Sprint notified me that I had to upgrade phone to TMobile network. Phone Sprint specified was no longer available on promotion at TMobile. Went ahead with phone TMobile phone. Technician tried for 30 minutes and then told me to go to Hoover. They cant upgrade their TMobile recommended phone to TMobile network.

Went in with a Sprint problem and was told that they only had 20% of the systems necessary for my problem and we had to drive ALL the way to Hoover to get it fixed. Hoover staff proceeds to tell me they had all the equipment to get the job done and just didnt care to learn it. Unhelpful and looked scared to approach anything that didnt cover billing or upgrading phones. Just skip this location and go somewhere that actually WANTS to help you

Terrible customer service. Was attempting to upgrade 2 older phones to A32s. Associate says there was a error when I attempted to pay taxes on the devices and instead of helping me in store I was told there was nothing they could do.I was also going to purchase a iPhone 12 but not anymore from this location. I would suggest going to another store location if assistance is needed. Both the manager and female employee I talked to had terrible attitudes.And this is coming from someone who works in customer service.

Run fast as you can. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years.. and as I’m finding from all horrible businesses that they have a policy to be nice while you are buying then throw u off to others when items fail . I’m definitely not a fan of being thrown through hoops to get a phone fixed that altered my audio after an apple iPhone update. I have been sent around as if I had done something wrong and now I’m without a phone and forced to go and deal with apple. I have recently had a kidney transplant and have many full days taking care of that but they want me to send 440$ to send another phone or wait until my next off day to make time to go to the apple store

Sunshine and Joe was so awesome!! I went in to get my kids phones upgraded and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They made suggestions they thought would be beneficial and made absolute sure the phones were completely set up and working before we left. They shared personal experiences and other reviews about the products we purchased. Thank you guys for not rushing us out the store because it was time to close. you both made sure everything was as it should be!

So I visited the very unfriendly neighbourhood T-mobile today. 😑 The following statement is fairly dramatic.The T-mobile Tuesday app advertised these gorgeous little mugs today... TO DIE for! Not really though 😂. I rarely do the Tuesday deals but I love coffee and tea so I thought why not.At first I thought it was just for troops so I was going to tell my husband to get me one on base where he’s stationed, I looked again and saw that I could get one. Yay me! 😁As I pulled up to the store I saw one employee leaving. As I walk to the door, the store looked empty 🤔🤨🧐. Can’t be.So I step inside and to my right there’s a female employee sitting on a stool on her mobile device. I hear a male voice and look around to see this employee sitting on something behind the counter. He too was on a mobile device.I told him why I was there and he said “Unfortunately we don’t have anymore, sorry”. At this point I’m totally devastated, just dying on the inside... Not really. 😂 I said thank you and walked out.His statement wasn’t totally convincing, I feel like if I had come into the store 5 or 10 minutes sooner while he was standing, he would’ve went to the back and got me a mug. If he was even standing 5 or 10 minutes before I came in. 🙄I sincerely apologise for coming into the store and asking you to do your job. 😕

All of the experts were fabulous! Dominique, Candice, Kendrick and Adam all helped me to get my new phone and to get my info transferred from my old phone. Adam even took time to help me create a Dropbox acct when some of my apps wouldnt open on my new phone. He took his time and fixed it so that I had no problems when I left the store. Candice took time to answer all of my questions about my new phone and products that I wanted for it and my daughters phone (which I bought because all of the items were on sale). Dominique kept me laughing while she was setting up my phone! She was very pleasant. She let me know exactly what to expect and how long my wait time was and Kendrick finalized everything and made sure I had all that I needed for my new phone AND MORE! They were super friendly and worked together like a well-oiled machine. Because of my great experience, the Gardendale location is now my new go-to store!

BUYERS BEWARE of 2 individuals by the name of Ashley and Candice....On Friday 04/26/2019 I solicited the Fieldtown store and was greeted by the two devious, conniving DIVAs. I told Ashley that I wanted to transfer my phone from Metro PCS and that when she and Candice poured on the Bafoonery for the sake of a sale. I was offered a SO CALLED FREE TABLET withal of establishing a senior plan that was entailed for the 55 and over. Only to discover when I had left the store that upon closer examination, the tablet was in fact not free at all... there I discovered that the Tablet was actually costing me 168.00 with an activation fee of 25.00 and you can imagine at that moment of which it was 9 oclock that night to discover the deceit these 2 young white girls did to me. The next day i was greeted by the Manager who was named Kendrick to which he mentioned that those 2 phones actually cost 113.00 dollars instead of the actual cost of 150.00 a piece. But nevertheless at the end of the day he ingratiated himself by refunding me 206.00, with no apologize of his staff overcharging me that amount of money. In fact he seemed annoyed by the fact that I had asked him twice for verification of said cost for my monthly payment plan of both phones. Bottom Line, I felt I was being discriminated on 2 fronts and that was because of my ethnicity and and age being that I was 62 years old. This is not a business that I would ever come back to do any kind of transactions because of the management not reprimanding his staff and for the sake of their race and deceit
