Hello , I was an employee here couple days ago I would honestly have to say they dont care about their employees . I had been feeling sick for the past week & I had to get a produce done over the weekend I provided Dr.s notes & PROOF the reason why I missed work & I still got terminated. I would like to know how I can get ahold of the owner before I start a lawsuit .

Nobody ever answers the phone. Beyond that they are fairly useless. Self important with no customer service.

Purchased ccell carts online. Took a long time to ship and got a 40% fail rate. They might be selling fake ccells

By far one of the worst companies to deal with, i have ordered multiple times over the past year or so and just about every order i get from is wrong in some kind of way either something is missing or its simply the wrong item and i order the same exact thing every single time. i will more than likely start looking into going somewhere else very soon.

We started doing business with Kush Supply and they have been extremely easy to deal with. Chris Buelow is my rep and has been very helpful. When I place orders; dealing with Chris is a breeze. He is upfront and honest!

Do not buy from Kush Bottles. Worst customer service in the entire industry. Im amazed theyre a publicly traded company I wonder if the shareholders know how they treat their customers? If I could give 0 stars I would.

UPDATE: The company reached out to help so I have changed my review to 3 starsVery disappointed in the customer service. I order product from them when needed. I ordered multiple cases of their tincture bottle. When I opened the last pack I found out they had shipped me the wrong SKU. I am 1 day passed the 30 day return deadline and they are not willing to work with me at all. I would understand if it was 2-3 months later but it was literally one day and this is something that they messed up.

Ordered ccell because they are suppose to be authorized dealer. Came from China had to pay import fee and 90% of the cartridges leaked, of 200 cartridges 180 are leaking. Bad company, dont waste your money. They also required me to spend $400 on bs product.

Unorganized business with no integrity. Ordered because they are 1 of 4 “ Authorized Distributors” for CCELL. Should’ve seen the red flags just check out their reviews on yelp. Don’t waste your time and business with this company. Hope this is not the case with the other 3 distributors
