This location in always clean and organized. The sales people are nice and helpful. And I always seem to catch a sale. It is never crowded during the weekday, thats when I like to shop.

Four stars because I was a little disappointed. I understand Covid restrictions for not being able to use the changing rooms but it wouldve been nice if there was a large mirror to check for any wardrobe malfunctioning or hair mishaps. The photographer didnt even say that my sons tie at one point wasnt straight or that my hair had caught wind in one of the photos which couldve really been great and I wouldve purchased a greater package. However nothing was said and the pictures couldve really been of perfection. Otherwise really good job!

I am so pleased with the JCPenny Portrait Studio at the Glen Burnie Location. I had my sons pictures taken for Christmas and they were amazing! The photographer managed to get smiles and giggles out of my 10 month old; even under Covid Restrictions! I went back last week for my sons first birthday pictures and requested the same photographer. Unfortunately she was unavailable, but it didnt matter the new photographer also did a fantastic job! The photography training program must work if all the photographers take wonderful portraits! I am so happy and pleased!

I love this location! Great sales, friendly employees, not crowded, pretty clean, clothes is always folded and not all over the place, there fitting rooms throughout the store which I love. They always have coupons. I spend a lot of money there and got amazing things for super cheap. All my holiday decor is from Pennies, towels, sheets,dishes etc. I go there at least Once a week. Great store.

JCPenney is my favorite clothing store. Ive bought several hundred dollars worth of clothing since they opened back up. Many blouses are now 50% off, some more than that.

We were there for the Portrait Studio. They are always amazing. The photos come out beautifully and the wait is typically minimal. We will always get our photos done here. Very affordable as well.

My parents took me to JC Penney almost every friday night so they could pay on their credit card, and do some shopping. I’ll never forget those visits and the respect customers showed for any purchase and business conduct of this magnificent business.the closure of JC Penney is a definite loss to the culture of US retail. A good experience at the Marley Station location. Great sale and what the didnt have, the associate was able to order on line. I was impressed with the Strahan suit brand.

Tried to exchange shoes that I had bought on sale for the color. They refused to give me the same sale price because I purchased both online. They dont carry the shoe in the store, it had to be ordered. They wanted to do a return and new purchase instead of exchange for same price. I got the supervisor, he said I would have come into the store and had them order the replacement color of shoe in order to get the original sale price that I paid. This makes no sense when they dont carry the shoe in stock. Just be forewarned, dont expect to do a Regular exchange for the same sale price.

The clerk was very patient and pleasant with a customer ahead of me. I was losing my patience with her, but the clerk was very professional and courteous. I was very impressed with her.

Nice store. Had to use the restroom . It is not jc penny fault that people act like barn animals and pee on the seat.

It is almost pointless to shop in the store. There are hardly any cashiers. There are hardly any clothes in the right sizes and if you purchase online, you get 25% off, but no such luck in the store. You will get hastled to open a JCPENNY credit card and instantly receive 15% off though; that is always fun. Shopping there today reminded me why I do most of my retail shopping online.

Typical JCPenny, friendly service. Organized floors, decent products. No problems here. I tried buying a bra for my friends lingerie but theyre too pricey because only a few of them were in her size 34D or 34DD. Go to aerie instead since they cater to a younger women audience.

I ordered a jacket in store and chose in store pick up since I was told it would be quicker than having it delivered to my house. Well that was two weeks ago. Every time I call, I cannot get ANYONE on the phone at all. I called the customer service line and was put on hold for 20 minutes (no joke) for them to say they cant tell me a thing about when my order will come in. I am VERY disappointed and will NEVER even bother to shop here again.

My daughter and I love shopping at JCPenny! Every holiday (Father’s day i.e.) they have awesome sales! So we headed to Marley to find the perfect gifts for my husband, father and son in law. We usually have a great experience with friendly customer service associates. That was not the story today. I noticed while shopping an associate on the floor mindlessly moving around (rather oddly) trying to fold clothing, and while I was looking at a Father’s Day display of mugs, shaving kits etc she walked directly in front of me and the display to start arranging things on the shelf. Not a “hello”, “excuse me” or “are you finding everything okay“ After finding gifts we went to the register to check a price on a Ninja Air Fryer. Associate 0455 (taken from our receipt and the same associate that so rudely walked in front of me and the display) was very upset that she was asked to check the price (on the display sale sign) since it differed from the tag when rang up. She walked to the display after huffing literally (deep breaths) and started saying she has a bad back. Once she returned to the register she had to put one of the air fryer boxes behind the register, since we wanted the one appropriately tagged and on sale. She then verbally complained again “well I have a bad back”. I don’t know who she was talking to? Us or the other associates standing at the registers. She never thanked us for coming in, never said hello and I had to ask her for my receipt in hand, after she stuffed it literally in the bottom of my bag. Usually I’m asked if I want my receipt in hand or in the bag. Upon checkout I said “I hope you have a good day” and still she stood mute. I let her know I would be writing a review so she stops her unprofessional behavior towards valued customers such as myself for over 25 years.
