I needed to buy a battery for a 2007 Chrysler Sebring. Told them I didnt want to spend you lol a lot of money. Asked how much, was told varied. t you toldg him I didnt want the cheapest but didnt want to spend Alot. They hooked me up....charged me $189 and didnt see any credit for the core value. I use to always take my vehicles there. Needless to say, thats the last time.

My family has trusted them for at least 3 generations that I know about. 👍some of these comments complain about cold waiting rooms and the seating...guess what? them folks give u nice couches and fancy waiting rooms as a trick to charge you more for the same service because perseption is reality to the average sheep. Dont be a sheep. Get your service done by a reputable local place with a awesome track record

Got there before opening for an inspection. Over two hours later no ones name had come off the inspection list, except those who had given up (as I finally had to). Meanwhile, all that time, four of the staff sat there in chairs, staring blankly ahead. Occasionally one would go out to get something to eat. Most of what you pay seems to go into employing the staff to sit there and do nothing, while two guy fools around in the garage, apparently for those customers with better luck who give this place all its positive reviews. To me, they seemed abrupt and indifferent to the customers who came in during that time.

Great place. My tires are an odd size and my funds are terribly tight. Their used tires are awesome and they had my size in abundance.

My son managed to get a flat tire at an American Legion game over at Bing Crosby Stadium and then found out the spare donut for the car didnt fit. Took the flat tire over to Service Tire & Battery who quickly identified and replaced a bad valve stem within 15 minutes. The service was prompt and courteous I was charged less than $12 for the fix. While I know this all sounds like whats to be expected, its worth mentioning when I come across honest people who simply find a way to help you out. The prior positive reviews listed here were valid and I wanted to take a minute to put in a good word for these folks as well.

From my experience this place has the best prices and the best service for tires They get you in and out quickly and efficiently.

Weve been getting tires, alignments, and inspections here for 25 years, ever since moving into the area. Unlike some others weve dealt with, these folks are just plain honest. No fake finds during inspection, no hassles, just a good honest shop doing good work. They wont pass a car that should fail, they wont fail a car that should pass. There are far too few businesses that operate so honestly and fairly, I always try them first for any repair I cant do myself.

I went there twice because I kept getting told about what a great place it was. The first time they told me nothing was wrong with my car but found out I had a lot of things needing to be replaced. and the second time I called about wipers and they told me they had them in stock for my car but when I got there they looked at my car for 45 mins and didnt put any wipers on and then told me they dont carry wipers for my car. The worker that looked at my brakes made my car stink like Motor oil.

I went from a one star earlier to Im given Jeff and his crew a four now because he said 2 People called off ...they got the job done before close and at a really fair cost...so unless when we pick the car up in the morning...we overall rate this experience a 3.5 ..but Ill round up...maybe next time nobody will call off..and a hour job wont take 8 hrs...im sure most wouldnt be as patient as we was...but overall in 2 visits the prices and work was worthy of a return visit...thanks for reading.

We were camping at a nearby campground when I noticed a bulge in my trailer tire. I called them the next morning, they ordered the tires, and they arrived that day. The price was very reasonable and the overall experience was outstanding.

I was in Front Royal for business travel, and had a few issues with my car. I dropped it off at lunch and picked it up at 5pm. They had fixed the slow leak in my tire by re-sealing it, and bled the coolant and re-filled it to try to get my heat working. They also took apart my lights to try to fix a wiring problem. They only charged me $15 total for the tire repair. They didnt think the coolant bleed fixed the heat problem, and couldnt figure out the wiring, so they didnt charge me for either. Whats better, the coolant bleed worked! I have a warm car with 4 good tires once again.I highly recommend these folks for the assurance that you wont get charged for work you didnt want. Couldnt ask for better!

When I knew my car needed an alignment they did it quickly and professionally.

We used to go here all the time but then we got our brakes done and the guy said we needed our rotors done, when I asked to see them he said they crumbled and he threw them away. We had just put new rotors on them a few months before. It was so disappointing, we were charged an arm and a leg to replace them and now cant trust them.

Been here a few times, always the same thing, Im told its gonna be a long wait before I barely walk in the door, its like theyre trying to get me to go elsewhere cuz theyre busy. Staff is not friendly or welcoming in person or on the phone. That is whats most irritating, I dont think a smile, a hello, and a have a nice day would be expecting much. Waiting area is cold and only hard wood chairs to sit on, with no restroom. Prices are decent, they had my tires in stock, no upselling nonsense, and they were done before they said theyd be. Ive had much better tire shopping experiences than Ive ever had here but I was willing to come back because it had been awhile and I prefer to keep my business in Front Royal.
