I recently purchased a phone from cricket. Paid $275.00 for the phone. I had it 11 days and the screen Just went black. It wouldnt come on by the home button...but yet it only comes on to receive a call. Long story short, I went up there about the phone, remind you ive had it 11 days. The lady just reset my phone and that was it. She told md there was nothing they could do. I could pay a $130 deposit for another phone. Or call the warrenty # for the phone. She even sent me to gadget patchers next door, just to get me out of her hair. That place is the worst customer service ever...why would I want to do any of those options when I just bought the phone. How abojt just give me a refund

When I walked up I had to wait for the sales person (Daniel F) to unlock the door only to be told if I didnt have a mask I couldnt enter. Then the sales representative basically refused to assist me and answer any questions as of he didnt know what to say or have the correct response. Furthermore the sales representative refused to allow me to do free activation. There are other options I am sure as long as this dont waste your time or money. Lastly the sales representative signed for my credit card and wouldnt allow me to sign for it.

My husband & I stopped in yesterday to upgrade our phones. This was our first visit to the Glasgow location but it will not be our last! We were in & out quicker than ever before. Excellent customer service! The CSR was very patient with our questions & took great care of us!

This was my original review...... Phenomenal staff, real friendly and helpful. Great store manager. I gave 5 stars.I have been with Cricket for over a year. Recommend them to friends and family. I carried 5 lines for my family and the insurance. $155 a month. What I thought was a great deal. Until I needed to use the insurance. I had what seemed like a great customer service rep, very knowledgeable, very nice. Sells me insurance at $7 a month with a $15 replacement for the same phone. I take my phone in this week and I am told that it is gonna cost $75, not $15 like I was told to get me to buy the insurance. I was told there is nothing that anyone can do. The store manager is still a good guy, but a bad store manager. Refuses to accept that his store messed up. Refuses to try to help his customers. His only response was, Sorry, there is nothing to be done.Currently looking for another provider. My advice to those looking here for service...... Look elsewhere.

Great customer service and the best place for cell phone services. Our cell phone plan is 5 lines for $125.00 monthly unlimited everything. So we only pay $25.00 each and no contract.
