The staff were very nice and quick! I came in for a blanket and KNEW this would be the place for a large variety of blankets. I ended up leaving with a King sized Ugg throw. It’s so amazing I came back the next day to get another for a Christmas Gift!!

To me theres little reason to go here especially for everyday stuff. little in the way of variety and inventory in actual bedding. everything seemed overpriced and not of a quality to justify the price. its mostly stuff that to me is more like a gift than what I came to get for my home and personal use. I wont be going back, and I wont be surprised if BBB stores become a casualty of online shopping. the inventory and prices cant compete, but I did see grandparent types enjoying a look at the selection, the likes of which remind me of a lower-level Sharper Image kind of store.

Big store with lots of inventory. Good sale items also. However, we had a cart load and there was one check out open and people in line. Other employees we mopping and filling the beverage cooler. And the check out employee would not look up coupon that we had by email account which another store did a week ago. 20% off of $500 matters. So we delayed the line while we logged in to get coupon.

Theyve changed the type of long handled bath brushes, from a plastic handle for less than $8 too teak handles for over $25.And the loofah part is just a giant round sponge. Im disabled and the cheaper version can get into all of the tight places if you know what I mean.Also Im giving them a low score for the poor customer service.Im traveling and inadvertently left my brush at the last hotel, which is why I needed a new one.In my conversation with the cashier I explained my situation and my disappointment with the current options, which fell on deaf ears!I also mentioned that Im a loyal customer that receives coupons that can significantly reduce the price.That also fell on deaf ears.In a nutshell I was forced too PAY for an item that is an overpriced poor substitute, that will end up in the trash now that Im home and able too use the one I have here. (Thank the good Lord).And if Im able too find a suitable replacement at a competitor, theyll become my new place for bed and bath products.

My sister and I went through most aisles. We had a great time discovering items that were very useful and didnt even know they existed! Example: Gray undersink mat which fit perfectly. This will protect the wood from spills of all sorts!Lastly and most important...I love all my 20% coupon savings which NEVER expire! Quality items always with great savings!

I love bed bath and beyond, the people were very helpful they have a lot of things marked down, the clearance section is great al oil t marked down.

We came in for some items for ourselves, but we were given specific suggestions about some specialty items that might be helpful with our new puppy, who accompanied us on this visit.Thankfully, we made a second trip through the store and found a few items for the dog that we had talked about needing (a water bottle with attached bowl for the dog to drink from while traveling or on walks). We are so glad they gave us the recommendation of going back to see what was available.Not only did we get what we needed ourselves, but we were more than pleased with our bonus finds for our dog. I am very happy with my online purchase. I requested in-store pick up at this location. I was planning on shopping in person while I pick up my item. Upon arriving a lady named Sandra was very condescending when I asked where I can pick up my item stating there is literally a sign right there that says pick up rolling her eyes. No one was at the pick up stand because she was conversing with the young man that is supposed to be there. He asked for my name and to have my ID ready. As he leaves Sandra states youre going to need your ID out NOW in a very rude tone. I was certainly going to shop more but after experiencing this condescending rude employee I wanted to leave as soon as possible. There is no need for it. I will stick to ship to items or just shop on Amazon.

We love shopping at Bed, Bath and Beyond. The experience was always wonderful particularly the last visit. We bought several items from another store but one of them was defected as it seems. We had it a year ago and rarely use it. We decided to return it to this store and the lady named Mary processing our return and exchange it to a new one. Since they dont have them anymore at the store, she had to order it online and shipped to our home address. The shipping was fast and we received it 3 days later. This store also has a lot of collections and we are happy spend our money at Bed, Bath, and Beyond.

This store has pricing integrity issues.Everytime I come in there,there are things misstocked or tagged incorrectly. Examples for today are small cutting board stocked with tag reading discontinued 3.99 actual price was 25.00. Baking sheet stocked with tag that said 16.98 only to get to check out and it was 38.00. Last time I was in at Christmas and had problems then. Good luck!

