We talked with our representative and promotions had changed since she had went on vacation, however she found us a new amazing deal better than the last one we just had to wait for her to order the phones! Today we swapped over from straight talk and have new phones that have better service and faster data! She was able to transfer everything from our old phones and ordered us cases since they were out of stock! It was a smooth transaction. And everyone in the store seemed to get along so well and worked together it was a breath of fresh air!!

Super friendly staff. Very welcoming. There was a man who helped us decide which IPhone was best. Not too happy with this place. I was in desperate need of a phone. Supposedly they had very limited options, wouldnt let me see the options...only had the salesmans word to go by. A very rushed sale, and added a case that I dont even like and didnt really want. Now I find out they dont even make the case I needed for this phone. There goes $755 for a 600 dollar phone...next time Ill take my business somewhere else. Dont get rolled here like I did.

I wanted to take the time to write a review on an employee that represents your company, and if I may say so myself does so very well. I met her when I walked into the store in Pell city a few years ago, she was egger to assist me with any questions that I could present to her. If she didn’t know the answer, she was happy to find me an answer by any means possible at her disposal. She made sure to greet any customer within close contact with a smile and a hello which made not only me but every other customer felt warm and welcomed like it was just another member of our family.I continued to use this employee as the years have gone on and I have even sent my family members, fellow service members, and fellow co workers to her with any questions and needs or issues and without hesitation she has always accepted the challenge with open arms and has done nothing more than go above and beyond for every since one of them I have sent to her. All know to just mention my name and all will be ok as I have shared my experiences with each one of them before sending them to her.I however did one time stray away while I was out of town and had an emergency where I needed to replace my phone and by far had the worst experience of my entire Verizon wireless customer experience. I bought a new iPhone 11 Pro Max in the new green color they had offered last year. The gentleman became upset with the fact that I brought in my own case for the phone and did not want to buy one from him, I was handed my phone still in the box and wrapped in plastic and told to have a good day. I sat down in the lobby doing the swap of my own backup file and was actually asked to leave or they would have to call the Police on me for loitering, and I was just appalled. By doing this is caused and issue with the new phone where I couldn’t lock my screen/ unlock my screen having to wait on it to allow me to do so as well as constantly dropping calls.I called my Rockstar employee at your company and explained to her how I felt ashamed that I had to cheat on her and go to this other location due to the emergency and explained to her what event happened to me on the day I purchased this phone and the issues I was having and without hesitation she told me to come on in and she would get it all fixed for me. After about 30 mins she had my phone operating as it was intended and apologized to me for having to go through all the issues that I had and that the way they treated me at the Mobile location is not how Verizon as a whole company operates and asked me not to fault the entire company over one bad employee. I assured her that I will never see anyone else but her for now on even if I’m 10 states away I will wait for her.Since then she has contacted me about the availability of the new Verizon 4G LTE Home internet that was available for my home of record knowing this was much better internet than I currently had and got everything set up for me.With all this said I just wanted to brag on your employee for always being there any time I have needed, any time of day or night(well up till around 8:30 most nights lol), always willing to listen to my issues and always willing to go the extra mile. Because of her I will always be a Verizon customer as long as you keep Allison(Alli) as one of your employee’s. I personally feel she needs to be higher in the company and in a much bigger Management role. Thank you, Allison, for all that you do not only for me, but for my extended family as well you are amazing and simply the best.

Absolutely terrible! Ive been on the phone for hours with Verizon trying to get to the bottom of why one of the sales reps at this location allowed a phone to be added to my account with a new monthly charge when Im the only account manager and have no other authorized users. I also found out through customer service that a credit card application was initiated in my name as well.

Andrew Boyd helped me with all questions. He made switching to a new phone a painless process. Gladly would return for any future purchases through Verizon.

Awesome experience we normally shop at BestBuy but it had shut down so we come straight to this location to get new phones. We came in today to get new phones because we lost one. I was here a few weeks ago to purchase 2 phones for my business and the customer service was phenomenal! I have AT&T for my personal line but after working with Allison for these business accounts I will be switching to Verizon at the beginning of the year. I always come to this store and I always receive amazing customer service! They are always willing to help me with my phone issues and answer any questions I have. I have visited the Trussville store before and you would think I was invisible. They didn’t see me as worth their time or energy so I started coming to Gardendale and they have treated me with nothing but kindness.

Last phone I purchased, was the best phone I have ever used, wouldnt have gotten it, but it was recommended by my sales representative. The latest updated caused the phone to malfunction right before my upgrade. Just received my upgraded phone and it was painless. Great experience. My Kyocera phone went bonkers and couldnt be repaired. My back-up G4 only lasted a few days after that.. My rep explained the advantages of several phones and we chose the LG 7 slim. Im very happy with my phone and the support I receive anytime that I have a question.

