Our entire experience of getting a new phone was absolutely wonderful. The employees Ashley and Curtis were the sweetest and SO helpful! Curtis was so professional and personable, and Ashley went above and beyond to help us and allowing us to leave fully satisfied, even as far as staying with us an hour after closing, to finish setting up our phone. What a team! Wish we could give them ten stars!! 😍😎

I’ve been to this location twice in the past few months and every time I go in there they treat me like family. I would recommend anyone that has any cell phone needs that has Verizon as a carrier to please go to Gaffney‘s location. They have the best customer service and are super sweet. If I ever need anything else with my phone I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

They were very helpful, friendly and polite. They got to the bottom of my problem and also showed me how to correct it if it shall happen again. For that I am grateful

Update: ALWAYS GO TO A CORPORATE STORE6months in and Im still being told what my salesperson done at this was either wrong or not done at all.Im giving 3 stars because Verizon is a great phone company. I have signal everywhere and when I spoke to customer service, they were very helpful and friendly. Now 3 stars instead of 5 is because of this store loctaion itself. The employee didnt do her job correctly. Many things were wrong with my transaction and this is why I know how well Verizons customer service is. My bill was around $70 extra after going to this store. Also this was an added line to a Verizon account for 7yrs. 7 Great years

These ladies are super friendly and helpful. We had multiple issues (none of which were there fault) and they got all the issues resolved and were pleasant to deal with. Ashley and Stacy are the bomb!

Store employees arent at all knowledgeable of what your actually buying from them. If you want to buy a new phone while they look up features and specs of it on their tablet, sure go here. Do your research ahead of time. Dont let them sell you a worse phone for more money so , as they said you can show people you bought the expensive one AND DONT FORGET they are an authorized dealer FOR Verizon. Verizon is going to charge you additional fees on the following bill after you get a new phone, even after you pay the stores fees that day. WHICH THEY FAIL TO TELL YOU.

Alanis was very detailed about all areas of my purchase whether it be adding a phone to the plan, buying a new phone, transferring info from one phone to the next. She was kind and helped me get the best discount possible.

Affordable cell phone service and a convenient location

Since I started going there it been great . Actually some of the good feelings that I have for Verizon because they entirely different attitude . From of your other stores. It means and go a long way for some of you older customers.Think About It.

We spent a ton of time at this store when attempting to switch from Straight Talk to Verizon... not to say the process was quick (that was mainly caused by Straight Talk) but they were super friendly which made the experience a lot better. We did have an issue where an additional charge was added on our first bill, but I caught it early and Verizon (not this Victra store) took responsibility for the mistake and corrected it. We have not had an issue at all since we switched! I feel like a lot of these negative reviews come from people who dont understand what theyre shopping for or have unrealistic expectations.

I was forced to choose one star but id really give them no stars. First off this is authorized retailer and not a Verizon corporate store.They charge for every little thing here and even give you the feeling they might charge you for the air your breathing while your standing in their store. Theres alot of services you can get done at the Verizon Corp stores and they are always very helpful and friendly and most of those are free. At this store they charge fees on all kinds of stuff, have a very small selection on phones and accessories alot of stuff has to be ordered and if so youd be better off just using your Verizon app and doing everything yourself online. If i have the choice of doing stuff in the app or going to this store id just use the app.Also the employees there must not know theyre in a authorized verizon store barely bigger than one of the mall kiosks stores and they think they are official and actual verizon employees and not just affiliated but having said that they actually act like theyre not verizon employees (which theyre not) but they think they work at the Apple store or something or that they are royalty and anyone who walks in the door is a peasant or servant and are just wasting their time trying to get them to do anything. Id avoid this store at almost any cost and just drive to Gastonia or Spartanburg and deal with a real Verizon Corporate store. Its only 20 min in either direction away and worth the drive.

I literally waiting for 45 minutes to buy a screen protector, the lady was doing an upgrade and completed the entire transaction before helping me with my 45 second purchase. She even just sat on her phone while the lady shopped around for a case and screen protector. DO NOT RECOMMEND ID GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

Never go to a Authorized dealer .. There nothing more than a middle man that will lie to you . To get a contract signed. It happened to me at the one ☝️ in Gaffney. Told me my bill was gonna be cheaper if I got a free tablet only to charge me an activation fee of 50.00 plus 10.00 a month for the line...Im not happy that Verizon allows this to happen...
