Took my truck in to get a new set of tires and an oil change and my tire censor light has been on ever sense. In addition idk if they even changed my oil. Oil light came on few weeks after dropping the truck off….shady vibes here be careful…..in addition after getting a hole in my tire shortly after buying them so took the truck in to get the hole plugged and dude tried to tell me my tire sensor needed to be replaced when they worked perfectly fine and the censor light wasn’t on before I dropped it off. For real, take a look at the other reviews on here and save yourself a headache

Amazing experience!!! Was walking in to expecting to set an appointment for another day due to needing new tires and they were able to pick up the in stock tires from their local warehouse and finish same day install. They even provided me with a shuttle back home so I didnt have to wait all day at the shop, as well as the shuttle coming to pick me back up when my truck was ready. Awesome staff, and awesome service! Was totally amazed and definitely using them for all my needs! Thank you so much!! 😎🤘

I had a really great experience at the store. It was very short and sweet and I greatly appreciated that. My daughter’s car was blowing hot air and of course we can guess it probably needs Freon, but who knows. I was able to bring my car in on a Saturday afternoon around 1 PM and I expected to leave it overnight which was no big deal because they’re actually open on Sunday’s. when I brought the car in there were a couple options that I had, but not knowing much about cars it was somewhat confusing and I couldn’t exactly call my husband because he was at work. The young man at the counter did explain everything to me, but because of no fault of his own I just didn’t understand so the manager politely stepped in and gave a better explanation so I can make the right choice.Even so, with me having to decide which route I wanted to go there was always a solution following that should that not work out. More specifically I had to decide if I wanted them to get in there and look around or if I just wanted to go for what we thought the issue was. We definitely went with The obvious and I also added in an oil change because who knows when the last time that happened, LOL.Do you know that they were able to finish the car same day? I am not sure if that is standard and I definitely don’t want to assume this would happen every time, but for the store to be so busy and for them to set the expectation of me having to pick my car up the next day and it to be completed the same day was absolutely wonderful.I think the price was fair to average, but the fact that they were able to get everything taken care of so quickly made it even better. On top of that, the customer service was great. Everyone is so polite and happy to help which I don’t find as always being the case when I patron many places these days because we’re all going through a lot. I really like this location and I definitally Will travel out of my way to come here no matter how far I am because I don’t think this was just a good day I am almost positive this store really has it together.

UPDATE - changing from 1 to 5 stars.I had posted a one star review for this place after being treated poorly by an employee who claimed to be the manager after I discovered black oil (?) all over my beige leather seats, side panel and carpet. The original post detailed the situation. The black came off easily and the technician was super sweet and apologetic. My husband and I took no issue with that. They cleaned it and it was fine. It was our interaction with the man claiming to be the manager that led to the complaint/review.THE UPDATE: My husband received a call this morning from Ryan, the REAL store manager. In less than 24 hours, Big O’s ownership and managers took immediate action against the employee. They apologized for the employee’s behavior and offered to detail our car.This immediate response proves this organization cares about its customers and its quality of customer service. Even if something goes wrong, they will make it right. I will definitely continue doing business with them.Much respect and gratitude to Ryan and the Big O company for valuing their customers.

Came here for a set for my 17’ Tacoma, the price was a little high but the look was amazing. The customer service was the best part overall. They were done quick as well.

Worst experience with a tire place I’ve had.My front right tire was flat due to a hole in the side wall so I took it to this shop to get it replaced, while I was here I got both front tires replaced. This I was fine with. Once the work was finished I got back into my car and the tire pressure light was on. I figured this just needed a few on/off cycles to fix so I drove it home.The next day I found my front left tire completely flat, which was the tire they had just given me, and so I took it back in. To hopefully let them know that the tire they had given me was defective and had been since I had left their shop.To my surprise they blamed me for a pin sized puncture in the vehicle, and made me pay full price for a new tire.Not sure if this shop represents BigO as a company but if it does I will never be returning and you shouldn’t either.

