This review is long overdue. In December of 2020 I needed to purchase a new car and was very apprehensive about it as my husband had always done this in the past, and did not really know how to go about it all beyond choosing the one you wanted. Anticipating a stereotyped, slick, high-pressure salesman, I was so pleasantly surprised and relieved to meet and be helped by their salesman, Zach White! He is so sweet and friendly and easy to communicate with, and was so patient and helpful in walking me through the process. Everyone is genuinely friendly and I am so glad to have a dealership that I can trust so close by.

Came in for one thing only, to buy a reliable used vehicle from the DEALERSHIP and so I did I got a 2015 Chevy suburban LTZ. Look the service was good, people were nice and helpful but I’m upset about the fact that not even a week went by for the suburban to get a check engine light and service suspension and service driver assist! And not to mention I need a new catalytic converter, Nobody wants to see that on the way to vacation on a 2015 vehicle. All I’m saying is these problems should have been taken care of before it was posted up on your website for sale. Now I’m being charged over 3.5K for these issues to be fixed parts and labor! I’m upset with this dealership for selling me a fixer upper and not a ready to go car. I will be fixing these issues myself as I am mechanically able. Will not be buying any more vehicles from this place.

Vinny and Josh listened, cared, and answered every single question we had. And we had a lot. After the sale theyre just as helpful! The dealership made this transaction more difficult than it needed to be. Phone/email negotiation worked fine. The vehicle was in transit when purchased but Front Royal would not the paperwork remotely. Every business can complete paperwork remotely in 2021, except Front Royal. Deaven made the 3hr drive to complete the paperwork. This was great service but unnecessary. Also during the transit period there is zero information about the status of the vehicle for planning purposes. Deaven communicated fast and with the best information she had; which was usually not much. In the end, the vehicle arrived at the far end of the 2-4 week expectation and was delivered by Deaven (3 hr drive) which was very good service on her part. Overall, everything worked out, Front Royal could work on the process and communication to make things more smooth. Deaven was excellent to have as the go-between.

I called and Talked to Josh Comaus and had conversation with what I was looking to do in terms of upgrading to another vehicle, after a few Days Josh called and said he had some options so I stopped by the store and after a short period of time we met in the middle and I picked up my new truck that next day. I do like the small town feel you get when you visit the show room. you have a very good staff that makes the customer feel at home. And Josh is a keeper.

Purchased a 2020 Kia Optima back in October, love the car so far. Zack White was great to work with, no pressure to purchase and answered all questions. Everyone at this Dealership was great! All the other sales reps were friendly and helpful. The gentleman in finance was very helpful explaining the different finance options and extended warranty options, never felt pushed to purchase anything. Everything was explained in detail. It’s so hard to find genuinely helpful people these days. I found plenty of the them at Front Royal GMC. I feel like I’ve known the sales and service folks there for years and I have only been there twice in my life. The service manager drove me to my doctors appointment and then picked me up while my Yukon was being serviced.

Overall, great experience. Vinny (salesman), Josh (sales manager) and Dan (service manager) were all great to work with. We arrived with a truck we were looking for from the website, were given a good price for our trade in, and are happy with the deal we negotiated. When some of the accessories were on backorder, they provided a rental, and really went the extra miles to deliver our truck to Alexandria when they were installed.

This employees in this dealership do not wear masks and do not require customers to wear masks. Our son had Covid and was hospitalized. He had no idea where he got it. I take this very seriously and had we known that this dealership did not follow CDC guidelines, we would not have gone there. Also, our salesman promised that our vehicle would be detailed when we brought the title to our trade in but when we brought the title at the agreed upon day, he brushed us off and said “this is our busiest day. We’ll have To reschedule.”

This review is solely based on the experience of customer service of my purchasing experience and not the price/purchase. I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership which was a pretty straightforward transaction bc I didnt have to deal with the financing etc. It really shouldnt have taken that long, but the whole process ended up taking up half of my day, which really speaks of the efficiency of the salesman I worked with.To give you an example, we waited for 45mins for the paperwork to be done while the truck is getting cleaned/detailed, which is fine, but in the meantime instead of getting the spare key and instruction book and all the other accessories ready, our salesman did nothing and we ended up having to wait around another 30 mins after the truck is ready to leave the store for him to hunt down the book and spare key. I think they do give a fair price, but Im definitely not impressed at their customer service. Cant say they have the sharpest folks working there.

One of the better experiences I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. The staff are as friendly as it gets. There’s no back and forth BS where they are trying to squeeze every single penny out as possible. This dealership actually wants to earn your business and see you come back. Scott, the manager is a class act. I spoke to him on the phone prior and he lived up to all his assurances when I arrived. Vinny was our salesmen and he was awesome. Very personable, friendly and has a good sense of humor. That guy worked his tail off for my sale so I can only image how hard he works on a daily’s basis. Give this guy employee of the month PLEASE.

