I went there a couple weeks ago to buy a car the staff is nice with you but the follow up and if you have questions they lack alot of that. Also not very knowledgeable about some of the cars they are selling or didnt want to disclose the info unless you were there in person its great service but by phone its like your not even acknowledged. It felt they try to hide somethings with their cars they sell. I left and ended up buying from across the street.

I went to Auto City yesterday looking for a Jeep Wrangler my husband saw posted on Car Guru. I called to make sure it was still there. Upon my arrival a salesman greeted me and remembered speaking to me on the phone. He let me take my time looking the Jeep over, inside and out and taking it for a test drive. He was very personable and answered all the questions I had about the Jeep.Once I decided to get the Jeep the finance guy worked with me to get the loan for the Jeep. Upon approval they went over every detail of my loan contract with me line by line.My husband is deployed and I had to go alone to get the Jeep. Robert and Osh were great! They never once made me feel pressured or anxious about doing the transaction by myself. I was super impressed, I’ve purchased cars in the past and have sat around for hours just wanting to get out of the dealerships ASAP. This was not the case with Auto City and their personnel.They even recommend a place to get a tow dolly so that I could tow my car behind the new Jeep. Once I got the dolly both Robert, Osh, and another associate helped me load my car onto the car dolly.Thank you Robert and Osh for making the purchase run smooth and easy! Will definitely go back in the future (if they still work there :)...

Bad customer service, gentle man gave attitude as we first arrive. One seller would say one thing as the other seller would say something else about the vehicle and knowledge about the vehicle. Every vehicle there is cheaply upgraded and worked on “ in house” as one of the sellers said. Most of the trucks (vehicles) were in bad condition or minor things needed to be done. One thing I can say is most trucks had rust or new rust spots starting to form especially near the frames of the vehicle. Don’t recommend unless you just don’t care about the vehicle and would like to over spend on something cheap.

Unbelievable. Before purchasing a car we looked up reviews and had mixed feelings. Guess what? WE SHOULDVE LISTENED TO OUR GUT FEELINGS. If you meet the manager he will play very nice, calling you boss and sir. Try asking questions about the car. He will get irritated that youre wasting his time. I dont know about the 5 stars reviews here but I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO ANYONE.

My wife and I bought a 2010 Mazda 6 from this dealer. They were courteous and went above and beyond to make the sale. I would definitely return in the future for another vehicle. Furthermore, The financing they got for me was great and was from a local credit union with a great rate. Thumbs up, Auto City!Update on review:4 months later and the front bumper appears to have been glued together, as if it had been in an accident. Oz, who sold me the car, told me the brake pads would have at least 50% life left for them to sale car...apparently not, as I just put out $400 replacing back pads and rotors which were down to nothing. Mind you, I have only put 3,500 miles on car. Also, I had to drain and refill transmission fluid as it was filthy! Furthermore, the front drivers side axle had to be replaced already and they did not give me key to locking wheel nuts. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this dealership.

They offered me a fair deal to a 2002 used car. They were willing to work with me. They seemed to want to work with me and make a sale. I didn’t get the exact price that I wanted BUT it wasn’t to far off. They also said they would be willing to make deals when it came to car maintenance just for buying the vehicle there. Highly recommend when buying your first or second car.

I had previously contacted Auto City letting them know I was interested in trading my Jeep Wranlger. I showed up, was greeted & helped immediately, was able to look at the vehicles I was interested and got the process started right away. Even though I have terrible credit, they were able to work with me and get me what I want at around a price that I was really happy with. Luckily for me, I make decisions very quickly, but if I were indecisive...it would have taken me a while to choose a vehicle due to the large selection they have.

I recently purchased a white Z71 2017 Chevrolet Silverado at Auto City. I had been looking for this specific truck for a while. I spoke to Edgar, one of the sales consultants, and gave him the exact specs that I wanted. After a couple of weeks they were able to find one with very low miles and made it happen. I am extremly satisfied with their services. There is honestly no reason to purchase a brand new vehicle, when you can get one with very low miles and a huge discounted price. Upon request, Edgar had a three inch leveling kit with a brand new set of off road wheels and tires installed for me. Their priority is their customers there is not doubt about that, thanks again.

Looking into filing a law suit against this company..it is not under my name it is under Nick Doriedo...i just got a letter from an attorney office stating per dmv report the particular car frame damage was reported And to call them which I will today. If you wish to make this right we can start with a new engine for my car..

They have decent cars. The sales guy was very knowledgeable but i ended up buying somewhere else so cant tell you about the sales process but they do have cute cars on the lot and its family owned.
