Staff was very upfront and honest with me regarding details of the vessel I purchased. The salesperson, Ryan, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and even after the purchase in regard to assisting to gather and provide all the information needed to get my vessel registered in my state. Drive to Florida or SC and save thousands at any other dealer! Park Marine charges Full Retail + Doc Fee + Freight + Prep + Tax + Credit Card Fee = An unbelievable amount of expensive extra fees to local buyers... and this is to a repeat customer. Never again!!! Check Boat Trader for yourself! Its worth the research. I got No Tax, No BS Fees, and a free aluminum trailer just over the state line :) Better luck elsewhere for sure!!

Here I find myself at the 2 week mark of lies and broken promises. After selling my the 2 highest end waverunners they offer with trailer and extended warranties and getting them to my lake home hours away then being told several days later 1 was already sold and I could never own it it was already sold...then an illegal unauthorized credit inquiry about a week after my deal was signed.. they broke all promises to make things right..from salesman Craig to sales managed Bell to vice president Danneman. .. who assured me everything would be done to ensure my happiness and make things right..everything yet again turned out to be a lie.. and when I informed them I would come to dealership to discuss everything in person bell isnt here and v.p. danneman has yet to return to meet with me long after he told his employees he would be back to do so over the phone... just pathetic. So disgusted.Mr danneman intervened personally and I am now ecstatic with my purchase, my waverunners, and the end results of my experience.

Most horrific buying experience I have ever had. Went in and purchased 2 very top of the line waverunners... extended warranties..all bells and whistles..paid full msrp..also purchased double waverunner trailer.. got a call several days later from salesman saying they had made a mistake and sold me a waverunner that was already sold.. in Georgia that isnt a mistake...its a crime ... they said they has a lower level unit they would replace it with and I had to bring the other one back..about 10 hours of driving to go to my lakehouse and bring it back do the exchange etc..told them I wouldnt do that but of they would do the exchange I would proceed.. the. They broke federal law by pulling my credit once again without my permission through yamaha credit.. for a less expensive unit than I already had..I lost it at that point. Then they proceeded to tell me what I had done wrong.. wth? I came in put almost half down ..signed a financing contract and paid full price for the 2 highest level waverunners they sell...they sold me an already sold unit..broke state and federal law.. but I did something wrong? Sales manager called me and we came to an agreement and now Herr we are 1 week later with him saying he didnt say what I have the recorded call of him saying ..so canceling the new deal and letting them figure out how to fix all their wrong doing..Im exhausted from the stress .. pathetic treatment of a high end buyer. Ridiculous.Update. Meeting with Mr dannemam today. Went well.. had a long talk and he assured me everything would be corrected and made rigth..so going to change 1 star to 3 in hopes of being able to give a 5 star NY the time this chaos is over ..Update.. changing review to 5 stars.. met with Mr danneman and had great conversation and excellent results.. they came and trade out waverunners..gave me excellent incentives and perks for the headaches and I am thankful to say that I, with the end results, be doing business again with park marine thanks to the personal efforts of the chief.mr. danneman.

However unfortunate, these things happen and it is smart business to address and solve problems appropriately as soon as problems are identified.In my case the problems outlined below were addressed and corrected. It took a little over a month for this to happen. Management got involved, my new boat was repaired and returned to me.********************************I wish I purchased my boat from a dealership that cares about meSALES Experience was Fantastic - I give Jarrett 5 stars for his patience and guidance.Ownership and the Service Department is Another Story - Honeymoon Over Quickly!Purchased a brand new Yamaha AR195 - Park Marine had the boat my wife and I wanted and at a great price. Everyone in sales was pleasant and Yamaha makes an outstanding product. Who could ask for more? Signed the paperwork and the honeymoon was instantly over!After signing for our boat we stood in line for 30 minutes waiting to buy rope and fenders. Jarrett and the gentleman who delivered our boat waited patiently for us but we were just another customer to the service department. Three people standing behind the counter and my wife and I waited as they helped one person at at time.My Yamaha was delivered to my dock safe and sound, but I quickly noticed stains on the aft seats. Apparently the stains were missed during the pre-delivery inspection as this area was covered by a towel. Other damage/concerns were discovered and immediately reported to the dealer. Pulled the boat out of the water with less than 1 hour of run time under the impression the matter would be addressed and handled promptly. According to the salesperson: Its in services hands, but after one month I have yet to hear from anyone except for the guy who sold me the boat. Even more ironic is that we received a Service Survey from Yamaha for work that should have completed, but never was.Perhaps my expectation is off, but I think a new boat should be delivered free of defects; and if for some reason a defect is discovered, this should be addressed by the selling dealer. Apparently not the case here.I purchased an extended Yamaha warranty and unfortunately Park Marine is the only Yamaha dealer in the area and does not seem the least bit interested in taking care of their customer after the sale.If given a choice I would return this boat to the dealer and forget this ever happened. This is what I get for choosing to support local business.Recommendation: Buy Chaparral, Mastercraft, Searay - they have great service departments.

Never responds to emails from boattrader, tried 3-4 times on different boats. never returns calls, tried twice, left messages both time.The boats are still listed for sale, even had a updated price after I inquired

My Merc would not crank for 15 - 30 minutes after making a long run at WOT(Wide Open Throttle) and fishing a bit. It then cranked and ran great. Later...different day...it went dead 3 times in a row with a start beep. Dale Simmons checked it out. For an hours labor and no parts, he said he thinks it is repaired. He said there is a possibility the fuel pump is going out but it was reading good at the time. He said it is pretty expensive. If I have another problem, it probably will have to be replaced but he would try what he did first. I was very happy to get out with an hours labor. I was also very pleased with Mr. Metzs support. I will go back to them when I have future problems. Thanks Guys.Mike McConnell

Had a fuel system problem on my 115 hp Merc outboard last year. Several others tried and failed to fix it with 5 days before a fishing derby we entered as a gift for my 78 year old father who was in failing health. The guys juggled their schedule to find time and fix our boat. They had it running like a top the day before the tournament started! We cant say enough about the folks at Park marine, they were great. We had a excellent time with Dad that weekend, and we owe it all to the guys at Park marine. The following week Dads health failed to a point he could no longer go out on the boat. I dont care what anyone says, Park marine is number 1 in our book!Thanks guys, the memories of that day with Dad are priceless, and you made them all possible!

I had a yamaha ski with a bad engine that needed a new one. I called ahead to find out what a replacement engine would cost and was quoted a price which while expensive, was acceptable. I dropped the ski off to be repaired and i was then called and told that the repair could cost up to $2000 more because of a core cost for the engine. Of course, nobody mentioned this before or when i dropped the ski off. I was not willing to spend an additional, unexpected two-thousand to repair the ski so i went to pick it up and was charged over $100 for an hour of labor. If I had been told the repair could cost up to double what I was quoted i would never have dropped it off. Feels like a bait and switch to me...

Purchase a brand new Yamaha jet ski from their 2 months later had to take it to the shop for blisters it is now April and its still in the shop went to pick it up Saturday and they did the worst repair every .... yamaha customer service sucks ....jet ski has been in the shop for three months ...... brand new smh
