Horrible experience. One associate followed me from the front of the store all the way to the back and then after I made my purchase she asked to look in my bag. Not to mention I was bombarded at the entrance by 3 associates. Felt like a common criminal and will no longer shop there. No 6 feet or care for personal shopping experience.

This store has definitely changed over the years. Lack of engery , maybr because lakeforest is slowing closing all its stores and their numbers are going down. The employees do not say hello to certain customers , they don’t even tell you what new deals they have unless you ask BBW is expensive at the least. learn customer service.