The service at Gardendale Verizon, was very pleasant with a warm welcoming. The service attendants met us at the door, not in desperation, but a fill come on in welcome home. Their attitudes was amazing, our thoughts and our needs was well met, with us being top priority not trying too sell us an overkill plan. The sales guy that helped me was named Danny. I came over from t mobile because of all the Customer service issues I had. He took great care of me and really helped me set up the best solution for my 10yr old daughter and me. If you are in the market ask for Danny, he is outstanding!

Friday I went to Verizon-Cellular Sales to purchase a new iPhone for my mother. She is retired and had been putting this purchase off for a while. My customer service rep, Stacy, was very helpful. She answered all the questions my brother and I had. We surprised mom with an early Mothers Day Gift and she loves her new iPhone! Very pleased with the service I received at the Gardendale store! This makes 3 times Stacy has helped my with phones for my family and Im so thankful for her help!

I went to get a screen protector for my phone. They didnt have it. The guy who waited on me said that they didnt carry them because it an older model. I have an S8 galaxy. I guess all they are worried about is selling you another phone. I wasnt too impressed with that concept.

I cant believe in this weather there are still Verizon stores open....like who is out in the snow and Ice trying to buy a phone?! At some point as a business you have to ask is it cost efficient to pay for electricity, water, and paychecks when there isnt a lot of traffic in the store.. I never really come into the Gardendale store...however I needed to pay my bill. I walked in no one spoke or stated we will be with you in a moment. One of the reps walked up to find an accessory for another customer...didnt speak or even acknowledge me and went back to her desk. A rep just walking in acknowledged everyone and asked who was next. I stated I was and I began to advise him of the above. He was trying to make it right which I acknowledged, however this is the very reason why I do not come into this store. I paid my bill...ha! Only to find they didnt have any change...so ai laid a little extra its ok,🤷🏾‍♀️ however CUSTOMER SERVICE needs to be improved....

Had a smashed phone and wasnt expecting much from the new one. Rep showed me the dura force and videos of it being tested. Huge for my work, lost lots of phones to water and dropping. And the phone was half the cost of the others. Got everything of mine transfered (no phone store has ever gotten all my stuff before) this location is worth the drive coming to. Staff is friendly. We spent most of our time shooting the breeze while the transfer was going. Will be coming back next time I need a new phone. Thanks again for the help

Been in this store two separate times and both guys I felt with didnt know their ass from a hole in the wall. Was told I needed to pay $150 down when I brought my own phone but on his screen it didnt say nothing about I owed. Called the headquarters and they said I dont owe and I explained what happened and they seem to think that was sketchy.

I will continue to come to this location after Allison and Kelly helped us. they went over and above to help us with all our issues. they were able to explain to us how to use some of the apps that we were not aware of.

Excellent store to get your phone at. Everyone very helpful and made sure I was taken care of and that I was happy and got the phone I wanted. I had upgraded from a samsung 4 to a note 9 when my phone quit working.. I had a hard time deciding after not having bought a phone for so long and not used to spending this much for a phone for myself. My kids we had bought phones for had a better phone than my husband and I. So just decided to go all out and treat myself. Started to think about getting the I Phone and compared to Samsung but rest of family has Samsung so went with it. Hope I made right choice . But the I Phone very tempting .

Went on Friday evening, 7/28/2017, at 6:55 pm, to have my phone looked at. It was saying I had trouble with my sim card. Stood there 31 minutes before being acknowledged other than a male employee that walked by, smiled and nodded. All 3 employees were with customers, which was ok other than someone could have at least said we will be with you shortly. 3 other people came in and were also not acknowledged so they left after several minutes. One employee was finishing with a customer when a lady walked in and jumped ahead of me and started speaking with her. The employee went outside and talked with her and a male companion at their car for about 10 minutes. When the employee returned she immediately called someone on her cell phone and talked for the remainder of the time I was there. She never acknowledged me. When the 3rd employee finished with her customer she did call me over and took care of my issue. She sincerely apologized for my long wait, which I never brought up, and I did appreciate that. My opinion is that the employees need to be trained to at least acknowledge customers shortly after they walk in and not avoid eye-contact.

Morgan has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Verizon customer care was not as agreeable but the Verizon dealer (Cellular Sales) was AWESOME. She called every person possible to get my phone upgraded early. I had to upgrade on the phone at the dealers desk. Morgan helped as much as she could. I would highly reccomend asking for Morgan at the Gardendale store.
