This has to be the best home depot I have ever been in. That says alot considering that I was working doing audits for home depot. The place very clean and well stocked the employees seemed to really like being there. The plants were unbelievable just beautiful. I will be back

Been going to this one for 10 years. Has to be one of the cleanest in town. Very big on covid safety protocols. Very nicely organized and easy to use directional signage. Easy checkout. Tons of parking and two big accessibility entrances. Well lit. Customer service is stellar here and lots of it. Prices are affordable and great webpage.

Customer service was simply horrible. Tried getting a refund on a sink that didnt fit my kitchen the lady told me and my wife that the money was refunded back to my card and when I ask for some kind of receipt she got offended like a said something wrong. All I wanted was proof of receipt. But I guess that to hard for Customer service to handle 🤦‍♂️. Save yourself the trouble and go to Lowes. But then again they might not be any better.

Big box store, but where else are you going to go. Mike in the plumbing department and Alan were awesome, very friendly and helpful. We like HD because it is normally better prices than Lowes. This location is normally well stocked and organized. The store is clean. The parking is convenient but can get hard to find a spot during peak hours.

Good luck returning something! Plan to stand in line for 20 min.

Staff was helpful. large array of tools for home projects. in and out in less than 20, easy to find what I needed. I also enjoyed matching paint chips to my shirt. :)

Our home store has become like the others. Help is hard to find, plenty of employees nearby but to busy talking to each other or engaging in some other version of customer avoidance.Lots of empty spots on shelves that have not been restocked. Although the items seem to be wrapped in shrink wrap on a pallet nearby, no one has bothered to place on shelves for customers to purchase.Maybe time to take a look at other home improvement purchase options for consumers, aas this location no longer is able to provide service or products when needed for this customer.

Clean, convenient store. As always, its a little difficult to get assistance but when it finally comes they definitely go the extra mile to help. Their house brand of tools, Husky, is a step above Pittsburgh in quality and the Husky tool belts are a 5 star value themselves.

Absolutely outstanding service!!I’ve never experienced such astounding customer service than I did from Dominique and JD at this Home Depot. I came home to a 92° House the other day. In the Phoenix heat of Early august none the less. I have pets and my warranty company can’t get my unit replaced on time so I rushed to Home Depot.. I was panicked and honestly didn’t know where to begin. I needed something to hold me over for a few weeks. I explained everything I needed to Dominique and she jumped to my rescue. They didn’t have any of the units I needed at the location so she grabbed a computer and searched all the stores in an hour radius. Nothing!! It took her over an hour to help me and not a single sign of annoyance the entire time. They were both genuinely happy to help. They were so sweet and so helpful the entire time. Jd jumped in to help her search, working flawlessly as a team. Because we couldn’t find one close, she got online to a local competitor store site to help me search! She called the store and spoke with the people from the department to make sure they had what I needed and could hold it for me. Again.. this was a competitor company store she was talking to on my behalf! I had a unit I tried the day before that didn’t work for me and I had to return it. They both walked to my car and brought it in for me and took care of everything until the second I walked out the door. Thanks to both of these employees I am all set. Going above and beyond for customers to help, even tho I can’t buy from them due to inventory issues outside of the stores control , is what customer service is all about and they set the bar high! I will ALWAYS go see them with anything I need! You both went completely above your job role to help me and I couldn’t thank you enough!! GIVE THEM RAISESSSS!

Staff is always right around the corner, or at least theres one or more at the customer service counter. The layout is simple and easy to search, and their prices and sales are also fantastic. Love this store, and the wife just told me she loves coming here too.

I stopped by to speak with an employee about paints, I was hesitant to approach a young lady behind the counter on her cell phone, but I did anyway. I just didnt get the vibe that she knew what she was talking about as I have with other store employees who go on about a product, its other uses and items that can be used with said product. My conversation with her seemed more as if she was telling me what I wanted to hear rather than what I was looking to know.

The associates at the location do not speak to you. The ones I see try to avoid eye contact like they want to avoid being asked for help.When I do finally find someone they want to point instead of showing where the items are. I have just had to learn my way around the store. I found what I needed and the prices were good. I love that they have displays to show the lighting the light bulbs give off. I do like the store though, maybe just need to visit another location.

Went got exactly what I needed and I was out. Greeted at the door with a smile and music..! It was stocked and neat, and check out was quick.. I recommend this store.

Kira in Customer Service is AMAZING! She was the only one working at the service desk (another girl was there, not sure what she was busy with) but Kira was totally handling it! Great job!

I found what I needed, but was rather disappointed in the lack of attentiveness by the staff. The one man in the lighting area was more content to stand and talk to a friend the entire time I was searching for bulbs almost in front of him. This seems A continuing trend over the years of customer service not being what it once was at this particular location in my experience.