Went in for an in-store pick up. Got in line behind the person beginning helped. Two more people got inLine behind me, so the clerked called for back up. The women behind me interrupted them and got what she needed. The back up Employee walked up and started helping the Other person behind me. Another employee walks up and again helps someone that just walked up. So, three employees and four customers later I finally got my in store pickup when I was second in line. Not what I call Would call good customer service. Three stars is being very generous!!!!

My experience today was frustrating.I am not that old but I sure do miss the great customer service from back in the day!I am leaving out of town and do not have time to aimlessly run around so I called this location to ask after a specific item needed for my trip. I was placed on hold by the cashier who answered to be transferred to someone who could look for the item, this happened several times and eventually I was accidentally hung up on. When I called back the young lady at the register was very apologetic and I was sent to the same person who hung up on me and she quickly and gruffly said they didnt have the item. I had recently seen it there so I decided to go check for it myself directly after work. I left work as quickly as I could and made it there about 17 minutes before closing (yes, I looked at the clock because as I walked in the manager was by the door and told me they were closing soon). I quickly found there were actually several of the items I was looking for, in 2 different locations in the store too!As I was trying to decide which colors to purchase the manager passed me looking for something and commented about never being able to find what she needed so I shared my earlier experience with her. She said there were several young people who were new and thats probably why. Her voice sounded quite familiar, i think shes actually the one Id spoken with earlier. But I chuckled and moved on. I was not rude, not disgruntled, in fact I was very relieved to have found it.Moving on...After quickly walking the whole store, grabbing a few more items, I finally get to the register, theres the manager. The phone is ringing, they say its for her, she says, Its too close to closing, Im not getting that! And then plants herself near the door again to let people know theyre closing soon. The other employees just looked at each other and then carried on.She watches me and the transaction. The cashier tells me the total, I get out my cash, and I am told I must have exact change. Im very close to exact change but I explain Ive misplaced my debit card and they both literally just stared at me! No other words were spoken, Im looking back and forth at them and the cashier just kinda shrugged so I said well I guess that means I cant make my purchase. Neither of them, NOT EVEN THE MANAGER, said one word. No apologies, no exceptions, no sympathy, just stared! I paused, but still NOTHING! So out the door I went.I was surprised by it all. The manager was aware of my whole experience, calling, coming to the location myself, actually finding the items myself, needing them for my trip tomorrow, and then she did nothing, just let a sale walk out the door...Also, as I was sitting in my car trying to decompress I watched her turn several people away and although closing time was close, good customer service, good business practice would say you continue accepting business until its actually closing time.No other business has turned me away for not having exact change! Im pretty sure thats a suggestion, I know its not a law!

I encountered two employees who went above and beyond for my questions, price checks on the items and finding certain items. They were beyond busy, but didnt hesitate to help me. It was a breath of fresh air seeing how they both cared about the customer first. Debra was amazing!! And also, Jennifer was great! Even on a busy day, the employee who helped me was very attentive to my questions about an online product. At first it was hard to find an employee, because most of them were up front checking customers out, but as soon as we crossed paths she was very kind.

I needed some bedding. The choices involve thread counts, depth and size of of mattress measurements, fabric content, colors, price, and lots of other things. When I could not find what I wanted, I asked the salesperson working in the department. She found what I needed in a color that I liked, and the reason I hadnt seen it is that she was marking it all half-price.I have always like this store and usually found what I wanted there, but this time I was especially pleased, since it was all half-price. Due to those savings, coupons, and my gift card, I was able to purchase another needed item.I found the sales help, and the check out counter person to be friendly and happy to help. The store is organized so finding the proper area for what one wants, is easy.There is easy up front parking, and easy in and out to the street access.Even the restrooms were clean and cared for.Plus, I was assured that if I was not pleased with what I bought when I got it home, they have an excellent return policy, even for opened packages,

Store was very easy to find. Even after a holiday weekend, the shelves were nicely stocked, and the selection was excellent. Was able to find a great Birthday gift at a fair price due to their 4th of July sale. Staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

This is one of my favorite places to shop for random items. The store is kept clean and customer service is always available to help out when you need it.
