I have gotten oil changes at this location multiple times but this experience was the best thus far. I accidentally locked my keys inside of my car and they were able to get them for me which saved me money that I wouldve had to pay a locksmith. The manager Steven was very helpful with assisting me and making sure that my car was ready at the time it promised. I will DEFINITELY continue to do business with them.

Worst experience ever. I had my brakes changed and rotors machined. They messed it all up. Ended up having to go somewhere else for new rotors and brakes. Worst part instead of owning up to it they came up with this elaborate lie about the whole thing. I cant even get customer service to answer the phone or give me a call back so it can have this whole thing resolved. My recommendation is to stay as far away from this place as you can.

I came in to the shop one hour before closing. They took my car for a test drive, put it up on the rack, and presented me with an detailed estimate. They ended up doing a complete brake job all the way around. Took it for another test drive. The bill for their service was very reasonable. All this courtesy and professionalism in under an hour.

2 months ago I wrote a 5 star review. I had used their service several times since I have been in AZ. This week I needed a simple oil and filter change. Booked my appointment on line for 4pm and got there my usual 3:40. The service advisor informed me they could not get to me for at least an hour and a half or longer. I was not particularly happy but do understand things happen. I said what about tomorrow same time. He smiled and said that would be much better. I asked if something came up and they had issues again to please call me so I dont have to drive there again for nothing. Arrived the next day at 3:40 for a different service advisor to tell me all they were doing were brakes and transmission work. No one called or even cared that I had to leave work to make my appointment and drove there 2 days in a row for them to let me know their business is being poorly run. I rebooked another appointment at a competitor and do believe I will not be going back to this store. Could change but right now rather disappointed that I was treated with such poor customer service. I left the rest of my original positive review here for reference.I have used their services several times. I have found their prices reasonable and they usually get me right in when I schedule an advance appointment. I had gone in for a coolant flush and asked if they would check all my fluids. They found the brake fluid was dirty and asked if I wanted that flushed and replaced too. I was glad I did as the brakes had been feeling a bit mushy. Now they feel normal again. It did not add much extra time to my wait time. Very friendly staff that appreciates my business. I highly recommend them and will continue to use their services.

Had received a quote for replacing a wheel bearing from another BM location that was unable to do the job when I needed it done. Booked an appointment online for this location, which didn’t seem to be a priority for them. When they did evaluate my car, they wanted over $200 more for the exact same job.

The store was clean and they observed safety protocols. The actual price of the work needed to repair my brakes was much higher than quoted on the phone when I made the appointment. The clerk was good to explain the necessity of work needed. I also got a warranty on the drum work, which is the first time this has every been offered to me for wear and tear on brakes.

My wife takes our car in for an oil change. I come outside the to next day oil all over my driveway. She takes it back and they fix it. Hey mistakes happen no problem. Come out the next day.... more oil again staining my driveway. I go with her to get this resolved and the counter person has some kind of attitude problem and feels it is okay to be condescending even though I am back due to their negligence.I watch him help other customers as we wait for our car and apparently he treats everyone rudely. My wife says that is how he was treating people when she was in previously as well. Even though there were mistakes made... it happens I probably would have been back because they were fast. But after seeing how they treat their customers I will make sure I do not return and let everyone I know how unprofessional this location can be.

Took my car to brake masters cause I have before and they did an okay job.. I have an oil leak a really bad one took my car to brake masters to see if they can find where all that oil is leaking from left my car there about maybe an hour later I get a call and its them the guy said he found where it is leaking from I said where he said oil filter Im like okay waited for him to tell me where else he found a leak nope that was it now I am no mechanic Im pretty sure if u see 3 different oil puddles more than a foot from each other its saying there is more than one I said their has to be more he said no and that might as well to get an oil change I knew to trust my judgement that he was wrong but I thought hes certified mechanic so I said fine got the oil change he said problem fixed. Few hours later same oil leaks nothing was fixed stupid me

I had a 1030a appointment for an AC check and was told the appointment time is not your appointment time it just guarantees you to be seen that day. He said he had 3 walk ins ahead of me. Why make an appointment time if you cant honor it. Horrible service. I would never use them.

Cost me $1700 to replace AC but does not get cold, took it back and they tell me it doesnt get cold cause we have temperatures right now????

I came in to get my brakes done. And they gave me an estimate I could not refuse. And the man helping me gave me two different coupons (George-i think he was the manager) anyways they did a really good job on my brakes and they even rotated my tires for free. Super nice guys!! Very fast too. I came in at 3:30 and was out by 5:30. I am keeping these guys for any more work I need in this Dept. And they even gave me an oil change qoute thats$20 less then everyone else Ive called on the Westside. I highly recommend this shop #187. My husband and I were really impressed with entire experience.

