Its nice to see that the Best Buy staff is back circulating in the store and actually asking the patrons if they need assistance and if they can help. It was like this prior to the pandemic. I actually had 3 associates assist me during this visit and it was refreshing.

This place is a shell of its old self. I cant even justify its existence anymore. The last brick and mortar electronics store needs to fade quietly into the night. Shelves are bare, so much empty space in the store, so quiet you can actually hear crickets chirping, nothing in stock. Everything has to be ordered. What is the point?

Unpleasant atmosphere.When i walked in there was an older woman with silver hair that looked down to the floor instead of greeting me. No one walked up to help me. Thankfully i used my Best Buy app to locate the products i needed. These ppl appear clueless about the products in the store and it appears as if theyre waiting for their clock to run out so they can go home. I miss the old Best But crew before covid came around. This place needs happy ppl. Next time im ordering online. Screw this!

When, you call the number for BestBuy, it should allow you to speak, to a representative in the store. Not, a customer service representative, that is out sourced. On the phone line, it you should notify customers they will not, be speaking to the Actual Store itself.

When a customers is calling to speak with a representative, theyre customer service department or theyre automated message should tell the consumer to go in the store, because their customer service CAN NOT HELP YOU!!!INFORM YOUR CUSTOMERS, OR CONNECT THEM TO THE DEPARTMENT THEYRE REQUESTING TO SPEAK WITH, be courteous!!!!

A limited, but not great selection of computers. Did not have any computers with the speed and features I wanted. Did not have staff experienced on the high-end features that I wanted. A great place to buy basic computers, probably not for advanced usage.

Found my item easily, actually the one I wanted to. Something rare. Blu-Ray Wifi DVD with streaming apps. At register really nice young man, I mentioned item was a just a couple dollars cheaper on Amazon. He told me they meet Amazon prices if in stock and sent by Amazon directly. Win!

Best Buy has all the new technology. Anything electronic, music, phones, television, laptops. Everything you need. The staff is very professional and friendly. They know everything about their section. Ask them a question, if they happen not to know the answer or what you are looking for, they will take you to the section of the store where another staff member will be able to answer the question or questions or help you find what you are looking for. Good prices. When you go there tell them RABBIT sent you. 😎🐰1️⃣3️⃣❤🇺🇸

If I could give a negative star I would! Unbelievable experience I had today. I purchased a radio for my truck and additional items needed to have it installed. The date was set for installation because they are backed up and products are not in stock. I had to change my install date to next Wednesday. Well last night I received an email stating I didnt pick up my radio so they will be refunding and returning my equipment. First off you cant call into the store anymore so I had to change my plans and make a trip to their store today. When I got there I was told the equipment had arrived and they hadcanceled my order and sold my radio and another part to someone else already. So the gentleman who tried to help me tried to get me a different radio. Then said new radio has bigger screen and is better. Well I dont know if it was better but it was a smaller screen. I decided ok whatever I dont want to wait anymore go ahead and set it up. 35 minutes go by and they tell me they will refund my money and charge my card again. Well the charge happens instantly and refunds can take up to 2 weeks. Well Im going on vacation and have no interest in tying up extra cash right now. After 45 minutes they couldnt get it done. The manager BILL seemed very upset he had to help someone. So I said refund it I am out. If Best Buy managers act that way how are they still in business? I plan to call corporate when I get back from vacation.

Bigger, better, and more selection than most other best buys in the area. Also very educated staff. We bought something from a near by best buy, and the associate had no knowledge when we would ask a question. Would literally read the tag to us.... Jake at the arrowhead store was super knowledgeable, helpful, and gave us the info we needed to return what wed purchased and invest in what we actually needed. Kudos to him!!!! Thanks a million.

Ive been trying to support local retailers lately and Lance...I assume a manager going the keyboard and after verifying the keyboard an Amazon made it easy to price match... They offered for 99.99.. Best Buy is a shell of what it once was and has the absolute worst return policy in the industry. 15 days? Really? Have they heard of Amazon, Costco, or most other online and brick-and-mortar retailers?The management is inept and their customer service hotline is pathetic, obviously hosted overseas by the lowest-cost, lowest knowledge cs reps. They survive solely on the demise of their largest brick-and-mortar competitors in a given region, as their products are overpriced and of sub-standard quality. Their Insignia brand is of known poor quality and is eclipsed by even the worst overseas products.

Saw online that there was a PS4 game my son wanted there. When I got to store, it was no where to be found. I asked the young man working there about it and he looked through every single PS game to find it ( turns out it wasnt where it was suppose to be). He was super friendly and insisted on finding what I wanted. The price of game was fair, also. Its because of this service that I always go back to this store!

Do not spend your money at any Best Buy stores, they do not appreciate your business, they can care less if you buy from them or not. There are a lot of complaints on their corporate site and according to the other customers corporate will not do anything about this. Please go to the business that deserve your business, who will honor you as a customer and appreciate your hard urned money, lets support business that appreciate us as customers.

What is this location hiring exactly? Older, heavy set possible manager is unprofessional at best. Issues within the store are met with a person like this who talks to paying customers with disrespect. Certainly a company can find better people than this. Dont be surprised when you go out of business. Customer service is still important.

I went to this Best Buy location to have TV repaired at their Geek Squad. Was pretty disappointed with the service. They were not very knowledgeable. Ultimately couldnt get the TV repaired. Picked up my TV and hear a woman yelling. I thought it was a customer. Turns out it was a woman who worked there yelling at a customer. Couldnt hear him but heard her just fine. Customer service doesnt seem to be a high priority here. I will stick to Amazon shopping for my electronics.