If I could give no stars i would. This has been the worst experience ever. Not only did they lose the tool to remove the spare tire and couldnt find it but they when they replaced all four tires they left the worst tire as the spare. The technician was specifically left with instructions to leave the tire with the most thread as you would assume would be common sense. When i returned they had the audacity to say it was the best tire!!Ive never had such a worst experience after spending $1,000. Save yourself the time hassle and pain and go anywhere else!

Called to get a tire quote never called me back then blamed it on their computer whatever they always blame it on something else and its not their problem or their fault

Went in to get a screw taken out of my tire. After an hour and 59 minutes I was told it could not be fixed because of the placement of the screw and I would need a new tire (I knew they were busy). They said the tire would cost $83 would take 15 to 20 minutes. I told them to go ahead and after it was done I was charged $142.31 which included $43.37 of labor which I was never told about. In my lifetime of purchasing tires I have never been charged for labor to fix a tire or put a new one on. Four days later I received a text from Ryan asking me about my experience and I told him my feelings about being charged for labor and their response, specifically Ryans response, was absolutely nothing. I called Big O Tire corporate and was told since they are a franchisee they get to pretty much do whatever they want and charge whatever they want. I was told I could file a complaint, but that would do me absolutely nothing because a text of my complaint went disregarded. Dont go to this place. Dont spend your money here. Go find some place else. If I could give negative stars, I would.

You can trust Big O. I was in from out of state and this shop showed true professionalism and had me back on the road in 40 minutes. I am a long time customer of Big O in CO and I would definitely recommend this location. It will be my first choice if I need to have something done in the future.

I usually take my vehicle to the dealership because Im not used to receiving good service at some of the automotive repair facilities.I decided to try Big O Tires after calling around and checking out their deals and it was a plus that they had my four tire sizes available. I felt even better when I called to make an appointment over the phone and Jonah and Ryan were so friendly, professional, and helpful. They made me feel more at ease.I had my son take my car in to be serviced and Ryan again were so great with keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle and when it was completed.Great experience and I will definitely be a new customer! OMG, where do I start? I am normally not one to leave reviews, but my experience here was so egregious I could not let it pass. The only reason I patronized this place is because my tire went flat at home, which is just around the corner. If I could give them no star, I would.I dropped the car in the afternoon on a Saturday and decided to purchase four tires instead of one; I was told they could not complete the work until Sunday at 11am. I was fine with that, but informed them I had a commitment in the afternoon on Sunday. They assured me it would be done. They were supposed to call when completed. Nobody called. I called them at 11:30 to inquire about the status of the work, they told me it would now be 12:00pm. By 12:00 I heard nothing; I decided to go to the store thinking it would be done soon. It was 1:00pm before the work was completed. I was not happy, but paid the bill and left.My wife and I drove approximately 20 miles and were on the Loop 202 and heard a funny noise; the noise turned out to be the left rear tire going flat. We exited the freeway and had to change the tire at 2:00pm in the middle of August during the hottest month on record, ever! I called the store to tell them the tire went flat. They told me they did not have another tire of that size and if I wanted it fixed that day I would have to drive to their store at Northern Avenue and I-17; evidently this the franchisees other location.They proceeded to fix the tire and then told me I would have to pay for it and then deal with reimbursement at the Goodyear location because it would cause an inventory issue. I told them I was not going to pay them anything, their inventory issues were not my problem. Finally, they acquiesced and I was on my way. Of course I missed my commitment that day because of the stores tardiness in completing the work and the neglectful installation of the new set of tires.Fast forward a year to now. I took my car into my mechanic to work on a non-related issue and he mentioned my front tires were worn to the wear-bar. I said that is impossible, I recently purchased the tires. It turns out he was correct. I took the car back to the Goodyear store to explain what the mechanic said. They asked me to leave the car; I told them I had to be somewhere at 3:00pm. They said it would be done by 2:00. By 2:30 I heard nothing. I called the store and, of course, the employee said, I was just about to call you, right! He then proceeded to tell me, we recommend you purchase two new tires. I asked, how can that be? Now, I do take some personal responsibility here, as I did not have the tires rotated during the year, but rotated or not, new tires should not completely wear out at 10,000 miles. When I purchased the new tires, I purchased the Tire Installation Package to the tune of an additional $75.00. They said because I did not rotate the tires at 3,000 miles it was my fault. I went back and looked at the receipt and it recommends the tires be rotated at 5,000 miles! So, effectively, I missed one tire rotation since the original installation which they used as an excuse to not have to honor the warranty.I was told they would not prorate anything and that they would not stand behind their product. I would have been reasonable, acknowledging that I should have rotated the tires and would have accepted a compromise on the proration, but they offered NOTHING. I got 10,000 miles out of $350 worth of tires.All I have to say is caveat emptor if you plan to patronize this business.