I have taken two vehicles here. Both times everyone there was polite and professional. The service was done quick and priced right. I have already scheduled my third visit and my wife and I recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

They always fix my van and always do such a good job. Very honest and reliable and always cheaper than anyone else. We have had to have our vehicle towed there twice now and they always do such a good job. I never have to worry about them telling me things that aren’t broken, I really trust them. Love this location! These guys are so professional and honest. Theyll tell you whats wrong, what needs to be fixed, whats a priority, and what can wait a while. George’s courteous and assuring manner on the phone made us want to bring it in that sameday...which we did. He was just as chill yet professional in person as in the phone. Even though we were a late-day walk-in, he made time for us. Would definitely recommend this location and serviceman.

I don’t do this often and I should do it more but I have to commend a great experience I had with an employee on Monday, November 11th. I had a great and quick experience at Brake Masters. I must commend your employee, George Ramirez, who happens to be the Store Manager, Mr. Ramirez provided excellent customer service. He saw me working and struggling with an issue with my car at Pep Boys, a business a few stores down. He immediately came over to help me and had the issue resolved within minutes. Good customer service is so hard to find now a days but George reminded me that good old customer service will earn a customer for life. Brake Masters on Dysart seems to excel in making the customer feel like every problem has a solution. Thank you George for going out your way, literally, to help someone who was a little helpless.

These guys are scam artists. They literally lie to your face and tell you your car needs several things that it doesnt.Quotes you an amount for services and then gives you an invoice that 25% higher with no explanation.Then fills you with BS when you question them on it.

The General Manager from the store gave me a call and apologized for their service. And offered to take care care of me. Which I greatly appreciate and thankful for the follow up concerning the customer service!I was sitting outside the store and watched a mechanic rip through the parking lot in my car before starting work on it. They left the car dirtier than I brought it in. And left parts scattered in my car.

They lie to you about what needs to be done and take advantage of you if you dont know about cars. Especially if youre a woman! I went in for an oil change. They were also supposed to change out front and back brakes for my Vehicle. Charged me a bunch of fees.Supposedly resurfaced my rotors but they never were. I had them checked by another mechanic. The power steering fluid was supposed to be replaced too but its still mucky. I had my friend go in and ask about the charges. At first they said that they might have hit the wrong service charge because they are so close together in the system. They checked my vehicle once again and said that they did do the work on my car. And brought out some random old rotors to try and verify that those rotors were mine. My vehicle doesnt even have back rotors and they changed me for them. Ive been going for oil changes with them for a while and they took advantage of it. Always telling me I need something new. After arguing with them back and forth the manager said he cant do anything about it because I had already agreed to what I was paying for. But if my vehicle doesnt have parts that they are charging me for how in the world am I supposed to pay for it? The manager didnt want to take care of me so he said I had to take it to corporate. They clearly knew that they messed up but didnt want to admit to it so they just shrugged it off and told me to take it to corporate. Rotors were supposed to be resurfaced and they were still dirty. They didnt do anything. I paid almost $500 for just an oil change pretty much.

Took my mini van in here because the brakes were soft. These guys came back with the master cylinder and brake booster needing to be replace and handed this bill for $1084!!Knowing they were obviously taking advantage, I looked up the cost of the parts on Google. The highest cost online for both the master cylinder and the booster was $250 (less then half what they were trying to charge me) so needless to say we did the repair our selves and it took all of an hour and a half of our time. We just watched a video on YouTube and saw how easy it was. They were trying to charge me $1084 for a simple job that took less than 2 hours and cost less than $250.So unless you like paying way to much for your car repairs I would suggest never going to this place.

I had called ahead to get a ballpark quote on what it would cost to fix my brakes. It was 300.00 and when they finished it was 630.00.they where knowledgeable and did a good job. They advertised financing available but did not offer me any. I had to make 60.00 in uber rides to the bank.

I went in to get my breaks done in an immediate and urgent manner, these guys got me in, replaced my breaks and test driven it to make sure it was alright in a very timely manner. They were very courteous and I would come back again if i needed work again. Customer service is their A Game! :)

Went in for a quick, basic oil change for a total of $22, and also got a bottle of SeaFoam put in the transmission and the codes on my engine pulled. Overall a good visit! I recommend this place.

Been coming here for years. They always let you know what is up and they will physically show you what broke and offer best practice to acoid the issue in the future. Always full of knowledge.

First went in because car was stalling and they fixed it bent back the same week for them to fix my a.c. and again they fixed it less than a month later same issues happening for both issues so we go back this time they tell my my entire transmission needs to be replaced. Took it to a family friend who owns transmission shop and said no transmission is fine something is just clogged use better gas for a couple months and gas cleaner it will fix it. I dont even want to take it back to have them fix ac again because they will just steal 1000$ more from us. Never go here they brake things not fix them.

