Went in to peruse options on Saturday and was offered assistance by Kathy. Began explaining our wants, ideas and space. Kathy was so informative, professional and knowledgeable of all products, lines and all areas. I left there with homework and absolutely inspired to get organized. Kathy made this trip so worth while. Because if this experience…Container Store is my new favorite retail spot!!!

Wifey loves coming here. If your OCD requires some attention and for es some “structure” on you, then you should come here and get some help. Majority of what you need to “organize” you will find here. You will also find may other things for your home. Always enjoy walking around this store since the ideas you get are sometimes brilliant. Reminds me of walking inside ikea.

Really great customer service. My mother and I were shopping for our new house. So we needed a ton of stuff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. This was from start to finish. The staff was so personable which it made us feel very welcome.We even forgot some items. They contacted us and made sure we new to come back and grab them. The A-Team works at this location. :)I’m surprised excited to start organizing the house.

Lots of useful storage containers, useful kitchen accessories. Easy access to the store, plenty of parking. Prices seem to be better than before the plague.

If you want to get organized this place is a good place to start. Every room... office bedrooms kitchen laundry.... Many choices ..many colors.Crafters delight as well. Something for everyone. And cute ideas for babies room too.

Awesome.... love the ideas & materials. Can be a bit pricey compared to knock offs, but very worthwhile. Loved the kids idea area. I needed a bathroom break & im glad i did. Wow! Got an ingenious hand wahh & dryer system. They have a plunger & scrubber container thats super smart. One container for both. Why didnt I think of that. Didnt think to document that. Its on my list.

Never been here before, and probably will never come back. Just left your store and walked around for about half a hour. I was wearing a blue shirt. No one would help me, I was ignored. Employees on their phones. I think yall are out of what I need, but Im not sure. No one would help me. Walmart seems to have what I need for half the price.

I shopped, and found the Elfa storage systems. Went home, remeasured and came up short. Went back to Container Store, asked for help, got it! With less than an inch to spare, they had the model size most excellent for my RV pantry renovation. 15% off was very nice, too.. Thank you Baybrook Container Store!

The sales staff at the container store were on point. I spent far too much money in this store..lol

I placed an order for three items back in March. One item arrived in April the other two items have yet to arrive. I understand circumstances are different, but I have received no update. When I call customer crevice Im placed on hold for 30 minutes before being disconnected. On top of that, when I call the store number, they have very little concern for the fact that I have been waiting for months with NO update on their part. I should be getting updates with regard to my order once its worth months past the delivery date. On top of that, they will not allow me to cancel my order. I am extremely disappointed. They had no problem charging my card soon my placing the order. They shouldnt charge my card until the order ships. Four months is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for cereal containers.....

I have been shopping at this store for about 2 years. I love their products but the staff & Management team are the BEST!!

I love The Container Store but today it was very chaotic. Which is understandable. Just make sure you bring your credit/debit card. They are nor accepting cash at the moment. And the line to check out is bit much.

What an awesome place. Didnt realize everything they had. Picked up some Ella shelving for our pantry, electric trash can, stuff for my truck, and a wire storage box that hides all my ugly wires behind my TV. Love this place definitely going back. Staff is very helpful especially Jeane.

First off this is a cool store to browse at or purchase higher end stuff. However the prices are steep. These are top priced goods at this store. I have purchased several items from here as the selection is massive but be prepared to pay for what you want. You wont be getting those bargain prices of Walmart or the excellent 20% off coupons that bed bath and beyond gives out.

The service and quality of the products are superb. The merchandise is expensive even when on sale, but you get what you pay for. I have been shopping at The Container Store for 30 years and their products are as good as the days when I bought them.

Great place to shop for just about any type of container. Came in here for the first time last week, and had a great time. Staff there were wonderful, they all had really good knowledge of their products and what would fit what I was looking for.I had been to the location in the Galleria, so I knew what to generally expect product wise. This location felt roomy and well organized. It was easy for me and the staff to find individual items. If youve never been here before, its a container store, expect to find containers. Prices can be a bit higher than a supermarket, however they make up for it by having a good selection.In short, good place.

Just about anything you could think of is in this store. Great collection of items to organize. Very nice check out. Also had to return and that was easy. Thank goodness because these are items you just dont know will work or not until you get them home.

