It was late in the evening, close to store close hours, a young gentleman named Kendall was working. He was so helpful and patient and courteous to my wife and I, and a pleasant conversationalist I might add. He stay past store hours to make sure that we were all taken care of. So a shout out to Kendall, thank you very much, and to his manager or management this young man deserves alot of recognition!! And I will check back in to make sure he got his recognition!👀

Just replaced my phone and the representative who helped me was great! Really knew her stuff and her level of customer service couldnt be beat! I was extremely impressed! I definitely would recommend this store to anyone looking for service.

Austin absolutely went out of his way to provide excellent service and was extremely knowledgeable to any questions that I had. I have already recommended to many friends that they should switch service providers and see him at the Glasgow, Ky store.

The two men that worked there yesterday were both extremely helpful, and very kind. They did their best to help me get the outcome I wanted and were very understanding of every situation.I left with an iPhone 12 Pro Plus and will be staying with this carrier due to its excellent customer service and actual working data, which is a step up from my previous very unhelpful and extremely unprofessional carrier.

Agents Nick and Austin are amazing. They are funny, nice, patient and understanding. They made sure I understand what I need to to better help myself make and informed decision.

Came in for a prepaid plan and dealt with a woman who did not provide her name and I didnt catch it on a name badge. She was very impatient in explaining the prepaid plan data usage. She literally said, I just said that when i had clarifying questions. On top of that she explained that she wasnt trained on prepaid plans because the store doesnt make any money on them. Boy i sure felt valued when i got the youll have to read it to me request. I laughed while she took a call at her unprofessionalism and she standoffishly asked if it was funny. I told her she was rude and said were done. Prepaid or not all customers are valued, she asked how she was rude and this is my explanation. Will not be a customer!

The worst customer service I’ve ever seen!!! No acknowledgement even after waiting 15 minutes to be helped!! If I could give zero stars I would!! When you call, they place you on hold for even longer. Y’all need to do better!!

Most of the time I come there is a small wait, but today I was in and out. I left with a new simple Apple phone and the team there was very helpful.

We live in Columbia and could go to Campbellsville which is closer but we absolutely love the service we get in Glasgow.

I’ve been in and out of this place so many time and each and every time has been a great experience. I got started with AT&T a few years ago and my boyfriend still had bluegrass. He walked in with me while I was upgrading my phone and liked their customer service so much he decided to switch himself! I’ve been able to work with all the reps! Sheri gets me some great deals and even when their not promoted around she helps me wiggle to make sure I leave satisfied. When there was a problem with my bill a couple months back Brianna helped me get it taken care of immediately and she wouldn’t give up till it was fixed. Kendall is great with it too, he’s helped me get my phone fixed when it wanted to be stubborn. Not only do they treat me great every time I walk in but they make sure my problems are solved when I have them and my needs are met by the time i leave. I’d highly recommend this store anytime over my experience in Bowing Green honestly.

Went in to get mine and my boyfriends phone switched. Took a long time but the young associate switched everything from my s7 to my new s8. It was great. Then she got my boyfriends phone switched over from a s5 to my old s7. They even told us to go out while they worked on both the phones. I would def go back if I needed to.

Sheri at the local AT&T store has been my go-to person for anything phone related for years now. Shes always been so knowledgable and helpful when deciding which phone I should go with and truly always knows which phone fits me best. Great business, friendly service; I highly recommend this store if you go through AT&T.

The poor girl working the AT&t store was holding down the fort by herself. Unfortunately it was a long wait because of the problem a young couple was having with their service and phone. My dilemma was resolved in less than 10 minutes. I dumped that T-Mobile package that I was on because there is no service anywhere. I joined back up with the AT&t family. Ive got bars now! I have had AT&T internet for quite some time 💓 and my rep moved to Glasgow. I wont go ANYWHERE else Whitney Hall is the ABSOLUTE best customer service provider that I have ever encountered.

I found out the hard way that ATT&T has two different stores with the same Logo. One store is an authorized ATT&T store and it has an orange interior. The real ATT&T store is blue inside. Both have the same logo which I feel is very deceptive. The real ATT&T ( blue)store will allow returns and will not make mistakes on your plan.

Austin is AWESOME!He kept me from having to send my phone in for repair!

I just bought a brand new galaxy note 9 a few days prior at this ART authorized retail store. I went back in to get a SIM card for another phone. The manager Sherri was extremely rude and I will never set foot in that store again. She did not get the SIM attached to my phone. But acted like it was good to go...i left and put the SIM in my phone outside. Didnt work said wasnt provisioned. By this time I am a little aggravated having drove 25 miles2 just to get there. She ignored me when I went back in and to make a long story short she helped two other customers while i am just sitting there I finally spoke up and she looked at all the customers in the room while saying to me I AM TRYING TO IGNORE YOU. I have worked for ATT in the past and I was shaking when I left. It took me another 30 minutes with cust service on the phone to get it activated. She is an embarrassment to your company.

This is the best att authorized retailer ever ! I always have a great experience and no matter the problem even if it is a technical issue they will get you on track Sheri and her staff are all very knowledgeable and understanding as well as funny and entertaining!

Went to this store to get me and my wife new iphones. Ended up waiting an hour and half while the employee talks with someone about their personal life for 20 minutes before I decide to leave. Did I mention I had been waiting for almost 2 hours??

You dont have enough stars for the service I received from a mister kendall west at the Glasgow store this young man deserves a pay raise...he helped resolved an ongoing problem that was 3yrs long that noone else could take care of at your other stores....thankyou so much kendall

Very knowledgeable & helpful staff. There has always been a waiting period every time I go there, sometimes as long as 30 minutes. Waiting is usually due to not enough staff for the amount of customers that they have.

Do not normally write bad reviews but feel obligated to warn others of this business. Do not trust anything you are told here. I mean anything. I asked for specifics on every service I signed for, to be sure of what I was getting, asked lots of questions, and felt confident when I left. From first week on, nothing was right, over a year later its still not correct. I get responses like just give it some time, it will fix itself in a few months. Who runs a business in that manner? They (I found later) flat lied about offers, do not stand by their offers, can not talk to same sales manager because turn over so bad, its nvr the same one. With the ATT DirecTv merger, they play game of you have go in to talk to this person, then no, you must call them to deal with that. Go somewhere else.

I always go to this location anytime I need any help, but my last visit was exceptional Jay went above and beyond to get my bill lower and was so very nice and sweet. Thank you.

Long wait times. There are 3 ppl working today and I have waited my whole lunch break to get a bill paid. Horrible customer service. One person should be just for bill pay!! This happens every time I come in.

Went in to buy a phone. The store was empty. The two women working acted as though me being there and asking questions was an inconvenience. I was suppose to receive a call about a particular phone and never did. VERY DISAPPOINTED..
