I waited from 11:10am till 12:45pm to inquire about getting a my phone unlocked. Only to be told that they couldnt do that there. No chairs, no bench, to sit and wait. The lady in front of me had been waiting almost 2 hours to get her business taking care of. I think that, if your going to have people waiting for more than 10 minutes, you should have some chairs or a bench to sit down on. Not everyone can stand for long periods of time. Especially if you have leg or back problems. I also think that there should be a notice posted stating, We do not and cannot unlock your phone at this location. It would have saved me from wasting all that time if there had been one!

Nakia did an amazing job helping me! Really kind and very fast.

T-MOBILE was more than happy to accept my $45 set up fee, but less helpful when their SIM card didnt work with my phone, after telling me that there would be no problems, with any of my concerns I had going in !!!

Bought new phones from this store and 2 ladies that served us didnt even have the knowledge to put in our new sim cards finally got the issue resolved by calling t-mobile customer service support and they fixed the issues over the phone 🙄 silly problem that shouldve been fixed when buying

Went into the Sprint store in Gaffney to switch from another provider. Courtney, one of the ladies that works there had posted online about a great sale they were having, so I came in to check it out. Courtney was very helpful with getting be switched over from my other provider, helped my wife and I get new phones, and was very patient with the fact my kids were running around. Courtney and her coworker went the extra mile in getting an issue with our phone numbers worked out, even to the point they stayed a few mins after hours to handle the issue. Courtney was very knowledgeable and nice through the whole experience.

I was at the store a few weeks ago and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. They saved me a bunch of money and even fed me hot dogs!!

Not good I removed insurance from my phone and was charged anyway no one could understand the error in it.. the manager Jason hung up on me a refused to provide contact information for his store supervisor very unprofessional. He kept trying to give me customer service number but there store did not do their job not customer service.. customer service advised him that the had to give the credit on the store level which rhe refused .. leaving sprint asap

If you going to see the Sprint representative theres is only one person at a time. Usually theres a lot of people and no where to sit.

They are awful, had coporate note to my account to replace my phone from the store and they still didnt comply.This was the worst sprint experience ive ever had in my life. How do you have coporate tell u to do one thing but you take it upon yourself to do another. I was seconds away from just canceling service, but luckily sprint replaced my phone with a new one. I will never shop at that store again. I will take the time to drive to Spartanburg if necessary.
