Used their Click n Collect service for the first time. Big Mistake! I went to pickup my package because the tracking shows as delivered to their store. The guy looked around for a few seconds and told me its not there and to call UPS. Fine, I called but didnt realize it took hours of back and forth and finally they declared it as lost. Fine again since Im not liable.BUT then, after investigation, the package was there all along and now being sent back to the sender because customer refused delivery. Whats worse than spending hours for somet? I bought the limited edition item at a very good price and now cant find it anywhere else.All that troubles because one employees incompetence and lack of responsibility.

The Notary, Michael, was fast and efficient. Got my notarized document completed in 4 minutes. Five out of Five; will return for the rest of my documents to complete.

The guy charged me $2 to print my label and it took him 5 minutes. Three times before polite young guys were printing my labels for FREE and it took them less than a minute to help me. This guy now claims he is the owner and he taught them. Well, now wonder they are not here now I guess...

This store is getting worse. When it first opened and ran directly by the owner, things were great. Ive had my PO box here for almost a year, but recently theyve started missing my package. UPS sent me email notification on Jun 3rd that my package was arrived. On Jun 4th, I came to pick it up and they said that theres nothing in there system and they could not find my package in there stock (Come on, if its not there, how come UPS confirmed and sent me email notification?) and they advised me come/call back later...?!! I just call back and asked for the it today, Jun 7th, the staff found it after triple check it. SUCH A WASTE OF MY TIME.To whom would like to use this locations service, please think twice.Best,

Wanted to charge me $2 each to attach labels to my box from ups.com which said have the store scan this code and print your label

Have shipped dozens of packages here. Usually no problems, I have lost one amazon package here - I dropped it off and of never made it to the return center. From now on I try to return by kohls if possible. They also charge $2 for a $0.10 label (USPS prints for free when using their shipping service). Avoid at all costs whenever possible.

I have an Amazon package that I dropped off their THEY SAY THEY SHIP OUT DAILY ONE DAY, THEN WHEN THE BOX IS FULL THE NEXT. I CALL TO SEE WHERE MY BOX IS. THEY TELL ME TO CALL AMAZON. Timely manner and helpful services

I have used the services at this facility just once, but it was a positive experience and one where the owner/manager Antoine worked diligently to make sure it proceeded smoothly. The professionalism and attentiveness are greatly appreciated, and I will be happy to use this UPS location again for future freight or parcel needs.

I would like to get all senders attention with this store. They can cheat on measuring your box incorrectly so that you end up paying more for your shipping cost. What they did to me was a service rep measured my box and told me the price. Because I already measured it at home and know the price, I did not agree with that. A man acting like a manager was called out to remeasure the box and he tried to bend the ruler to match the measurement which is 1 inch longer than what I measured. I pointed it out the way he bent and he finally still argued that if it is just 1/10 longer, he must round it up to one inch. I ended up paying $5 more. Please notice that the measurement of the box is very important and the shipping cost will change based on that.

Uninterested staff, not very helpful, try to push their packing services which are high. Been there twice and was unable to accomplish what I needed each time. First time I let it go since it was a new store and they were getting settled. This time they just didnt want to help me with a difficult packing situation and made it clear that I needed to figure it out myself. Very sad as I think UPS overall is a good company.

GREAT STAFFING! I left my personal belonging at Hampton Inn last week. They pick-up my belonging and sent it without any problem. They are so proactive and excellent customer services. I received last week intact and carefully wrap. Thank you so much!

I went to ship some items and as I stood in line I was dissaponted to see that this place does not have social distancing marks on the floor.Whats worse is that though there is a small sign informing of facial mask requirement and stating no mask no entry they dont enforce it allowing people to come inside without mask 😡In these trying times of Covid-19 we all have to pitch in to minimize the spread.We are all in it together. Wearing a facial mask with adhering to social distansing and enforcing it in your place of business is not just a personal choice it affect all of us!

First time here and I was so pleased by the great customer service and how fast Tiffany works!! She was very helpful and she also asked the driver if he can take my package before he leaves because she wanted me to have it arrive sooner. So nice of her!

Made an online appointment days before for a notary service. Come in at exactly the right time as the appointment is set and they told us that the person who notarize forms isn’t there. I tell them I had an appointment and they say to maybe come back later. Why have an online appointment service if they aren’t going to honor it? Super weird.

I went today to ship something through USPS, but without me knowing, the clerk just pushed it through UPS and guess what?! I paid more!!! Only $4-5 but it is the principal.First, they hide USPS envelopes behind the counter.Two, their choices of envelopes you can get, which would be cheaper, are none. They dont even have it behind the counter, I asked. Other UPS Stores stock multitude of stationary and envelopes to choose from.Three, they dont ask you which carrier?, they default to UPS. Yes, I know it is a UPS store but other locations have always asked that question.So, when you go to this place you MUST tell them which carrier and also have your own envelope.

UPS web ordering system was not working so I phoned in and emailed my small print order, intending to pick up next day. Flight delayed, so I was not going to be able to pick up order before close. I again phoned to notify and also emailed. Person taking call said I am not working until close but will notify manager clearly this did not occur. No response to my email. So my printing sat at the store until manager responded...20 hours later as I was flying out. At that stage I had no need of the printing...my workshop was over. This store took my money and did not communicate, despite a number of notifications. No offer of refund. Totally unacceptable. Manager has not responded as he said he would. Scam. Dishonest. Disreputable. Avoid.