Jeff in the TV and audio department was flipping amazing. We have some issues going on with our sound system and we are no experts and putting a new receiver speakers and a soundbar together. They are sending out sound expert that will help us put it all together this Saturday. We do hope it does the trick but Jeff was amazing. We didnt buy a thing that time and he was so helpful and spent at least 30 minutes with us. Who does that? We love this Best Buy and would never give any other store or business for electronics and Appliances.

The store was huge and well-lit with spacious location for display. My husband and I went to this store several times while we visited West Bell Road.I was looking for my laptop replacement. They had various products and also sell Microsoft Surface.The employees were friendly and will ask if you needed some help. The location also easy to access and has huge parking lot.The store also has a lot of selection of electronic and my husband found the battery charger that he was looking for.

Took back a radio about 27 years ago on a Saturday. one day after the 30 day warranty. I work and could not get there Friday. the manager was not willing to fix it. I told him I would never buy anything from them again. I have not. and will not. your company has no understanding. I wonder how much money you have lost from me not shopping there. Went in today for an appointment to fix my computer. Chance at Geek Squad was amazing helped me out so much. Unfortunately, my computer was not salvageable. But John the intel representative was awesome and so knowledgeable and intelligent. He helped me pick out my new computer which I can’t wait to use. Matt at the register was really awesome and helped me pick out a warranty for my new laptop. All in all a GREAT visit. Kudos to everyone for helping out!!! The managers should definitely give these guys a raise!!!! They deserve it!!! 😊😁😜😎

So disappointed. Last time I came in this location it was for a lab top . I picked one out they had. I was told I had to order online. I bought it somewhere else. Today I tried to buy a game. Of course they have pieces of paper being protected by security box’s represent the stock. I took one up to check out to buy. By no surprise she told me they had none. She asked if I wanted to order it online. Seriously if I wanted to order online I would not have drove 20 minutes to a store to shop.

I guess they didnt expect everyone to go shopping after the stimulus hit. The staff ignored us repeatedly asking for help, and Landon kept telling us that if we werent prepared to buy apple products or spend $1,500, they have nothing for us. He discouraged us from ordering from Best Buy online or visiting another location. We ended up finding a good deal online (not Best Buy), so I guess that advice was helpful.

HORRIBLE! Just like the 3 other Best Buy Stores I have been asked to visit. If you aren’t buying something within 5 minutes, loss prevention make themselves known to you. I spent 1 hour looking at various items in areas with low traffic, yes I see how a thief’s opportunity would be at its highest, but I had 3 Best Buy blue shirt employees pass by me, stare at me, and even (literally) run away when eye contact was made.. because I needed a store employee opinion. Best Buy, you disappoint me.

They will not answer their phone. Someone answer the phone, please. I have a simple question about a product and I don’t want to have to drive all the way to the store to get my answer. I’m waiting on the phone right now. It’s been 10min so far. Yesterday was 5 min and I hung up. I would think that at least the MANAGEMENT at this store would have an interest in answering the phone. We are now at 11 min waiting on the phone. Not a single person is free for 2 min to ANSWER THE PHONE. We are now at 13 min. They answered at 14 mins guys. The line has just been “mysteriously disconnected”. I just got hung up on after waiting for 14 min. I wish I could give them zero stars.

I had questions about a new phone we wanted to buy. As we all know they are not cheap. I called Verizon and they told me to google my questions.. so I called BEST BUY because I got my last phone from them. This very kind guy named Adolfo took all the time I needed and answered all my questions. It was so refreshing to not get shoved off the call and pushed towered online. So I bought my phone from Best Buy again... they truly are great with customer service. Always have been!! Thank you so much Adolfo for helping me out and taking the time... I ordered a Tracfone on Friday with accompanying plan via Best Buy as a gift for an individual experiencing homelessness. Went to turn on phone which I was told was pre-activated with the plan which was not the case. Spent the next two days calling between Tracfone and Best Buy with Best Buy saying its Tracfones job to activate with plan and Tracfone saying that a PIN or another number is needed. Finally got fed up and asked customer service if I could return the phone and plan for a refund, which I was told yes. Went in, talked to a guy with glasses at the counter who was able to refund the phone, but not the plan. He called an older woman up with gray hair and blue eyes who came to the counter.I began explaining the situation yet again and she starts SCREAMING AT ME.. DONT RAISE YOUR VOICE, I DONT KNOW WHO YOURE TALKING TO. I have never in my life been yelled at by an apparent manager who instead of deescalating an already piss poor customer service experience for a customer who has spent thousands of dollars at Best Buy in the last year and is a shareholder with a long-term stake in the company, decides that this is her chance to exercise whatever false sense of authority she thinks she has. I turn to my right and see customers behind me in line wide eyed. Im continuously attempting to explain the situation and she keeps talking over me. Abhorrent behavior.I will never in my life do business with Best Buy again and come Monday at market open, all BBY shares will be sold. I hope Best Buys value that they put on this woman exceeds 25,000 shares worth of stock and a life-long customer.

Went to Best Buy to get defective car audio equipment replaced. They did it without a hassle and without having to pay a fee. I also have their Total Tech Support (TTS), which helps with all my electronic equipment at home. Way to go Best Buy!!