Shop was clean and organized and employees were very happy to answer any questions thrown there way definitely a well managed facility I recommend utilizing there sirvices if your in the Area

Been going here for a few years now and have always received honest service. I dont get the run around of extra services that I dont need everytime I go there. Only the necessary preventative maintenance. Also, USMC vets running the show there and it makes me feel comfortable with the integrity of the business.

Amazing experience! I went in without an appointment for a flat tire and the team was happy to take my car in. The repair took about an hour which was what they told me to expect, and when the tire was fixed, Luis handed me back my keys and kindly said there was no charge! My husband came into the store this morning to have a tire replaced. He called and spoke to Ryan the day before to be sure they had the tire in stock. Shortly after checking in at the front desk, Ryan carne out of the office to greet my husband, Mike, by name and car model. Ryan and his staff took care of everything beyond our expectations. You have customers for life!

Every time we give them another chance here at the goodyear big o they give us another reason to never come back. Sometimes convenience just isn’t worth it. My husband is not one to give negative reviews even when they are deserved so I thought I would share. He needed an oil change, alignment, a rotation and a balance on his tires that were purchased at this store by an extremely reputable local car dealer. This is a Ram 2500. First, the manager refused to even attempt an alignment due to a dealer issue which the dealer said was still possible with a little extra work. Second, the tires are in the same locations as when we left the truck. Third, the passenger side front tire still wobbles at 75mph. And last it honestly looked like they just let the oil run out of the oil filter location before opening the drain plug. There was oil all over the motor, front axle and front suspension. Super nice kid in the shop made an attempt to clean it up before we left but my husband still had to pressure wash the underneath of the truck before he could park it in the driveway. All of this culminated with an extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional conversation with a fella claiming to be an assistant manager. He said the owner of the car dealership needed to bring the receipt for the tires if we didn’t want to pay for the balancing. My husband told the AM that his customer service was questionable and he responded literally with “I don’t take stuff personal your trucks outside”. And that is how big o lost some customers today.

This place doesn’t have their stuff together. Had to make two appointments because they couldn’t find information on their system. Drove all the way to this location only to be told the same thing .

The place was clean friendly workers service was fast and not expensive I would recommend them to my friends and family

I dropped my car off at 9 AM was told it would be done in 3 hours did not hear anything by 2:15 PM I called was told the car would be done in 45 minutes so I arrived at 3:45 car was not done still and would be another 45 minutes. Jeff told me he mistakenly thought they had the 4 tires in stock and he claims they only had 3 and had to wait on another tire to come And I was not offered any compensation for the amount of time that I had to wait. Terrible experience!

Jeff and the team are top notch. Took care of my tire that had a screw in it when other establishments wanted to tell me it was non repairable which I knew was not true. They got me done same day and did so in a truthful manner. Thank you Jeff and team for the outstanding service !!!

I called the shop to make an appointment and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes on two different occasions. Fortunately I learned that I can email an appointment request which I did and was very effective.

I got home realizef something in my tire and tire hissing. These are all brand new tires. I was there 10 minutes before closing and Jonah your service manager was not only rude, but REFUSED to fix it. A patch literally takes about 10 minutes. Whats the point of a warrany on brand new tires if your service manager refuses service. Probably the last time I will ever go back! Extremely disappointed in the lack of Jonahs professionalism and beyond frustrated!