Very cool place to visit. I went in this fresh new store to search for a particular house use only funnel, since my funnels are being used for car fluids and I ended up buying three items instead. All these items I needed, or I had been thinking about recently, and I would not find them, at my local Kroger. A Very unique store brand here. I enjoyed my visit here very much! It is a good place to kill some time if you are bored and wish to see some interesting items for viewing. Just browse all their items offered and see if you can get through this store without spending some money. I dare you to be able to, without reaching for your plastic or cash.

We went real close to closing time and they welcomed us in. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The guided us to what we wanted and then helped us download a coupon do we could save money. I will always go back to this location.

First visit to this store yesterday. It was very clean and the staff was incredibly helpful. They helped me find what I was looking for quickly, and they pointed me to a couple things I didnt know they carried that I thought I would need to go to another store for. All in all, an extremely positive experience. I work in a field with a high level of customer service, and theirs really impressed me. Thanks!

Worst customer service ever! Manager was rude to the point that I left. Glad that I didn’t spend any money and will now be rooting for bankruptcy and collapse for Container Store.

Great store for containers and any other organization needs. Cool gift ideas, or containers for gifts. They just opened and have many employees standing around, however not a single one greeted me or asked if I needed help... hopefully they fix the customer service.

This was my first time in this store, the staff was AMAZING, super helpful and friendly, I was afraid it was all plastic items, but it is not! They have variety of plastic, acrylic, glass,wood and metal for all types, not just containers. If your wanting to organize and spiff up your home, office, studio, ect. DEFINITELY stop here! Some items are high priced and bit bougie, but there is variety there and something for any budget if anything the displays will definitely Inspire you four all you DIY peeps like me!

Good selection but a bit over priced. There are plenty of helpful staff that is there to help you find what youre looking for. The only problem I had was was the long line to check out. There is plenty of employees but they dont want to help check ppl out and get the lines down. I really hope they work on this issue because Id like to come back.

Had quite alot of selection as well as other trinkets. I got containers for desk and first aid kit as well as traveling stuff like travel pillow.

The quality of the shelving and storage options keep me coming back. I have bought a few things elsewhere but they dont hold up as well as Container Store items. The Elfa Sales are great, and I add to my closet solution over time. It is nice to be able to move Elfa pieces in and out of my main closet to match the differences in seasonal clothes, as my off season items are stored in a different closet.

The happiest and most helpful employees. I have went in the store twice and both times had multiple people ask if they could help me find something.

Love the selection but the price point makes me not spend money here. The quality is a small step above what you would get at Wal-Mart but the price point makes me feel this place is going to go under very quickly.

Had a lot of friends recommend this place to me but my visit was VERY DISAPPOINTING. I am young and I look younger than I am, so I can see why I might be ignored but it was VERY frustrating. I shouldnt have to go shopping in my suit to get some help. I like to take my business to people who treat all their customers equally. I wanted to speak with a consultant about a closet instillation for my new home. It was a Tuesday or Thursday around 10 AM, so you can imagine, IT WAS NOT BUSY. I walked around the store and ran into NUMEROUS consultants, I would begin to speak to one and they would say Hello and keep walking by hurriedly. The manager said, Excuse me as she walked around me. No one was directly rude, but NOT ONE PERSON offered to help me. After about 25 minutes of trying to figure the closet instillation stuff myself WITH NO HELP I was so discouraged I decided to just buy the little item I picked up when I entered and leave. I am giving the store two stars because the selection looked ok, slightly better than Ikea, more expensive - TOO BAD I DIDNT GET ANY MORE INFORMATION TO COMPARE. The other reason I gave a star is for the woman who assisted me at check out. She asked if I wanted whatever reward card and I said No, I dont think Ill be shopping here again anytime soon. She asked me why and I told her Not one person offered to help me, I had maybe 6 people walk by or around me, I know I look young and I guess that meant I wasnt worth their time but I would rather take my business to people who will appreciate my business and help me. She then offered to help but it’s the principle at this point. I may return in a year or so if they staff changes, but I probably won’t need closet instillation at that point. Unfortunately at this time, you have lost my business.