Contractor put a bathtub on hold. Dept sold it out from underneath him. Then they told him they could pick one up from a store in Chandler. They get to Chandler and theyre told that it has to be ordered from a store in Tucson. Pretty dishonest business practice to sell things out from under people. Not the first time its happened, either.

Ive came to buy a freezer and I waited for 30. minutes. No one came around to help and I ask two workers and all they did was call someone else and left me standing there. So I went and got a dolly and rolled the freezer up front and paid for it. And loaded it up into my truck. I was disappointed with the service and customer service. I will noy go to this store anymore.

Just another Home Depot like any other. During the week mostly Contractors and easy to shop and get out. Weekends are definitely busier and youll be there longer. Enjoy

Almost always have what I need. But!!! I try not to ask the staff for help because they usually stop and read the labels on products. Maybe I expect too much? When I ask for help im thinking they have some experience working with the department they are assigned to. Your best bet is to wait for another customer that looks like they are wearing dirty work clothes and ask them for advice. 😉Prices are sky rocketing as well 😱

Good Home Depot as they go but I still hate the newer registers and they have been there for a while now. Most of the staff is great also that I have felt with and I am there at least 3 times a week.

Reasonable service as far as home Depot goes. Somewhat knowledgeable in millwork and in electrical.. unfortunately they allow parking in front of the door by the pro desk that makes it very difficult for you to get out to your car if you purchase large lumber pieces or conduit. You have to navigate around parked cars under the drive-up

Such a beautiful store. My children and I went there this morning for the American eagle workshop. Had a great time lots of other families there as well. Staff was very nice and so helpful. My children enjoyed themselves did I. You ever tryna fix your house this is the place to go. Great environment and helpful to the community. Cant wait to go back again for the Christmas workshop.

IMO, the best stocked Home Depot on the west side. Wide variety and lots of stock. Probably the most diverse tool rental too. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are out and visible but also dont pester you. Trained and motivated. Oh yeah. Forget the blue, come to the orange.

Saddly disapointing. When you ask someone just standing around wearing that orange smock for help finding something..and you get told thats not their department. Then walks away without even trying to help...so sad..so very disappointing..dont think ill go back there.

Fred is a keeper! My granddaughter and I visited this store yesterday. We were looking for something specific for our Hydroponic garden project. After a while we were about to give up and a kind gentleman asked if he could help. My adopted grandchild always addresses service workers by name because Ive taught her to be personable. The name on his apron was Bryan. After a brief heartfelt explanation the man shared his name was Fred and he was using the apron today. My granddaughter hinged on his every word, as he kindly walked us through the store to find what we we looking for. While the store did not have specifically what we we looking for, he helped us find something even better. The part, yes, but even greater was his KINDNESS and a genuine interest in helping us. Thank you Fred, for providing us with the respected example of a lifetime!

I like shopping at Home Depot. They have a good selection of items and good prices better when they on sale. I like the garden area they have beautiful selection of flowers and trees. They have an excellent warranty on the flower garden.Customer service what can I say. They are very helpful. They have many employees that are very knowledgeable and expert in there area.Home Depot is my go to shop for. My needs in home repair.

This Home 🏡 Depot location is one of the few I had not been to until this week. The staff is noticeably more attentive to at least ask customers if they need help finding anything. What the seemingly very young staff may lack in knowledge they make up for in effort to assist customers to the best of their abilities.If this location wasnt 45 miles from my neighborhood, Id shop here regularly. Keep up the good customer service!

Larry helped me he was so kind. first man thats ever been nice to me at a home Depot all the other ones always treat me like some stupid woman. He was very patient and kind and understanding and knowledgeable and definitely made me feel welcome!

Had to return a damaged bath tub. The only replacement was way up on the overhead. Two very nice young men went over and above to get it down for me.

This store (5902 West Peoria in Glendale ) I wrote a review earlier but think it went to the wrong store so I’m going to rewrite it . I have been a customer of Homedepot for many,many years and finally found a store that I think is superior . I went in for window shade yesterday and was totally overwhelmed with all the choices and with in a few seconds someone named Dev came to help me . She was so knowledgeable , very friendly . I was ready to purchase blinds that were totally incapable of fitting my widows until she stepped in to help me . She custom cut the blinds I needed and was on my way in no time . I went home. to hang them and they were the perfect sz.. I have had the same experience every time I go to that store . The customer service is Outstanding in this location !

Ive bought a citrus and apple tree from them last year .my trees still in the exact same size. Even though Ive followed their directions and recommendations for better planting.

Being a 7 year former employee of Lowes i have to say I was impressed by the customer service. Associate was eager to help me and was quick to grab a lift and pull my items down from top stock!

