New location, open till late hours daily. Can sometimes find really good deals on name brand stuff.

Im a loyalty member but the system to put in the number is ALWAYS down on EVERY register I visit, so my extended return dates are NEVER honored. Thats not the worst part. A small group of cashiers were SO ignorant that they lied straight to my face and gaslighted me the last time I was there making it seem like it always works for them. One of them tried my transaction on two different registers and, no surprise, the system was down on both. That means its down on at least 4 different registers and they deny it, therefore not honoring the loyalty membership. The right thing to do is apologize for the inconvenience, put in some type of ticket with the responsible department, and make a note of my true extended return dates at the register. None of this is ever offered. Just the repeated lie that It worked last time and always works, just not this time. Plus, I never wait less than 35 minutes. The last time it was 45 minutes in line.

This was the first and last time that I will ever go to this Burlington.-horrifically disorganized merchandise.-sanitation was not satisfactory, especially considering Covid-19. Mirrors in dressing room were filthy and there was no sanitizer provided at the check out counter or upon entry. Surfaces were not being wiped between guests.-I waited in like for an hour and 15 minutes. YES, that long. There were 2 cashiers working and they expressed 0 sense of urgency even though the line was wrapped around the inside of the store almost to the back wall. Received 0 apology for the inconvenience.You’re MUCH better off going to TJMaxx or Marshall’s. This place is a wreck.

This store is a total disaster. Theyre sizes for clothing are everywhere, just screwed about. Mediums in XL, XXL and small where large is supposed to be. Its just disastrous. This store also only seemed to have casual clothing and I needed stuff for work.

Mangerment is so nasty to there employees Especially the store manager, she Yells and cusses them out, because there not going quick enough for her. I felt so bad for the cashier she was the only one and the store manger wouldnt even step up and help out and check customers out just kept yelling at the girl. That SM needs to be written up for how she treats her staff. And the store was so tired and smelled like old cleaning water and the bathrooms God I wouldnt even use those

Hey guys I love Burlington store but a i have a question about you rules today I went with my mom and two little sister and our little dog but the dog was in his stroller and the security man told me that the dog is not allow to be in side and I try to find any police Of that and I didn’t find anything I want to know if the security man was right

Very rude customer service the cashier was rude cursing in front of my kids and wanted to fight me. He told his co worker these people are from New York I need to get them out asap and started slaming our staff on the table. I asked him to stop throwing my stuff and he just went off, yelling and cursing in front of everybody and my kids. I will never go back to this store.

This store has a really nice selection of products and reasonable prices. Typically service is good too. But lately it has been poor. Excessive wait times in line (over 10 to 15 minutes). Even worse is waiting 20 minutes in line just to be told by a cashier with an attitude you cant return something. Selection and prices are good. But wait times are too long and service seems to be poor in the evenings.

Nicer than the other store in GB. I expected more inventory, though. Hopefully they keep it neat and clean!

I used to like shopping here. Now not so much. After an already bad experience trying to return an item after excessive wait time and poor customer service. I once again tried to return something. Only to be told I not only needed the receipt, but the original sales ticket given to me upon purchase. Well I was never given one. Im sure of this as I make sure to keep such things in case of returns. If your store has such an anti return policy and if customer service always has a new excuse as to why you cant return something. You should probably just say you dont want to accept returns. The store is decent for shopping but dont bother trying to return anything more than a day after you bought it.

Please hire more cashiers. Its at least a 20 minute wait every time.

On 11-4-20 I came to this location and met a cashier that was a breath of fresh air. He was so above and beyond; he is truly the guy you want in a business. Very outgoing very blessed. I walked to his counter and he says well hello super model. How amazing that he thought a woman with lupus all over her face was beautiful. His compliments didnt stop there! He has a good heart and talked to me when ringing my POS. After a long wait in line it was refreshing! He seemed to be very blessed and enjoy his career! So thank you Nii Martey! I went back on 11-6-20 and Aamiyra was my cashier, now she was just the sweetest young lady and just as kind! I asked her what was Marteys name so I could name him in this review. Lori came up and help her with my POS and it just keeps going with the kindness! She said shed met Martey 1 time and knew whom I was asking about! See, hes just that memorable and awesome! All 3 team members were amazing to me and I love this location only because of them. Ok Burlington you need more Jr amd women selections. You have amazing items and a lot of choices but not enough clothes for a super shopper like myself. I come at leat once a week to different locations so I need more merchandise. Womens jeans only have Calvin Klein and I need more brands. The shoe selection is good but it needs to increase also. I own about 400 pair and buy them in threes. Please give me more to buy with more options. Im open to becoming a buyer for your stores and increase sales! Im very much into fashion and great at it. Ask Martey! I love your prices and your stores just need more merchandise! Loss prevention was super nice also. I would ask that you put a recording on in English and Spanish to make people social distance in line. I had to leave and put my items back because of that. Came back the next day and purchased all the items plus some. I have to be safe and if I where to speak up and ask customers to move back; it may cause a problem. I never want that problem but want to feel safe. I spent about $600 in 2 weeks with 3 visits. My first visit wasnt that memorable or much to brag about. I keep all receipts from all stores and spend a massive amount of money shopping. I deserve a gift card after standing in them lines. Unbelievable my line experience was. A 5 yr old screaming standing in the cart not even a foot away, the older daughter looking at merchandise in line just inches away. Every time I moves up so did they! I got in a panic and gave my items to loss prevention and apologized. I explained the social distance issues in kindness and left to return the next day! In order for me to spend my money I have to be safe doing so! I love life more than shopping! Love you too Burlington and been a super long time customer. Arundle Mills is my favorite, Joppa rd, Allentown PA, Frederick MD and more. I travel and live dual therfore I spend in many locations!

