It was a cloudy, rainy, cold, damp, wet day, and all of a sudden my phone went berserk I was 3 hours from home. Called Verizon which is my carrier for help and spent over 2 hours with their tech support with no fix to the problem. My day was becoming a total nightmare I couldnt use google maps to find my way home I was in a rural area. I finally after driving for 35 minutes came back to a main road and stopped at this AT&T store. The agent there after hearing my problem with no hesitation quickly took my phone and it was like watching the dog play the piano. Her fingers danced around the keyboard of my phone and in about 5 minutes the magical moment came - and she placed my phone back in my hand working as it should. Now this is what I call customer service.... I would love to mention the name of the person who helped me that day, but I lost her card. So to the woman who helped me.... Thank you thank you thank you!

Very good store the service is amazing the guy that helped me was vary nice and helpful. I think his name was Robert. The manger was very nice. out of all the AT&Ts i have been to this one is the best at what they do!!!!

Went to this store looking for a new phone or a certain type of phone. We had to wait around for the employee to get done talking to a customer which then turned into chit chat. When we were approached at this time 3 more people had come into the store, we asked about a phone we wanted and the employee said they didnt have it and tried to direct our attention to a more expensive phone in a rushing like manner. We didnt appreciate having to wait only to be rushed. Also their is only one prepaid go phone section with like only 5 to choose from and the rest were contract phones and other devices ranging from 400 bucks to over 1,000. Yall can pay that but this is Gaffney and aint no one gonna pay that much for a piece of technology that aint going to work right for the price they ask. At&t needs to step up and give more choices and quit asking for a house payments worth of money for something that probably took a quarter of that to make, and that goes for all stores. So would I go here again to shop? No. Would I recommend? No. Would I go to Walmart instead? You betcha. Hope this helps.

Johnathan helped me out when I went into the store today to upgrade my phone. Helped me in a timely matter and I was in and out quick. He also made sure I knew how to use the new phone before I left .

Take to long to be served or waited on and never has what you looking for in the store and cant answer your questions on the product this is totally why I had to call and order my tablets on line and the service was great.

Have had great experience in the past but not any more. The people do not help you when you are looking for a Phone .when you need help they do not follow AT&T policy. When you wall in your are more of an inconvenience. Today was the last time that I will walk in that store.

*The so-called* store general manager Johnathan Smith is one of the rudest individuals, I hate the experience my daughter had to through today at the store, but its a life lesson for her people dress up everyday for a title and a pay check and everybody not gonna treat you with respectWent to this store location today right at 1pm, I allowed my daughter to go into the store to make a payment for our WiFi service, I observed a lady employee assisting a customer at the register, my daughter went to stand in line patiently with the payment, assuming this lady was receiving some type of new service it what possibly was taking so long, need I remind you when my baby went into the store no one greeted her, spoke to her, told her someone would be with her or anything with irritates me especial if you have a so called manager on site, the entire time there was another employee walking around like he was so busy not knowing the whole time it was the store manager, Jonathan Smith, I lady came into the store and the another gentle man, my daughter still waiting for service its 1:10pm by then, soon as the woman went in she went over to the phones looking and Johnathan was quick to assist her not only did he rudely ignore my daughter but I think as a manager his position need to revolked because Im a manager myself and I would never ignore any customer regardless if its a adult or child, he never even acknowledged her, after assisting the woman he then greeted the man that came in after the woman that hed already skipped over my baby for and went ahead and allowed him to be serviced at the register, he even went to another computer to take his payment, which I still dont understand why at the point my child was still standing patiently waiting, with money and the slip in her hand, after assisting that man he still ignored her and proceeded to act as if he was helping the other employee who was still assisting the woman, and she never even acknowledged her in the store or in line, after a few minutes longer Jonhanthan stepped back over to the computer and my daughter walked over and handed him the payment slip, he still never greeted her, he just looked at her unpleasantly as if he didnt want wait on her at the point I was furious, had I went in the store at this point I probably would have gotten myself in trouble but my point is if you cant fulfill the position as a manager he to go back where he cpme from because the atmosphere aint no better and he still didnt process my daught payment the other lady ended up taking over and finishing up while he went to the back and to find out after I finally went in the store there was another employee in the back just sitting, smh, so much for new management, we wont be back in there!

I went to att today to trade my phone for another phone I got offline an when I went in I wasn’t greeted or spoke to the general manager Jonathan smith looked at me like I was crazy didn’t speak or nothing I come in An he was talking to a lady so I went over to the black dude a employee that was standing there an told him that att told me to bring my phone in the store An trade it in for a new one An he told me to hold a second An when the general manager Jonathan Smith (Jon) got thru talking to the lady he asked him about it he looked at me funny eyes all wide like I was crazy An said they couldn’t trade my phone in that store with a attitude An then I said well att told me I could bring it here An trade it an he said that it wasn’t the same att that it was a retail store well I ain’t dumb I knew that An he said because it don’t say it on the website I been with att for years but when he said it he said it with a attitude an with a loud tone like I couldn’t hear him...I didnt like the way I was treated when I come In an how He talk to me An looked at me I was about to cuss him out I gotta bad temper An can get a atttitude to if I’m being disrespected...An he talking about under new management under this post an he heard negative things his attitude is negative to so it ain’t no better but I will be calling corporate An reporting Jonathan Smith for how he was...He don’t need to be working with the public with his attitude An especially not a general manager Get Jonathan Smith Jon Out Of That Store ...

Jonathan posted an ad on FB and I saw it. I called him and he set me up with Directv and 2 new phones. I live in Greer SC and drive to Gaffney. He went above and beyond. He is a perfectionist and took care of every little detail. Give him a call!!

Worse internet and TV I ever had,,had to reboot it all the time,, tried several times to get them to fix it and never did,, told them to cut it off and said I was under contract,,,then stopped paying it and they cut it off one month later but keep changing me for it,,, now they said I owe them over$700....Would not even stream movies...TV shut down all the timeWent to Charter communications and its 100 times better...
