Arrived at appointment time and the phone was diagnosed immediately. 40 minutes later and my phone was repaired and I was on my way. Now I have had my devices serviced from another company many times and I always left feeling like a number and wait times averaged 3-4 hours. Never again my friends will I go back there. I pulled in at 7, their closing time, they had already locked the door and mopped the floor, but they let me in - I waited for the floor to dry, and asked if they had the battery I needed, they did, and tested the phone to be sure it was the battery that needed replacing. I brought the battery and installed it my self, BUT I should have let them do it, (dang tiny screws), any way, phone rebooted a bunch of times and is working fine! I recommend these guys! Fast, great price!Floor was still wet when I left they were so fast!

Big thank you to Total Cell Phone Repair (Gardendale) for saving my phone this past week! My old phone suddenly quit working and screen went completely black and I was unable to get any of my data/ photos off it and apple was unable to assist. Dont really have experience isnt anywhere else to compare it to. Honestly, I was confused when they would quote a time that they would be finished by which was just an hour or so. My understanding was that they would call me when the phone was fixed. I never got a call so i drive all the way to Gardendale to find out that they hadnt started on it 3 hours later. So I have to sit in the store for an hour for them to fix the phone that they said wouldve been done already. Also, the part that they replaced is already not working again. Not sure I will do business here anymore, because Im tired of throwing money away on parts that apparently arent going to last.

I just called to see how much it would cost to replace my glass on a Samsung galaxy Note 3 and he said $129.00 to $149.00!!! I then asked him if this was the price for just the glass or a total screen replacement and was told that on a Galaxy Note 3 you couldnt just replace the glass that they would have to replace the screen and digitizer. I had already watched a youtube video of someone replacing just the glass and theres a step by step instruction on how to do it as well. I guess Ill buy a $24 kit and do it myself. Evidently they do not know what they are talking about...or didnt think I knew because they were definitely trying to rip me off.

I just discovered Total Cell Phone Repair today. I really thought that something was wrong with my phone or that I needed a new battery. The employee was very friendly and immediately waited on me. He took it to the technician and discovered that I had accidentally pushed something on the phone that should not have been pushed. He corrected the problem. He did not even charge me for his time. I was very pleased and glad that Total Cell Phone Repair is so conveniently located by Pasquales in Gardendale. If I have any future problems, I will definitely come back to Total Cell Phone Repar.

I went in knowing exactly what was wrong with my phone it was a Galaxy Note 5 it was a S Pen issue but he wanted to sit there and tell me that the screen digitizer wasnt picking up on my S Pen when I know that there is a sensor on the inside of the phone that detects when the S Pen has been removed thats whats broke but he wanted to charge me $249 for an s pen issue. But its okay I called back and talked to Keeton and we got to an understanding that it was just a S pen detection sensor. ill be back monday to have my phone repaired. just a silly misunderstanding.

I cant thank you enough for being there and able to help like you do!Total Cell Phone Repair in Gardendale Alabama out of all Cellphone repair places has given me an impressive track record of repairs and sells as well as trade-ins. Ive bought my Galaxy S6 from there, it was rooted they told me, but what we both didnt know was the rooted was locked on the firmware so if the gmails didnt match on the software and the root, the phone would lock. I requested them to reset the firmware back to default and they did by the following day. Bought my lifeproof case from them for it. My daughters phone needed repair, so they replaced the screen for it and we bought a case as well. My sons tablet needed a screen and though it was a difficult repair they were able to locate a screen, repair it and get it back to me in a week. And every time I was always given the best and utmost respect and attention. Probably one of the best customer services stores Ive encountered in a very very long time.There is a local city buzz too both on facebook as well as in schools and church of how they treat people and are coming highly recommended. If you need a repair. You need call them or visit! You wont regret it!

Need to be able to give a 6th star! I know it’s a lengthy review but please read.These guys are quite possibly the best there is out there. This does not only apply in their aptitude in cell phone repair but in their interpersonal skills as well. I have been, and will continue to be, a repeat customer after I bought a cell phone, Samsung Galaxy S6, off EBay with a non-functioning screen and they managed to repair it without any complications or the typical hidden cost you find at some places.I later shattered my screen on this same phone while at work. This time I chose to go a repair shop close to home because Total Cell Phone Repair is over an hour away from my home in Jasper, which turned out to be a huge mistake. Almost two weeks later my phone still wasn’t fixed at this other place. This other repair shop also told me there would be additional time added to the two weeks I had already waited because their vendor had sent the wrong part. After dealing with this other business I decided it was time to make the drive and return to Total Cell Phone Repair in Gardendale. My phone was fixed two days later (ordering the part and all…. AMAZING).This most recent trip to Total Cell Phone Repair in Gardendale involved the same phone. This time it randomly stopped charging. I thought it was my charger so I tried two more chargers at home with no luck, so this time I went STRAIGHT to Total Cell Phone Repair. I spoke with Keeton, I hope I am spelling his name correctly, and he told me he would take a look at it and believed it was possibly the charging port in the phone. He told me to check back three days later (how long it would take to get the part) so I did. Keeton informed me it wasn’t the port, or the battery, and that he was going to “work on it some more”. The next day I find out he has talked to my carrier on my behalf and arranged for me to receive a new phone with only the cost he originally stated for the charging port. This is an amazing price given the amount of time and resources in which Keeton invested, he actually drove to speak with my carrier in person to negotiate for my phone, as well as the fact that this phone would cost me several hundred dollars to replace myself and also in the process saving me the stress and headache of trying to talk to those corporate big-wigs myself.Anyway, I should be receiving my new phone tomorrow (2016-06-14) or the following day at which time I am gladly going to pay for services rendered as well as to shake this man’s hand. I recommend everyone to visit these guys if you have cell phone problems because this business truly puts the CUSTOMER FIRST, a value that is so commonly overlooked in business these days.
