The manager was extremely nice and helped me as much as she possibly could. I bought some amazing foundation and a base coat before I put the foundation on. I just realized that she slipped a Kat Von D concealer and I didnt notice until I got home. I recommend this location in Gaithersburg only because they were extremely helpful.

Ok for a quick trip but, no one bothered to greet me or ask if I needed help. Plus, I wound up with dark foundation all over my white too & my skirt just standing near the displays. Please clean your displays!

Hey so i just called Sephora and was trying to cancel my appointment for this Friday for a smokey eye and I had to wait for like 25-30 minutes to get taken off hold and I said my name was Jessica. I dont like using my real name and the person I spoke to SAID HEY JESSICA, COULD YOU PLEASE STOP PRANK CALLING OUR STORE!and i was not prank calling anyone! and the person i spoke to hung up on me! I am VERY upset with their service! And WONT be booking any appointments! I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS IF I COULD!

Im not the only one who has had a less than welcoming experience at this Sephora location. A few times that I have visited the staff has been rude. On a few occasions one of the girls will actually start to follow me around while I look even when I told them I didnt need any help ! ( I mean I know I look young, but whenever someone starts following me around in a store it only makes me feel like they wanna get ride of me , when I wanna look at things at my own pace. I use to be a frequent customer but ever since the staff became so distrusting and unwelcoming, I stoped shopping there. And If its not the unwelcoming environment that keeps me away its the lack of supplies they have. I went here last weekend and I saw that the store was closed permanently. Honestly Im not surprised.

As I agree with the last two comments, For everytime I go up there its yeah I know what you mean, like they never more than one person at the cash register, I like going up there because its right near me but. For some reason they are always sold out.

This location is okay for a last minute item but I avoid going here at all costs. The atmosphere is unwelcoming. The few times Ive gone, the employees havent greeted me or asked me if I found everything alright. I think Ive only encountered 1 employee who has left me satisfied with their customer service.

Its a mini Sephora in a department store. While I wasnt greeted when I came in, it was fine since there were only 2 workers and about 5 other customers browsing. Def doesnt have as much in stock, but thats just bc its so small.

Poor and rude customer service. I guess because I came in with a hoodie on I probably didnt have money. The looks I got were really unnecessary. I also asked if they did price matching and the employee wasnt sure so she asked her manager and she said theyve never done price matching at Sephora. So I asked for a sample of some foundation and instead of walking over with me to the product she just says which one? And stands there with a look on her face like shes annoyed. So I went and grabbed the product off the shelf. Ive been shopping at Sephora for years. This was the most disrespectful visit Ive ever had.

I have had a different experience than the rest of the reviewers on here. The ladies here have always been really helpful, sometimes a little too much. Most of the time they have everything I need, except that they dont carry some of the other brands like Clinique or Blackup. But its a very small store, not even as big as my bed room. The tissues are always there and there is always something to clean your fingers with. The line moves really fast and the ladies do not look badly made up as I have noticed at other Sephoras where the ladies are so over-made up they look like clowns. I appreciate this Sephora. It is not dirtier than any other Sephora store I have entered and I am a rouge member, So I shop Sephora a lot.

Awful customer service. I will be contacting the corporate office on Monday. I spent $107 today at Sephora. I ask for assistance and get yelled at and insulted by Nichelle the manager, or shall I say the awful hellanger. I feel like returning my stuff for a refund. I work hard for my money and I deserve respect when I patronize.

I went in Sephora on June 8 2017 around 11:30 am..To use my rewards points. The cashier/mua handed me the item picked and said I would check your points but you didnt buy anything. Later that day I mentioned it to my daughter, who informed me that you dont have to buy anything for them to tell you that information. Whats crazy is you have to buy things from there to build your points. She was a very rude unprofessional little girl!

Stay as far from this Sephora inside of JCPenny. Its horrific and dirty, they never tock up the tissues or applicators. This morning I called to ask if they had a color of liquid lipstick in stock. The girl at the the register said they have one left in stock. I went by to pick it up and while i was there I wanted to try a tester of the same color which was missing. I thought might as well try the new color she had kept aside for me. To my absolute horror she had put the tester in the box which was grossly used and when i asked her about it? she just sheepishly smiled and acted like she didnt know anything about it. Girls in there are not polite and friendly. So never am I buying anything thing from this location. Yikes!

They have the worst service!!! I tried to schedule my daughters make up for prom and they claimed that they didnt have the schedule prepared and I would have to call back, I called back for three weeks and went into the store and they still did not have a schedule up, I finally got through and someone promised to call me back with a schedule and of course no one called me back! When I finally got through again, guess what??? they were booked!!! How screwed up are they???
