CVS has a variety of grocery items, housewares, health and beauty products, seasonal items, and more. The employees are helpful. There are weekly ads and special coupons for rewards members. Reward membership is free.

Normally I have good things to say about CVS. Staff is normally helpful. However the last time I was in here for a prescription pickup. A man had asked for help in finding a item the lady was rather rude to the man and was not helpful. After I got my prescriptions I looked around trying to find this man to help him out. I couldnt find him I think he left the store without that item he was looking for.

The pharmacy is so unhelpful. Many times I have gone and they dont even acknowledge you. Today was the last time Im going to that store. I have transferred my prescriptions to another place. Id rather drive farther than have to deal with that place. I was treated very badly by the pharmacy cashier today. I will never be back.

Very clean store. Easy to locate items i needed at great prices.

Staff make sure you get help always clean and the meds are always stocked up

Waited 2nd in line for 15 minutes as an older cashier Anna had no clue how to use the register - cancelling transactions multiple times, applying invalid coupons, etc. As the line became 5+ long she didnt have the sense to call for an extra cashier, but was able to slow down even further by chitchatting with other coworkers during the middle of checkouts. Not only was she slow and inefficient but very rude as she yelled at the customer line that it needed to be in a certain location. This after she hops between several registers because she kept messing up. Drive an extra ten minutes to go somewhere else, you wont regret it.

They truly care

This is my regular pharmacy. Im always greeted as I enter and get treated with courtesy like no other place seems to offer lately.

I have had so many problems at this pharmacy (Shields & West). Countless times, including today, they state they are out of my medication with a hope to have it tomorrow. Some of us depend on our medication. The staff is SLOW, RUDE, and getting alternative suggestions is like pulling teeth. I have called in refills over the phone and chosen a time for pick-up, often an hour before I expect to go, and they are NEVER ready. I always have to wait. They will not give you a courtesy call if something is wrong, or they are out of stock ...they will wait until you are standing in front of them at your wits end and they will basically say get bent, fend for yourself. I am taking my family and all of our meds to CVS in Fig Garden where the store is well-stocked, the staff are friendly, and grounds are not lined with garbage, feces, needles, and homeless, and where I have never had a problem with filling my meds. If you can avoid this pharmacy, I advise you do...for driving to another neighborhood is def. worth avoiding the terrible customer service and headaches at this location.

Pharmacy lady was giving attitude to my daughter for no reason

Their pharmacy is aweful, they dont even deserve a star, I tried to get a CVS closer to downtown since I moved. Had my doc efax the prescription, after 4 pharmacist Im told they dont fill prescription for cash payment. So no one bothered to call or text but after a week of being told they would get it ready, just think they could have called or sent a text.

I use this location only because it is so close. But I really am not a fan of this place.On one occasion, they filled amoxicillin for my toddler and only gave me half of it. It was a liquid suspension so it had to be in two bottles but they only gave me one of them.And theyre often out of my other sons prescription medication.Those issues aside, they are super super super super super super super super slow. If you plan to use the drive-thru, dont even stop if there is more than one or two cars already in line. Figure theyre going to take at least 15 + minutes on each car. Its insane.They are very friendly and I have never had any complaints as to the staff in that regard. Just very slow.

I have been going to this pharmacy for years--- when it was still Longs. Staff have always been friendly and polite. This week they filled a prescription even though i cancelled it with a pharmacist because i am no longer taking it. I tried to get a refund, but they wouldnt give it to me without a receipt, even though the meds wouldnt be in my posession if i hadnt paid for them. The girl at the counter was snippy and obviously did not care to help me. Im rethinking my loyalty to this store.

I started using this pharmacy because it’s the most convenient location near me but I’ve had nothing but problems since I’ve started going here. For example, I went to pick up my prescription but they told me they ran out of stock then turned me away. I had to call my doctor and have him transfer my prescription for me to another CVS. My doctor apologized for their inability to find me another location and transfer my prescription for me.

They are always very helpful.

CVS is THE WORST. If I could give 0 stars they would get a -10 They are INCOMPTANTDropped off Blood Pressure & Thyroid refills. Instead of telling me there was NO pharmacist they let me wait for an hour then told me.They text you to pick up a prescription then cant find it.Sick of the ineptitude and just plain stupidity.DO NOT GO THERE.

Worst CVS ever!!!! Im a paying customer & frequently pick up monthly prescriptions, but I will never return here again!!!! At first they told me I could use the restroom because I had to pee really bad, then later they changed their minds and said I could not. I had to hold it in for a very long time while waiting in line. Two days later, I ended up with a UTI in my bladder as a result. I was in and out of the hospital for two weeks. I will never come to this location ever again. Instead, I go to the location in Fig Garden and they allow me to use the restroom there.

Ive had mostly positive experiences at this location (Shields/West). Ive been using this pharmacy/store for approximately 4 years. I transferred from Rite Aid, where I always had trouble & rude service, so I love this store!!The main trouble with this location is the constant beggars & the filth strewn around the outside of the store; it is often very dirty around the perimeter.

This places is fine, but if you’re going to close the pharmacy at 5:58 on Sunday, put that on your instead of 6.

CVS needs to clean up parking lot,front entrance and drive through alley. Junk and rubbish throughout property.

I have had miscommunication between the staff of the pharmacy and myself . Things seem to never be ready on time Come back around 4 pm they will be ready 5:30 Im still standing there waiting . Lately it seems to be improving Im really hoping it does . Masks enforced, social distancing also !

The girls are always super friendly and helpful. I always find I need. I just worry for their safety at that location.

CVS Pharmacy is the worst!I have a special needs Son (13 year old) with behavioral and Mental problems and he came from Exodus. I had went through the biggest run around from CVS regarding his pills.Within 2 weeks of playing around with my Sons prescription I had to hospitalize him for mental problems.I felt ignored, confused and also like a bad Mom having to deal with CVS.CVS just lost 8 customers🙁. Im tired of being ignored at the drive thru window. Had to sit there waiting for 5 minutes before getting helped! All they do is talk to each other and ignore the customers.Hey if your listening... Theres Human poop by the window!!!FILED A COMPLAINT!

I cant say enough great things about CVS. Im in the Shaw and Palm store quite often. The staff there are the top of the best😄🦍

Ive waited for well over an hour on hold just trying to speak to someone about a perscritption being filled. HORRIBLE customer service in the pharmacy! This place is the worse compared to other CVSs

They are Better at their customer service and on iit with the run out thieves. But back area to wait for prescriptions is disgustingHowever friendly and well stocked
