The lady that waited on us very friendly she had a customer come in that was very rude to her she handled it awesomely I give her major props for dealing with the public. But dealing with people like him you got to be a special kind of person God bless her and her fiance that was there

Every now & then the store gets really busy, 9/10 great customer service. Theyre very helpful & recommends the best way to save me money & best option. I used to be with Verizon & now have ported over to Boost Mobile, cant even recognize the difference except for my bill being cut down to 50%! Currently using the iPhone 6S Plus & Im loving it. Parking there is always a breeze, just wish there was a restroom available. I recommended to my friends and family members.

Time for an honest review-not from an employee. If you need to visit this store pack a lunch. Invite your friends. Make a day trip out of it. Youre going to be there awhile. Oh! and remember to bring $3.00 because they charge you to talk to them. FR. Worst Boost store ever!

Went there just to upgrade to a newer phone, since the one i was using was beyond out of date. The representative greeted me upon entering, but never did she move from behind that computer screen, except for having to go get the phone. It took me about 30-35 mins to complete everything. Now theyve came out with a newer verison phone that i bought and wasnt aware of nor was i told that either..what a bummer...but Im still satisfied with my new phone. I probably would return if i absolutely had to..

I love this store its one of the best organized stores far as phone stores Ive every seen and customer service most friendliest guys and girls I mean young lady excuse me stay happy and dont charge it they smiled at me and didnt cost me a dime so if you have time going to check them out

Loved the pricing but been having internet connection issues. Took phones to be checked and of course internet worked at store 🙄🙄. Need to get connections capabilities fixed.
