This store needs customer service training. Went yesterday to update our plan, get new phones. Called before talked to a nice guy named Shelton checked website also. When I walked in no one acknowledged me when I got to counter across the big lobby a girl finally spoke but right away seemed bothered that she did. She had no friendliness about her at all. I told her what I had saw online and talked to the guy about but seemed like it was all unavailable or had to jump thru hoops for. Everything I asked about was going to cost more. She had a take it or leave it attitude. While we talked there were 3-4 other employees standing around, another man came in no one spoke or offered to help him except a guy who was already helping someone else. I left and went to Bluegrass in Bowling Green and was greeted by everyone in the store and treated like I was an important paying customer.

The employees were great but the process of going to Verizon is a mess. Many are wondering why the change. But again the employees were GREAT.

Guys did best they could with Verizon taking over.

Its a large space without much to it. Seems to be going for the clinical, professional look. That would be fine - but it isnt followed through on. Employees are nice, but seemed overwhelmed around the time I went in. Ended up missing some drive through guys for a while, though they were always pretty courteous.

Rude people

For one thing, their prices are just INSANELY TOO HIGH, historically, but I will give them credit for the fact that they are at least ATTEMPTING to be SOMEWHAT competitive with their pricing. And the poor level of customer service should be some kind of a record!!! I mean, it is positively TERRIBLE!!! Employees WILL most definitely completely ignore customers while they stand around and blab with each other!!! Whomever is in charge in that store needs to get their stuff together and DO THEIR JOB!!! And last but not least at all, my reasoning behind the 4 stars, NOBODY ELSE gets service around here in NEARLY as many places as they do, so...you know kudos for that.

Glasgow store very friendly and helpful, not so much the Bowling Green store.

Had the absolute worst experience from the lady manager at main Glasgow store. She is extremely rude. Basically yelled at me for walking to the counter because I forget to sign in. No polite words came out of her mouth. Then she refused to move my mothers Iphone over to my step dad for him to use because they said it was active on a different account. She had passed away, and they still refused to move it. I had to get a different cell phone I had laying around, activate that, then just move the sim card over right in front of them. This manager needs to take some classes on how to be polite to the customers

Not a bad place but the only thing i dislike about this company is how i got stuck with a $3800 bill(thats what happens when you have a relative on your account thats authorized to make changes to the account). If bluegrass cellular was smart, theyd go after the other person that was on my account as well!

I came to the bluegrass store at 5:45. customer service got my name and i went to browse through the phones. i had made my selection. i sat down and waited to be called upon. i waited until closing time and have not been called on. three other customers me in after me and were serviced before i was. worst customer service ever! the service representatives mainly were in the back or talking to each other.

Just another phone company with the exception of their prices going up every month theyre starting to get a little ridiculous.

I love where I live cause I can get phone service there.

Not good Service, we live about 2 miles from the office and only have 3g, they ripped us off by charging us reconnection fees, and we had proof from the bank that it was not our fault that our phones got shut off in the first place, the bluegrass manager said that we should gotten alerts, we been with them since March 2017 and have never gotten alerts, the only alert we get is where our data is at 80% and 100%. So unless you wanna be ripped off by this compan and have crappy service, stay far far away. Get net10 or Tmobile check out my screenshot that shows 3g....

Well they once broke my iPad and blamed me for it, but they have super nice employees.P.S. They eventually fixed my iPad due to some manufacturing error that caused the screen to be fragile (or something along those lines)

Been trying for years to get on at Bluegrass Cellular. But since my wife works there, its a conflict of interest. But there are people in the Corporate office that are dating. Seems hypocritical.

Good to have to wait a while seen staff standing did not seem to be busy great deal of time spent the service requested.

Great cell coverage little high monthly payments

The service is expensive and over-usage fees with internet are 10 per gigabite! Expensive and they dont offer unlimited internet?!!!

The associates are knowledgeable and genuinely want to help you as fast as they can.