Would give 0 stars if I could. In the words of Golem from Lord of the Rings...you ruinz it! My Honda Civic was brought in for a simple oil change. Vehicle was running fine. What I got back from the word of their so called Technicians was it leaks, everywhere they said. Ive owned the car since June of last year and park it in a dirt/gravel driveway. Not a drop of oil anywhere in my spot and nobody else parks there but me. So thats a lie. Then he goes further by adding my tires are out of balance and my alignment is off. Im a Lyft driver. Have been for months now. I drive the freeway constantly and my car practically drives itself on a straightaway. Now after I get my car back from Big O it pulls to the right? Hard? WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY CAR?! STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. IF YOU NEED AN OIL CHANGE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. DONT RECOMMEND BIG O UNLESS YOU LIKE GETTING SABOTAGED!!!

This location has poor customer service. Dropped my truck off for a tire rotation and tire patch. I was told it be a couple of hours. 4 and half hours have past. Called to check on the status of my vehicle just to be told it will not be done until closing! This has not been the first time this has happened. I have a warranty on my tires thats the only reason I return. Not anymore Ill eat my warranty and pay for better service elsewhere. I finally got my truck back just to find out that they didnt even rotate my tires. They had the audacity to look at me and tell me otherwise. The tire they patched was in the same location.

Made an appt here a week in advance for 4 new tires to be put on our vehicle for 4/1/2021 at 8am. We took the day off work to get this done. We dropped off our car no problem. We go home and wait a few hours, we get a call saying the car is ready so we drive back to pick up the car and the only thing that was done to it was the OIL CHANGE which we goto the dealer for. We never had an appt for an oil change. A week prior we told the guy on the phone we needed tires so we gave him the vehicle information which automatically brings up the tire information. We confirmed to the price and set aside the money for the tires. So I guess this place just picks and chooses what service they will give you. What a waste of a day off. Thanks guys. I guess April fools got me this time.

Needed tires, told salesman I had appointment. He stated shouldnt be a problem they could get tires from the warehouse and i would make it. Apparently was a problem, missed appointment. Big O warehouse held up the driver picking up the tires. Salesman should have done better on following up.

I have been taking all of my vehicles to Big O Tires on Indian School for years now! Ryan and his staff are Awesome to work with! From oil changes, repairs and Tires! I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I try to call them to make appointment and guy said the soonest is on Friday. So I went on their website make appointment and same day they have 2available time. Don’t know if the guy on the phone don’t want to accept a customer on same day and also when you make appointment they asking you what service that I need to get done. I put synthetic change oil and they give me the regular one and paid for $13. It was cheap but I want synthetic oil as I said on their website. I can pay for it. They take long time to change oil. I wish there is Oil Can Henry here. They work fast and reliable. We also recently change our 2 tires and they said we need to change it again? So I will just make a second opinion and go in different auto service.

Literally took them all day to do an oil change and 40point inspection... they told me the do an tire rotation with every oil change. However, I got it home and in fact the tires weren’t actually moved, nor were any of them at the same nor correct PSI! Also, when I went to pick it up, I didn’t receive any paperwork nor recommendations on what they did. When I went to leave, my vehicle had a puddle of fluid underneath it. As it continued to drip, I went back in to tell the people my concern. The man popped the hood and quickly looked at what it may have been. His conclusion was the coolant reservoir was the cause— it was clearly cracked (couldn’t miss the huge hole in it) so why it was filled in the first place and not brought to my attention was beyond me.ZERO STARS AND NEVER RETURNING.

I have been calling for 3 1/2 weeks just to see if the tires I ordered for my golf car arrived. I know it is the times but every time I call it’s can you hold please. Usually wait about 8 to 10 minutes to talk to somebody. I remind them I am just calling to see about my golf car tires. And then of course they respond with I will look into it and call you back. Have not received one call back yet. The sad thing is I have purchased six sets of tires and countless maintenance visits since they moved in five years ago. Besides the fact that I need my new dodge 2500 leveled with a set of new wheels and tires. Back to Discount Tires I go. Never should’ve left I guess.