First, a sign on the door said it’s required to wear a mask when entering the service department. That’s Good! However, nobody, I mean, none of the employees were wearing a mask leaving me at risk! All talking and yelling back and forth at each other. For this reason alone I will not be back!Second, the service representative was difficult to work with. I felt he was looking down on me and made me feel as if I didn’t know what I was talking about.Last, all I asked for was an oil change. Just had new tires put on the truck and I told the rep this. When I picked the truck up, I questioned the cost, and I was told, again in a condescending manner, that it would be 20 dollars more at Jiffy Lube. After further discussion he told me it was a package deal that included tire rotation. Again, I didn’t ask for that as I had just put new tire on the truck 12 days earlier. Then the rep lowered the price. What a pain in the rear dealing with this representative.I don’t know why all the changes of personnel, but Adam who use to take very good care of us is no longer there and many other new faces. Sure miss them. I feel this dealership can no longer be trusted, sorry.Guy Frank

We went in looking at the AT4 Acadia. We were given an estimate sheet to review. We decided to have our credit checked to see if we fell within the estimate sheet. We were told to sign it that we agreed on the trade and rebates. After waiting for a while we went back to talk to Scott who started by asking if we had questions. I said yes what is our monthly, he provides me with the registration for the new suv that we have not agreed on and told me my tags where switched. I said I never agreed to this. Then talks about warranty still not saying what our monthly is. After telling me I said we would think about it. He tells me he was told it was a done deal. We said no, we never agreed to anything. After some attitude around it we got the tags switched back. We thought it could have been a misunderstanding and looked at another option which was never provided to begin with. We decided to not go with that one either. We were informed that Josh and Scott tried to be sneaky with our second deal. Never again. We had a much better experience when it was Previous owner.

I purchased a 2021 Yukon, one would expect the the car to shine like new money, there was paint on the tires, stickers on the windows, little round colored ones.Nathan did a OK job cleaning the outside, but he shouldnt have to do that, the dealership needs a Detail person, this was my 2nd purchase there and will be my LAST. The car comes with rear video monitors BUT no one knows how to work them, no one set up Onstar, no one went over the features. And the finance dept is a JOKE, she must have been a fill in person, she didnt even know where to find pens so we could sign. I specifically requested that the paperwork be ready when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, as I was paying Cash and a simple trade-in, yet I was there for 3 hours. I have purchased MANY new cars over the years and have always had no complaints. These comments are for the DEALERSHIP... not the sales person Nathan, he is only taught their procedures but its sad that the dealership has set such LOW standards.

I was approved for a vehicle on another lot earlier that day. I found this one that had lower mileage and got me curious.So me and a family member went to test drive it. Granted the vehicle was nice and etc, but the salesman was condescending. I was made to wait and wait for credit check and it was peculiar due to me being approved elsewhere with no issue. They then told me they wanted 3k down and DID NOT tell me what the car loan would be or interest. I got up and walked out because they were not open and honest with me. Considering he said five other people looked at it, it made me wonder if they got treated the same way. I had never been to this lot before in the entirety of me living here. I do not intend to return.

Stay far away! This place will rip you off and Buick Encores are Korean junk.My mom bought a 2015 Buick Encore here. It has less than 60,000 miles. So far, it has needed nearly $4000 in repairs.Today my mom paid them $746.05 to replace an air conditioning hose. Yes, a hose. The part number is 42588258 and GM has the part listed on their website for 40% less than what they charged my mom. To replace a hose, they charged her $530.21 for labor.Dont throw away youre hard earned money. Go somewhere else.

Josh is such an amazing person and he was so helpful with finding my husband and I not 1 but 2 vehicles! He actually listened to what we wanted in our vehicles and did an awesome job with helping us stay within our payment range. Traveling back home to PA from Georgia we had a major warranty break down with our 2015 Sierra. I called Adam and he had the truck picked up at the shop we stopped at. As soon as he was sure it was under warranty he made arrangements with the rental company that we had rented from but they couldnt bill GM direct but we were told if we paid the 9 days that we would be reimbursed. We havent received that yet but I am sure we will. When we picked the truck up Adam and everyone there were very nice to us and the truck has run well since getting it back. I came in here a few times looking at an enclave. My salesperson, Mike, was very nice and attentive. Whenever his boss, Brian, got involved in the sale I felt cold shouldered and bullied. He would not listen to my wants or needs and continuously pushed me into an overpriced used car. Not one of my visits did he act like he wanted to close a sale or even try and work numbers. I guess they dont want the business...