Home Depot at 59th Ave and Peoria made me very happy today. I am ready to start planting vegetables and herbs; they had just gotten a shipment of plants as I showed up ready to buy. The selection was very good and the plants look nice and healthy. The checkout process is safe with a plexiglass shield separating the customer and employee. Everyone was masked and careful which makes me feel safe and happy to go back for more plants! I did not shop inside the store, only the garden center.

SCAM ALERT: Home Depot is issuing out store credits that they can not track or block it they were to ever be lost. I am sure thousands of individuals lose these and what happens to all the lost store credits floating around. Home depot is the proud beneficiary of my $215 hard earned money.I tried getting a surprise gift for my mother for Easter this Sunday but one of the many boxes they had that appeared to be revealed was missing parts. So I go back to a Home Depot to return my grill and was asked if I wanted a store credit or credit back my credit card. Usually on the weekends if a credit is issued to your card it takes awhile for that to show back on your card with my small credit union so I asked for a store credit being I was going to turn around and by a grill already pieced together. After finally tracking down a worker and finding out the assembled grill would not fit in my suv I just left.After wasting a few hours of my day in the 100degree az weather dealing with the worst Easter ever and being I was running late for work we just picked up pizza instead of grilling.To make the day even worse I got home and had my original receipt and my new receipt with a credit and my Store credit card was missing. The store managers said I was out of luck and no one could help me. I contacted the Home Depot Corporate Office and they could not help me.I do my best to purchase from stores in person instead of online shopping. But after a few bad experiences at Home Depot, myself and my staff will no longer use them again. I know that big box stores dont care about that but its a start.Store credits are not guaranteed money. They should really be like money orders. I know I was irresponsible for miss placing the store credit card I was given but I have ALL my receipts and it should not be this difficult to protect my money.Praying that God will see this resolved the correct way.

Good place for all your home needs

I love home depot, the reason I gave this home Depot two stars is that after somebody was called to help me to cut pipe, I stood there for 21 minutes after somebody actually came. I then needed somebody to cut wood for me and that was a 16-minute wait just to have somebody help me. this is the second time Ive come to this particular location and had to wait a very long time. I usually go to one a few miles further away from my house, this time I thought I could run in grab what I needed and head out unfortunately that was not the case

I guess I expect from them what I experienced in the mid west.My problems here are lack of knowledge among many of the workers and they dont yield to the customer in the store- I nearly get run over by them before I jump out of their way almost every time I go there. I can seldom go down an isle because it is closed of for restocking or getting what a customer wants which is fine but it is annoying to have to wait because they didnt stock shelves when customers are not in the store. Finally, whats with locking down the big roll down door and electric door by tool rental? They do it very early like 6, 7pm. Its like the place acts like it only exists to meet its own needs. Ive been going to Lowes more because this place always has some goofey hassle no matter what you try to do there.

The farther North we go in the Phoenix area, the nicer the stores shopping experience and inventory seem to be. This is a very nice store compaired to some of Phoenixs stores.

Not helpful at all. Staff at Peoria and 59th very rude. Waited 15 minutes outside in 110* temp to get propane out of an automated machine that didnt work and needed an associate to get it. Kinda bs, 2 more payments on my account. Then Im canceling them.

Had the worst customer service by a young man in the container department. He was so lazy I cant believe his is even hired to work there. We simply asked him to see what size container it was a second shelf. We were very polite to this young guy. But as he was walking away I told him thank u and he started to mouth something walking away. Then he gets someone else to help us out like if we were difficult. This happened sometime around 4pm on Sunday November 15. He had dark hair. So rude. Maybe he should get a training course of customers!!!

We find ourselves in and out of this store quite a bit for very many things. I appreciate its convenience, the large parking lot, and the wide selections. Home Depot has improved its customer help on the floor in recent years and these people are knowledgeable and helpful.We have used their services for a kitchen remodel, and purchasing appliances, all the way down to a box of razor blades, everything from the garden center and plant nursery to lumber. From paint to lightning, and ceiling fans (and their difficult to find replacement light bulbs Home Dept is the only place I can find these).The stores are clean, the staffers helpful, and they seem to have almost everything.

Bad customer service! When u ask them for help, they don’t know the answer, one would say we can help and other says no sorry we can’t! I bought a refrigerator from them few months ago! Since the first day of delivery ( which was delayed couple of times) the refrigerator has a loud noise! And just because I didn’t purchase the extended warranty, they refused to return it! Even though it comes with manufacturer warranty! Went to them several times, to return it, or replace it! But nobody helped me! I know they r not the one who made the refrigerator but definitely they r the one who sell it and responsible for its functions! I will never purchase anything from Home depot anymore!