Picked up a rental car close by and noticed my tires were low. Pulled up and they checked/fixed my pressure free of charge. Thanks guys!!

Theres a sign Posted on the doors that says must wear mask to enter store I get in store wearing my mask theres a family of 4 without their masks. This time my visit wasnt goodafter the oil change was completed there was oil on my seat and my door panel I asked them to clean to wipe it. I had to go back because my oil indicator was still onwaiting 1 hour and 15 minutes and I made an appointment at 12 oclock so, I was Satisfied this time with the service

Got an alignment still was pulling to the right I went back to make an appointment and the man who helped me was so rude, 1 word answers, very short and unprofessional to the fullest extent. He was a Mexican American and I was wearing a pro Trump mask he clearly was not liking me and it showed. I had a 8am appointment, car still not moved @820 then gets worked on. It gets finished yet I was not notified by the same employee. I walked up to the front desk and said my car appears to be done but I wasnt notified another gentleman helps me gives me my keys and I leave. Clearly the employee whos name I believe was Jonah V. Didnt give me great service for personal reasons and in todays world that is not ok.

Where to begin? So my wife made a simple oil change appt at 9 am. She showed up on time time and they did not finish until 10:20. So 1 it took 80 mins to do a 20 min job. Then my wife had to go to her Dr appt. Well it wasn’t until she left her Dr appt that she noticed something was not right with the Jeep. It wouldn’t get up to speed and wouldn’t go over 60 on the freeway and a check engine light came on. So she got home and told me about it after I got out of work and went home. It’s now just before 9pm and the only thing open is autozone, I take it there and am having the same issues the wife had. They do a diagnostic read on it and has a bunch of codes, but say most likely it’s the oil pump. So the next morning I take it to my mechanic (whom I trust 100%) they tell me someone put the wrong oil in my Jeep and caused the oil pump to break. (2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee w/ 92,000 miles) and says he has never seen anything like this that no oil pump has ever broken like this with so little mileage. After a long game of phone tag with the manager of big o tires, I ask the manager to pay for the $950+ it cost me to fix my Jeep. he tells me that I should’ve taken it back to them for them to fix and I tell him why would I take my Jeep to the people that broke it doing a simple oil change? He calls his bosses and they offer to give us $300 in store credit and that’s it. I will never go back to this company and would not recommend them to anyone. I gave them 2 stars because at least the manager was friendly about the whole thing.

One Big O sent me to another, looking for a cheap spare tire. Mine was very old and looked bad despite only being used once or twice. First one said they didnt have any cheap tires for a spare on hand at that moment. Sent me to Indeanschool and Litchfield location, called ahead for me and gave them my info. He told me it would be $111 + tax. Got there they put it on and then tried to charge me $197... for the spare. I just paid $164 for my All Terrain tire I had to replace. Full service spare that was the same size. No crazy custom size. So not sure why they sent me to another branch to charge double the quoted price. Stick to Wal-Mart they dont work on commission.All the 5 star reviews are super generic. 🤨 bot reviews

All I have to say is liers.I took my car in to get a hole patched on a tire. Should have been an easy in and out.Except i got a call saying that they couldnt patch it because it was near the side wall. It was NOT near it or even damaged the side wall.Instead he said I needed to buy a new tire and also said I needed to replace all my tires because they were 4 years old.This is how I know they are lying and didnt check them. The car and the tires werent even 4 years. Also if they would have checked all the tires they would have noticed that one of the tires had been replaced already and was brand new. So how are you going tell me ALL the tires need to be replaced again?I took it to another shop and they said the tire could be patched up and nothing was wrong with the other tires.

Tried going for a simple oil change. My car has been there all day , long time on hold trying to get an update . To find out they havent even begun working on it. Never again will I try this place. Dont recommend to anyone unless you have 8 hours to wait for a oil change.

