anywhere) they made the experience as painless as possible. I had questions the next day and Sean and his techs went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I would go back here in a heartbeat.

I have never had an issue with this Firestone location. Everyone has always been nice and accommodating. However, I had a different experience when I took my car in on 05/15/18. I brought my car in because the steering wheel was shaking so I thought “ok needs to be balanced”. I brought it in and told the front desk man (I wish I could remember his name. He might be newer as a I had never seen him there before) what the issue was. My car was taken back and a little while later the front desk man called me up and again asked why I thought the balance was off. I repeated what I originally stated when I first came in. He then told me that “it looks like your rear driver side tire is completely bald”. What?! I got all 4 new tires at the same time May of last year and I do routine upkeep. He then explained that the steering wheel is shaking because when one tire is bald and the others aren’t, it’s like “running with one shoe on and one shoe off”. Basically that this was why it’s shaking. I should have asked to see the tire. But I took him at his word. Tire was replaced and car steering wheel no longer shakes when I hit a certain speed (65/70 MPH). Problem solved......yesterday, I took my car to get my tires rotated at Discount Tires (where I originally got all 4 tires 1 year ago). I told them what happened earlier in the week. They brought me out to my car and did the tire tread check right in front of me. All my tires had good tread and would last close to another 15k miles before needing to be replaced. So why is it that the one rear tire was completely bald (according to Firestone)?!?! I feel that I was sold a tire by Firestone when I didn’t need one. In reality, they probably balanced my tires and said that it was the bald tire that was the culprit so that they could make a sale. I am part to blame as I should have looked at the tire. But I was never asked if I wanted to. Lesson learned! In hindsight, this man at Firestone was a little shady. He seemed a little annoyed when I was noticeably shocked when he said the tire was bald. And he rushed me out on my way. Now I know why. Unfortunately, I will not be going back to Firestone. It’s too bad as all my other experiences there were great!

TOTAL SCAM! I was told I needed a $1,700 Repair AND I DIDNT NEED IT!I took my car in because the back rear tire was deflating and we thought we could get a patch. I was told that I needed three new tires because the tire was non repairable and others were going bad. Okay. BUT then I was told that I needed three new struts because they were leaking all over. I was quoted a price that I thought was HIGH. So called the Toyota Dealer. They came in lower. I called back, and all of the sudden they had special offers and discounts. I explained that because I wasnt given the best deal at first I was going elsewhere. When I went to the dealer, they told me the struts were fine, no leaking and they could save me $200 on tires. So instead of spending $2,700 total at Firestone, I only paid $700 at the dealer. TOTAL RIP OFF I CANT BELIEVE IT!!!! I will NEVER GO BACK....I used to go there for tires and oil changes, NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

I had an appointment at 12 pm to get my car aligned which I got to right on time. They service advisor told me it was going to be 45-55 minute wait so I decided to wait. THREE hours later, my car is still not ready. I had my mom pick me up because I was hungry and upset. They offered me a free oil change but that doesnt justify my time wasted there. Its my day off. The last thing I want to do is wait for a simple car alignment. Horrible horrible service. Dont waste your time.

I would also like to note that the representattive at this location is very quick, friendly, customer service oriented, and stays ahead of the game by letting you know what other work you might need done with quotes before you can even ask. This location is all about SALES!!! Unfortunately customer service is not important. I brought my car in for an oil change only, but coincidentally they said I had a screw in my tire and couldnt be fixed and if they pulled it out it would go flat. I opted by not getting fixed there as the tire I needed would cost me about $400 just for one! So I drove my car like this with no problem for about 2 weeks then decided to take in to a Discount Tire just to get it check and of course I had absolutely no screw in any of my tires. I was amazed of how Firestone employee lied and made up I had a screw. I wont go back to a place so unprofessional and dishonest to their customers.

Always great service. Never had any issues from basic oil change, AC service, and tire repair/replacement. I do wish they would change headlight bulbs in Saturn Outlook. I have yet to find anyone to do this due to the extreme difficulty.

Came here in December 18 to get an oil change and they discovered 3 of my tires were splitting due to a defect in the tires(recalled). The 3 were changed but the 4th wasnt showing an issue at the time. Came in on 5/29 and discovered the 4th tire was having the same issue. Made an appointment for 6/1 to have it changed. At time of appt. the tire wasnt in stock. I was advised they would get the tire today and call me when it came and to limit my driving because the tire was split. No phone call. When I called to get an update I was told it wouldnt be in until the next day. The manager doesnt like people to finish there sentences and continually cut me off on the phone. He then offered a tire they had in stock(first time hearing about it). There will be a complaint filed with corporate

One of the better Firestones Ive been to that has actually been honest with me.

I took a vehicle in to have it checked out because it was pulling to the left. They told me that both outer tie rods were so bad they couldnt even check the alignment and wanted to charge way too much to fix it. I took it to two different shops after this and they both checked and said both the tie rods and alignment were good. All it needed was new front tires. I would have bought them from here but not after this. The point is GET A SECOND OPINION!!! Dont let these guys squeeze as much money out of you as they can for parts that arent even bad.

I visited this place twice. I had just gotten my car 2016 car last year and went to get an oil change 3 weeks ago and they tried to tell me my brakes were less than 30%. Later that week at home we checked the brakes they were basically new. 2 days ago i had a screw in my tire they wouldnt fix it so i said i would plug it and buy a tire from them next week. They took the screw out and my tire went flat on the way home. I live 3 miles from this place. They work fast but they are just looking for ways to screw you over and pressure you into buying things

I went in because my car was over heating. They ran a diagnostic on the car looked over the entire engine. Charged me $80, than told me that they needed to replace every hose and spark plugs, a total of $1,440 worth of work. Even after I told them what I had was$300. I than took it to a Manuel the mechanic off of Van Buren and 31st ave. He found the hose that was cracked/split open and it wasnt even on the list of items that Firestone tried selling me. If I would have had Firestone do the work my car would still be over heating because they wouldnt have solved the problem. They are liars and only want to sell the standard. Instead of $1,440 I only paid $300. Whats the better deal

Ya, there is the occasional upsale attempt but refusing other services doesnt stop them from doing the rest of the job right. I would give them 0 stars but Google hasnt fixed that yet on the rating system. Im really pickey of where I spend my money. For reasons like this, they lied about what was wrong and told more lies of the current condition of our vehicle. Qutoed us $240.00 for parts and labor and we ended up paying $149.00 for a part that was broken not even what they said was wrong is what we fixed thank goodness Buckeye has honest Firestone. I only let them rotate my tires because I bought them from them. They always try to get you to have services and repairs you dont need. They recommended I replace my rack and pinion so I took it a dealer service center and they inspected it for free and said it IN NO WAY needed to be replaced. Once these tires wear out, I will get new ones from my dealership.

This place is ablslute garbage and they’ve messed up every vehicle ive ever brought. Manager Sean seems to not like his job. I’ll never recommend this place. Took almost 4 hours for an oil change and they couldn’t even get the simple stuff correct.

Very nice people well organized more knowledgeable and better prices than the 10 minutes oil change places.

Charged me $50 for a filter that should have only cost $10. They tried getting me to spend more money on other replacements and services that was not needed. They are definitely scamming people.

Killed it. Went the extra mile to get everything perfect. Got four tires and an oil change(full synthetic)
