Ive needed Lisa and her teams help quite a few times. They / she is alway polite, fast and informative. My first experience with Lisa was in July of 2020. My magic Tilt trailer fender broke off the trailer. Looked like a simple fix, planned to do it myself. Contacted Magic Tilt they gave me a list of dealers in my area but Boating Atlanta was not high on their list or not the main two that the young lady suggested I check with. Well after over two weeks of phone calls, emails and going to the other two places more than once trying to get some help to just order the fender for me, everyone giving me the COVID excuse, I was at the hand in the air point. Thought I was going to have to drive to Florida, Magic Tilt head quarters, they were not particularly helpful either, COVID excuse again. Anyway to Lisa, on a hunch I stopped in, gave Lisa my story, she picks up a phone and my fender show up at my address in less than two weeks. Took her all of 3 minutes to help me and made it look as easy as I thought is should. I was most grateful and always am for her guidance.Thanks again Boating AtlantaMr Strong, thats what she calls me.

Just wanted to compliment salesman Jeff at Boating Atlanta in Buford. He went above and beyond in working with me. He answered all my questions and was quick to respond with phone calls and e mails. Would definitely recommend him as a contact at Boating Atlanta to work with.

Our boat and a few others were broken into while being serviced. Boating Atlanta replaced some things but refused to pay for all rods and reels that were stolen. No sign was up at the time to remove rods from rod locker nor was anything said about that. We were also never contacted about the incident for a week and we had to call to see if it was ready to pick up and at that time they told us what happened. The manager I spoke to was very rude and actually didn’t act like he cared at all. In my opinion this place is a joke. I would drive across the country to have our boat serviced before I will ever take it back to that place.

I dealt with Lisa over the phone , she was upfront and honest about everything she will shoot you striaght forward that is the main reason I chose to do business with them. Words cannot express my gratitude. Amazing service, I drove from Miami, my trailer fell off my truck because a broken screw. They helped me out and didnt even charge me. Ive never experienced such kindness and caring support before. Absolutely amazing.

I’m old and have been going here for years. Today they told me (not very nicely) that they will no longer work my boat because it was built prior to 2000. No thanks for prior prior work. Real good customer relations, hey?

We are trying to buy a boat but the owner had died. I needed to get a weight on a trailer who the manufacturer was out of business. Al was so helpful he did research and even called me back to help me out. Wonderful place to deal with!!

I work with this company. The review posted by Mr. Mercer was researched thoroughly in an attempt to figure out who Mr. Mercer is. There is no record of him in the company files or computers furthermore, this company has an impeccable service reputation. I notice that Mr. Mercer pretty much trashed all of the business he allegedly uses.

Really cool ride on the ocean! We got to watch the Buford, GA and they had a Buffet for us as well. The food was awesome and delicious!

I bought a used boat last week. When David tells you he does it right or not at all he is not kidding. I will recommend this business to everyone I can.

If u dont want your boat stay there for the whole summer. DONT BRING IT THERE. Lisa the one work at the desk lied all the times. If you dont call and remind them everyday , your boat never get done. They never call you.

Liars! They have lied over 4 times about my boat. First Lie, we will get to your boat in two weeks. Took 1 Months. Problem for the leak into oil was the Manifold, 2nd lie. Boat is ready to be picked up 3rd lie. 4th lie we will call you when the bill goes over $500. Never called and was told bill was $890. VERY BAD BUSINESS. Lisa is horrable at Customer Service and lied 4 times. WARNING DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I have purchased 3 boats from David and Mark. They will continue to get my business and I refer them to anyone in the market for a center console or bass boat.

Worst communication I have ever seen, tried to buy a 60k skeeter and never would get back with me!