Although I did not make a significant purchase, I was treated with regal customer service from Bill. Bill, youre amazing and deserve recognition on the national level. Got in and out of there exceptionally quick.

I bought a new set of tires in June 2019. We are now in August 2020, and then Sunday I was driving home on the freeway and the side wall blew out on my back rear passenger tire. I did not run over anything the side wall blew the tread was fine. I also have nitrogen in them so the air does not fluctuate. My husband took my car To the Goodyear Big O Tire where I originally purchased my tires. To get a new tire and my tires are still under warranty. I also bought the road hazard warranty. When he got there he explained to Jeff that the side wall had blown. That we would need a new tire. Jeff told my husband there was a 3 hour wait and my husband was like no problem. Jeff was very short and not really listening to what my husband was saying and Jeff wrote the ticket for a flat repair. This tire was not repairable ( I have pics). 3 hours later my husband went to ask the status of my vehicle and Ryan said we are pulling it in now. Not even 2 minutes later Ryan was like yeah we don’t have that tire we need to order it. So needless to say 3 hours later I still didn’t have a new tire. I called the next morning and asked for a manager and I got Ryan. I was trying to ask why my husband had to wait 3 hours to tell us the tire needed to be ordered. Why Jeff did not go look at the tire and realize that is was not a flat repair. Then he would not of had to wait for 3 hours. Ryan just kept talking over me. I finally asked if I could speak without him talking over me. I also tried to explain that Jeff acted like he was not interested in what my husband had to say. My exact words was Jeff was ignorant. Ryan at that point went a little postal stating they don’t get paid enough money for me to call an employee ignorant. I stated I think it would be better if I called the corporate office Ryan stated corporate won’t do anything we are franchised. When I asked for Ryan’s name his response is my name is Ryan R-Y-A-N he felt the need to angrily spell it out for me. Finally I just gave up talking and Ryan stated we will call you when your tire is ready. I stated I can not wait 3 hours due to I work. He stated it would take 20 minutes at most. When I showed up a few hours later to get my tire mounted it felt very unwelcoming. But it got mounted and I was out pretty quickly. The one thing I don’t comprehend is that I bought the roadside warranty originally and since the tire failed I have to buy another warranty on the replacement tire? The warranty is only good for that tire?

I brought my truck in to have the a/c recharged. It went out again after two weeks so big o recharged again and found a leak. I then paid to have hoses replaced. Then a/c went out again and they finally realized it was the a/c evaporator. I was told this was a 6 hour job. I dropped my truck off around noon on Monday and didnt get it back until 5pm Wednesday. I dont mind waiting for a job to be done right. I picked my truck up and it had a crack in my dashboard that wasnt there before big o did the repair. I showed the manager and he said he would see if they could get the part, if not he would give me store credit for future work. I was told he would call me the next day. Over 2 weeks later and I still have never heard from them. I also found that my third brake light/exterior cab light above the truck bed now stays on for about 30 minutes after locking the truck. This was not like this before the repair. I paid almost $1,400 dollars only to have my truck returned in worse condition. The a/c works but it is not ice cold as I was told it was. I also understand things happen when working on cars but it seems whoever was doing the work isnt worth the $120 an hour for labor. If you charge that much the work should reflect that. If it doesnt you should do something to make the customer happy.This isnt my first issue with this store. I brought my BMW in for an oil change and found my engine cover floating around not secured after the oil change. My F150 has been in numerous times and I have found rags in the engine bay.All this being said, I most likely will not be returning to big o anymore.

The appointment taker on my second call was rude. The store was closed after they confirmed my appointment twice. The manager was the first to start my customer service. No smile acted like he hated his job. I asked for someone else. He was good but at the end there were things I was charged for that given an option I would have declined and charged for services that were not done. I will go back to another location in the future.

Over filled oil, and check engine came on shortly after. Wanted $130 just to look at it.

