Nice & honest shop. Fair pricing I scheduled to get my brakes done there. I found that my headlight was out and asked could they put my new bulb in. The whole thing was cheaper than what was estimated and they put my new bulb and no charge. they were really nice and friendly and explained everything. I definitely will be going back here for any of my automotive needs.

Everyone there is nice, friendly, and honest.I took my car to get a recalled part replaced at a mini cooper dealership, they gave me a long list of things I needed to repair or replace. I took my car to Joes to verify if they were all necessary, and he lead me to my car and showed me the parts of the car that were in fact fine, or not a big deal, such as a tiny oil leak that would probably spring up later anyway and would not actually hurt my car.Sackett and Sons also did not charge me unfairly for the inspection, and also gave a cheap oil change when another repair shop in town tried to charge triple their price because my car is of foreign extraction. Overall an extremely good, dependable business

I have never been treated like crap like I did here. Joe sackett is the rudest person I have ever encountered. Proceeded to yell at his employees in front of me dropping the F bombs because he didnt want me pulling in my vehicle as he didnt want non employees in the shop area. I told him that I asked and they wanted me to pull it in. Then he started cussing me. I of course defended myself and he told me to get the F out of there and dont come back. Absolutely disgraceful.
