The store is very clean well stocked the employees are very kind outside is nice no pan handlers around asking for money beautiful Victoria Park across the street is a good thing to relax 😊

Photo dept is very rude and they do not help you with anything. My photos came out horrible.

The pharmacy’s staff are exceptionally rude and unprofessional. They are not helpful in answering customers questions or requests for assistance. In fact I think they go out of there way NOT to be helpful. They act as they are the ones doing us a favor and that somehow it’s a privilege for me to give them my business...and money. I could provide numerous examples of incident of incidents on the phone, at the inside counter, and drive-thru but the details would far exceed the limitations of this post. I definitely will not be giving them my future business.

Ordered pictures online and picked them up in less than an hour. They were fast, cheap, and came out perfect. Thanks Walgreens

This location procrastinates when it comes to photos.

Today is April 14, 2020....I had called ahead to see if the drive thru was opened. No, maybe next week, thats what they have said 2 weeks ago. Not one employee had a mask on....Not even in the pharmacy ....They did furnish Q tips to use the credit card machine.. The service was good.

My father had a triple bypass on the 27th of April and needs meds picked up. I work all day and didn’t want my dad to be without his meds. So my daughter 17 who never picks up meds for my dad was sent on the task to pick them up. The lady at the counter was very rude to her and was very belittling towards my 17 year old. I called to complain and asked the person whom answered the phone their name. To what she answered Roxanne. I proceeded to tell her my daughter picked up meds, when she interrupted me by says oh yea that was me. When I told her she was rude she laughed. She’s lucky I am at work and she’s an old hag.

Very unpleasant since it was robbed, My complaint is that I went to pick up my prescription as they had sent a message saying it was ready, which it wasnt the girl there told me it would take 15 min so I waited when I went back to the counter she was like oh the medication is on back order I was like and why didnt you told me this before I waited for 20min only to get 2 pills out of the 30 day supply? She couldnt respond and was just give me the 2 pills she was like we should get it by tomorrow after 12 so I went back at 1:15pm only to be told that they still dont have it.. I was like ok I will just call my doctor to transfer it to another pharmacy!!! She was I can call another Walgreens and see if they have it. I was like fine.. She told me it should be ready at 3pm.. I called and the he was really rude.. I have had my prescription filled at this pharmacy and it was quick and nice. But stop getting my prescription here because I would have it delivered with my previous medical insurance. Now I have to get it at this one. I will just have to change it to another pharmacy..

Customer service sucks one girl with the gap in her tooth is rude she always puts her feet on the counter practically when were paying and dont say your welcome when we say thank u or have a good day like the others do.

Im always greeted by staff. Love this Walgreens!

Waited about 15 min for help the intercom was saying need assistance so i can get formula had no help at all to get formula so i had to leave to go somewhere else they need help they have a little staff or there not willing to help or acknowledge that they will be with you shortly

Worst pharmacy ever. Bad customer service and no common sense.