Sales guy front desk. Forgot his name but horrible. Tried to add on all kinds of optional like hydrogen, extra extended warranty etc etc which is optional and tell me over $200 for one single tire which happens to be a standard size which discount tires cost with installation little over $100. I only went there because my tire blew out and was close. And then hand to wait over 2 hours because they dont keep standard size in stock and they usually have to call the warehouse for delivery. If you guys dont even keep standard sizes in stock which Im sure they sell the most should not even in be business let alone without asking custome all the optional fees I dont even need. So when I got upset and asked why it was so expensive for one standard size then the sales guy proceeded to tell me about hydrogen charging is extra blah blah. Tried to scam me. That is not a way to earn business. Will never ever go to Bog O tires again for no circumstances. Go somewhere else people. Very disappointed. Whish they had negative star.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, we went in to get 2 new tires because we found out 2 days before our Trip that our tires were bad we told the guy was only for two right now and the other two were not too bad anyways and a guy was extremely rude trying to push us into buying something and then we also told him that we needed the alignment done so when we took it in the next day to get the tires and the alignment done they told us that the alignment did not need to be done. While we are in California we ended up purchasing the other two tires anyways and we have the guy look at the alignment again because we figured it was not right and he told us the alignment did need to be done. So they just push you into trying to sell you something and don’t help you out with any other problems with your car.

Best place to go! Fast service and excellent customer service. They do brakes, oil change, tire rotation and alignments. Don’t waste your time with a silly dealership these guys know best!!

Went in to get some rear tires for my car and decided to finance because I assumed it would be an easy way to build credit, I asked if I could pay half now and then the rest later and was told I had to pay the minimum of 50 dollars and then 50 dollars every two weeks from there, what I wasnt told was that if I didnt pay the entire amount within 90 days, the total I would have to pay would be over double the amount of the tires, I ended up paying over 800 dollars for 2 tires, I feel scammed and misled by both BigO and acima credit for not disclosing this to me at the beginning

I just can`t believe all these BIGOTIRES different prices on exact tires. 285/50/20 Sailun Atrezzo tires in Surprise & Happy Valley Phoenix Stores at $105.99 a tire here at $126 and some change.

They know their stuff, and they are willing to take a little extra time to actually explain to you what is going o on with your car. Honest and reliable. Only place to go to get good service!

There is no way around it. Big-O Tires at Litchfield and Indian School is the best and most professional car shop in the West Valley. They fixed my A/C for me, but during the process my power steering motor was damaged. So they replaced it for free. A new tech had forgot to do a power steering flush so they told me to bring it in and they did that for free and replaced a damaged O-ring AND threw in a free oil change. They are quick at what they do. They have officially bought my undying loyalty

First time at this location. I came in for a simple oil change and it was just that. Great customer service and I was out in about 45 minutes.

I went in for an oil change. My first oil change i have done alone. I am 19 years old. And always had family do my oil change. So this was about a month ago when my mother suggested this place because she said she always has great experience here. she Said Jared always took care of her. So i went in and mind u i don’t know anything about cars. So my car need synthetic oil which means my oil change was $54 my mom told me it was going to be $20 and i was confused and called her at work and she said let me call Jared so she called him and told her what he told me about my oil and that was that so i later went up and asked why I’m being charged so much because i don’t under stand what synthetic oil is and why it’s so damn expensive and he and his team were just very rude to me. Mind you i look very young i could pass as a twelve year old and i always get treated different because of how young i look. By treated different i don’t mean the price of how much my oil change was... i mean how they actually talked to me. I do not recommend this store. My mother actually said she wasn’t going back because of how rude they were to me.

Got 4 new tires and a brake inspection and now my car shakes. First time customer and Im not very happy. I travel for work and told the guy I needed good tires.

Youre staff are very knowledgeable, they are friendly and helpful. What I like about your Stores is that if its okay, no charge. You are straight forward in your dealings. I am visiting in Arizona and hit a deep chuck hole on the way down and figured my car needed an alignment, Called up your Goodyear Store to make an appointment next week and they said come on down. I did. My car was out of alignment, it was fixed and Iwas on my way.. I will go to Big O as long as I can find one.