Went in for routine oil change and received a call from the manager that I needed a $200 alignment (completely unneeded). I spoke with the mechanic who ran the diagnostic when I picked up my vehicle and he confirmed he didnt know what the manager was talking about... Dishonest! On top of that, they used the incorrect oil from what was requested and recommended, and charged me for an extra 2 quarts. I will not be going back. By the way, this is my first 1 star review (ever).

Worst Company ever, went in for a simple oil change and they tried to sell me a coolant flush and new hoses because they appear to be originals not because they were necessary, so I declined that service and then they destroyed my oil pan, they overtightened the plug that goes in the oil pan stripping the threads and thus making the plug no longer useful, so they put in a temporary plug made of rubber claiming it will get me through to the next oil change but then my car needs a new oil pan which will cost me $500+, less than a week later I notice my car is leaking oil, come to find out there is only 1 quart of oil left in my car (4 quart tank) and this rubber plug is a total waste. I asked them to claim responsibility and they denied it all the way up to the regional manager.

Went in to get my rear brakes done. They told me that my axel seal was bad and leaking inside the drum and that I needed it replaced and new brakes and drums any way it was almost $800. I told them no way Ill come get the truck. Then the quote suddenly drops. Well you dont really need this and that. Long story short it cost me almost $500 and now I really do have a leak. My garage floor is covered in gear oil. Took it back and they told me to keep an eye on it and Ill just probably have to have the seal done again. Well it sure wont be by them. Ill not be going back here again.

Got there as soon as they opened saturday morning at 7:30 for an oil change, was told the wait would be 45 minutes to an hour. After 2 hours, car was finally done. While my husband was paying, I noticed there was a small crack on my key fob. When I went to grab the keys to check it out, the actual key was wobbly and loose from the fob. When we told the manager, he didnt want to own up to someone breaking it and was insisting that it was like that when we brought it in. Ive been coming here for years and today will be last! The manager is completely incompetent and careless. I would strongly advise to go somewhere else.

If your a woman do not go to this shop. Went in for a simple express oil change and they tried to upsell me on a synthetic oil change that was not necessary on my vehicle. When refused they became very rude and repeatedly would make condasending comments about the service I chose. Then, they overcharged me for the oil change provided. They shoved the receipt in the envelope so I wouldnt notice. Once I went to my vehicle and saw that the coupon wasnt applied I confronted them about it and the front attendant acted like if I never gave him the coupon. The guy didnt even know how to issue credit back to my card. Even then they continued to make comments on the fact that I chose to go with a different oil change than what they had recommended. New management and front attendants are rude and disrespectful to the customers. Not like the service they used to provide. Never going back again!

I was there 2 days ago for a full service oil change before a trip. They charged me $5 more than the coupon stated and talked me into a brake service to stop the squeaking on a brake job they did. The brakes still squeak. On the way to Utah two of my tires developed holes under normal driving conditions. Did they not bother to check the tires for signs of wear? They are lazy and happy to take your money but dont actually care about their customers. I will NOT be returning.

If I could give them 0 stars I would but I have to give atleast 1 star. theyre one of the worse automotive shops Ive been to. It all started with my vehicle with a basic oil change. They charged me at least 12 dollars more then quoted, I went to another shop and they didnt charge extra only taxes from the price quoted ... and now with my truck all I needed was an alignment, they refused to do it the day I was in there and were way overpricing me they wanted double the alignment price. Just ridiculous. On top.of that the guy in the front desk is just rude and unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend to any one close to me to go there , I would recommend any other shop like pep boys or walmart . 2 thumbs down .

Went in for a brake check, ( as I knew I needed my brakes replaced) after about 30 mins, they tell me I need to get a bunch of stuff replaced... ? Having my own Mechanic, I declined their $800 quote. The guy was upset and gave me attitude. They stripped 3 of my lug nuts when putting my tires back on. Unbelievable. These guys mustve thought Im a girl so I have no idea and can take advantage of the situation.Im just completely disappointed that some people would do that to someone to make that extra buck. Dont be fooled, these guys are only looking out for themselves. You can bet Im never going back.

The brake Masters on Dysart off of the 10 does not guarantee their work. My dad took his brakes to get done in October and he rarely drove his truck because he has two trucks, but the wheel totally broke off and they won’t cover or guarantee their work, My dad paid over $1700 for brake Masters not to guarantee their work and for them just accuse him of coming back a second time for for free services. Reading all the other reviews break master sucks! Do not go to them they will screw you over!
