Amazing customer service. The young ladies working here are always smiling and are always willing to go above and beyond. Amithy, Arlene, Sandra, and Maria, huge shout out to your great customer service! You were absolutely professional and of great help. I have just recently starting coming to this location, and I continue to come for this reason. From the minute a customer walks in to the minute they leave, the staff always have a smile and treat customers with utmost respect and professionalism.This is now my primary location. I have yet to be disappointed from this location and I dont want to ever be :). But clearly some staff go above and beyond. Once again, Thank you so much Amithy, Arlene, Maria, and Sandra.P.S. Amazing service, amazing customer service, friendly

Very lazy company were supposed to deliver a package and chose to just hold on to the package and make me go pick it up

Came here on Saturday to pick up my package like the website said I could. They were closed.

Small store, they do not offer notary service.

Great store. They pack well. Attention to detail. Pretty short lines except betwenn 4 & 5.

Great service I had a great experience with the staff. Professional and friendly, I was in and out within few minutes. The only thing I had a problem was the sign of the store, I had to do laps around the buildings before I finally found it and thats even with Google maps.

I use this fedex location occasionally to ship packages to a vendor in Canada. The employees are always helpful and friendly and the store is clean. This location is tucked away in a business park, which is nice because it doesn’t have the long lines for service other Fedex locations have.

Fast and Simple, had my box and I also was returning a broken phone and I did put the phone box aswell, very clean place person who attended me even mentioned next time I can put something else so box wont rattle inside like newspaper or cardboard but I went the easy way just paid, label print was free best place will come back again to ship any other items 👌🏼

Spent 25 minutes there and 2 tries later they could not get the address info right. I had to walk out and go somewhere else. How can FedEx ship center not know how to ship a package? Very disappointed.

No working printing system no computers, it is a travesty to even call this a Fedex Office