I found GREAT DEALS 4 the grandkids & most of them were brand names like puma, jordan, polo just 2 name a few off the top of my head.

The people and supervisors there tonight were beyond fantastic! They were putting up with a customer who was nothing short of a handful; and they all did such a great job being polite, courteous, respectful and professional - even when the customer wasnt being ANY of those things. The customer left happy, and I also left happy. Seriously impressed with the way they handled themselves. You certainly dont see that very often anymore, and I just wanted to applaud them publicly. Well done! I will for sure be shopping here in the future!

When I say this my favorite Burlington hands down with the wonderful service I get from the cashier and the amazing store manager Alejandro who is so helpful and go above and beyond for customers .The store always in great look and always have something new every week.Keep up the good work Glen Burnie location.

Overall the store is ok, lines can be long at times. Another thing I was told by management which was a bummer. They have done away with layaway. Unless they changed it this was good told to me 2 wks ago. Hopefully they bring it back before spring and summer.

The store space has been reduced by half which I assume has to do with low sales, but you do find some hidden gems there. Went to get a suit for the hubby. Walked out with clothes for the kids too, but it took forever to find a matching set since things are not labeled correctly. Prices are good though. Sales associates at checkout are nice. The whole store could be cleaner though including bathrooms.

As I went to check out the management was just yelling at the employees it was a busy day they were trying to hardest but that was not good enough for the managers I shouldn’t have to walk in and feel bad about coming in because they’re busy and the poor kids are getting yelled at

Best time to visit is from opening to about 3pm. The selections are minimal but, its organized and you dont have to fight a mob to get the outerwear youre looking for. Great finds for quality coats/jackets too.

Little variety. Poor inventory of woman clothing, only 2 racks of plus size. Bathroom... cant even start! So freaking dirty, the entire floor was wet with pee in the stalls. The only reason Im giving 2 stars is because the staff were very nice.

So slow. The line got long and they went from 4 cashiers to 1. This is the third time it happened. Great products but be prepared to wait in line for well over an hour if there’s 1” people in front of you.

I went in looking for a dress to wear but they didnt really have what I was looking for. The prices are reasonable but I just didnt see a wide variety of plus size clothes.

Wow!!! Can I say that this is the cleanest and most organized Burlington I have even been to!!!

As soon as this store remodeled, it seems the selection of products went downhill. This is typically my go-to store for women’s clothing. Prepare yourself for the cashiers in terms of attitude. Block off time for check out, it takes forever with one cashier. Oh, and don’t use the dressing rooms. Every. Single. Time. A male employee (same guy) bangs on all the doors asking if anyone’s in there. Last time, I told him to go away because it’s obnoxious.

Worst experience ever!! The entire staff including the manager “CHUBBY HISPANIC LADY” followed me around for 30 minutes... I felt bothered and made a complain directly to the and put everything I was about to buy back on the shelves... SHAMEFUL!!

I had an employee embarrass me tonight because I was too far in the mens fitting room. She loudly told me to get out of there, in front of several people. I felt shamed and left quickly, leaving all five coats in my dust.

I too love this location and come here all the time and that stubby lil black woman u are talking about is the sweet person you could meet . Hard to find what you want when all sizes are mixed up in clothes and shoes. The men section is easy section to find sizes. Some cashiers really dont want to be bothered when its check out time.

If you are not petite, juniors or even a xl, there will not be any selection for you. Womens coat rack is pathetic to say the least. Its a short rack with only 20-25 coats, sweaters or jackets. Most are duplicates. I was very disappointed in what they call A coat Factory!!!