Ive used and referred these guys for years but recently I brought them my rv for tires, oil change service, and wiper blades. The tires had a road hazard warranty through a secondary company, so all 6 tires had damage but they said the company would only cover 3 of them (ok i guess but how do I know if and what they said) so i bought the other 3 myself. When I asked why they didnt cover those the answer was that they could be repaired. So I asked them to repair the 3 that are fixable and they told me they had to order special plug patches and would have them ready by Tuesday at the end of the day. I went to pick them up Wednesday afternoon i was told that they would jump on that right away and I could wait 15 minutes or so. Unfortunately I didnt have any time to wait for them so i get to go back again. Yes I said again! I was there Monday because they had removed my wiper blades on Friday but forgot to put the new ones on (SMH). Now that I started second guessing the work that was done (or not?) I started to check things out. So when did a oil change become just that, meaning they drained out the old oil,changed the oil filter and added oil. Didnt lube any of the chassis or drive line, didnt check the air filter, didnt fill the washer fluid, or check any other fluids that would need a recommendation. Now i admit that I cant be to critical because they said they didnt charge me for the oil change, but I was 100 percent willing to do so for the fact that I didnt want to do this service myself ( guess Im doing now). I just want you all to know that you should be clear about what you expect and make sure that you check out the work to make sure youre satisfied before you leave.

To bad I even have to give them a star. I called on Saturday for an appointment on Sunday, I said 2:00 pm the gentleman said that would not be enough time could I bring it in a 12:00. I arrived at 1145 and dropped my car off for 4 new tires, at 3:30 pm my car had not been touched. I told them just give me my keys and I will go else where then all of a sudden he said we will get you in right now. I will never go to Big O again.

Was in today for 1 tire. Was there quite awhile. Store manager (believe Ryan was his name) directly ignored my 3 year old son when all he was trying to do was say hi to him. For a store that was collecting money for children with cancer, I would have appreciated a little more respect towards my son. However, rocky was great! But I wont be going here again.

This is where I buy tires and get my brakes fixed. Good service. Love the coupons. My local Big O is really fair!

I think the mark of a good company isnt how they handle the routine but the weird things. I bought a set of tires. Sadly one was defective. I took it back and my warranty easily honored. But, I had to pay to have the tire mounted. Makes no sense. If my refrigerator or washer broke they repair person doesnt gouge me by charging me to pull the appliance away from the wall. So why do I have to pay to have the tire taken off? Good businesses just need to treat people fairly and reasonably. Shame on you. .

I brought the Prius in for a headlight change and other services with an appointment on Saturday at 9. It stayed overnight per agreement. Picked it up at 11am on Sunday. Get home, its still out. Drive back. Im waiting over 2 hours and its STILL NOT FIXED. Jeff is rude. Service is trash. Save your time and money.

Ive been a long time Big-O-Tire customer in which Ive learned the vaule of having the service and quality thats always been there for years !! I had a bad interaction with ANOTHER store and I almost gave up on my trusted resource and service until I found Bill and his guys here at this location !! This is the ground floor of what Ive always built upon over many years and then for everyone in our family and that says A Lot !! Thx guys 👍🤠❤️

Came in this morning after dealing with a super flat tire yesterday, and instead of them pushing a new tire on me they offered to look to see if it can be patched. Yes! I was able to just get the patch, and my tire is as good as New! They were very quick, and super friendly this single mommas pocket book is happy today . Thanks big o!

Horrible. Always the same. Always want to sell new tires. Even when the tires, purchased at their location, arent up to par with over 75percent tread. They already have a quote for new tires and a speech. Our tires are still under warranty! Heard them give a poor lady the speach that her car wasnt safe to drive, but for $700+ and 3 hours later..... sadStand behind your product, even if you cant find it in your system.

Couldnt trust their honesty less than I do. Told me I needed new tires, I wasnt sure I did but I trusted them. Six thousand miles later told me again I needed new tires, didnt believe them. Six thousand miles later and I think the tires are just fine.
