I used to love this location but over the last year with new employees are the absolute worst. Just because you work here doesn’t make you better than anyone who walks in.... just saying. Clearly you’re going nowhere

Horrible service and never provide valuable information about samples. The website is more reliable and now I buy online instead of wasting my time at this store. I asked about the birthday gift shampoo option and the first person said they had a new shipment, went to the cashier and said they ran out.

They are so rude. One of the girls here was trying to help us cover up our ugly, when we were asking for totally something else we needed help with.

Went in today to try to find a new foundation since the one I currently use wasnt meeting my satisfaction. Walked around the isles for 20 minutes and not one person came to assist me. There were 4 girls working at the time and there was only one other customer. I ended up having to go up to one and asked if I could get someone to color match me with a foundation and the girl said she would find someone to help me. She asked the other three girls one by one and finally one said yes Ill help her out. She came up to me in a hurry and swatched only one foundation color on me and assumed it was the one. I ended up buying it and returned it 2 hours later because it was too dark on my skin. I kept receiving dirty girls from the girls when I came in to return it. Two of the same girls were behind the girl doing my return and they were looking at the box of the foundation and were glaring at me. It made me feel very uncomfortable. Needless to say I will not be returning to this Sephora.

The girls here are neverrrrrr helpful, this is why I prefer to shop online. I wanted a sample so I approached a girl at the counter (there wasn’t a line) and she says to me with a bad attitude “I’m busy, it’ll be a few minutes”... ummm ok thanks, on that note I left.

Will not be returning to this store...very poor customer service. Went in and bought a new blush as I was in line the customer in front of me was making a purchase and also receiving her free birthday gift which reminded me I had yet to pick mine up...I kept receiving emails to remind me that my gift was waiting for me. When I went to purchase my item I told the sales girl that I had not picked up my gift which was the choice of two different items she said she could only give me a certain set because she had to save the other item for December birthdays...I didnt want to make a big deal about it but was a little annoyed only because I had never experienced this before in all my years of shopping at Sephora and my birthday is literally 2 days before December. I expressed my unsatisfactory but she didnt seem to care.. online shopping it is!

The girl was outright rude, lacks basic courtesy, would never buy anything here. The store at riverpark is much better.

Employees need to work on customer service skills.

Was there yesterday trying to make a return on a lipstick which I wasn’t sure was bought from the outside Sephora or inside bc I made multiple purchases that day. They gave me such a hard time. They don’t even know the rules that you can return without the receipt using the inside beauty card to track your purchase. They clearly see what was purchased on my account but won’t return bc it came from the Sephora from the outside and not from JC Penny’s.

Terrible. I walked in there to look for eyeshadows and to swatch them before I even buy them and none of there eyeshadow testers are even out ! Half of the time nothings even in stock they always replie with whatever I have right there is all we have ok hun. What employee gives there customers attitude along with having to glare? and a lot of them are always huddled together and just chatting along with talking smack about there customers.

Bad costumer service :( I was so excited to actually go. Me and my friend drove an hour and thirty minutes to go there and but there was one girl that was just so mean, I asked for a sample that my friend and I wanted and there was almost no more of the moisturizer, not even enough for one person and I asked her if they have another container that you guys have if they run out and she said well samples are only supposed to last for 2 days and I just said oh. And so she got the container for samples and started looking at eyebrow stuff and I was following her because I assumed she was going to give me my samples, I mean she had my stuff. And she just walked away, she didnt even tell me she was helping another costumer??? So I just stayed around the area she left me and she came back like 5 minutes later with the samples saying here you go girl and she only had one sample in her hand and I asked can I have another one because my friend wanted one too and she replied well youre going to have to wait cause Im doing eyebrows and just left. We waited for about 10 min and my friend said lets just go. She really wanted to try the samples. Very disappointing.

I went in to buy a few items, my biggest issue is just* how dusty everything is in there.
