Dont buy here! Brand New vehicle with safety concerns.I’ve talked to so many people from Ford so let’s make some noise:I bought a brand new Ford Escape 2020 in April 2021, and been driving it for 5 months. Got in love with the car. But the brand new Ford Escape died in the middle of the highway two weeks ago, leaving my partner and myself in a very dangerous situation, without being able to move it out of the road. After the incident, I brought it to the dealership and after a quick inspection, nothing was done. Yesterday (August 30th), it happened again: the car died in the middle of a busy avenue in Los Angeles area. The car is currently at the dealership for inspection and now, on top of not having a car to go to work, I have the fear of being driving something unreliable.The safety concern of being in the middle of a highway due to poor malfunction of this vehicle is unacceptable. I called the dealership and they say there is nothing we can do about it. I bought it because I believed in the reviews and comments from friends, expecting I wouldn’t have issues, otherwise I would buy a 5 K used car. Dont buy Ford, buy Tesla, Mazda or Hyundai. They are nice when selling the cars but not helpful when you need safety and help.

Truly excellent service top to bottom. We were treated with kindness and respect every time we went to Lithia Ford, and when we bought our truck they were so efficient! Buying a car generally takes forever, but these guys are top notch and got us in and out! What really stood out the most was the complete professionalism of the entire team. It’s uncommon to find a business run so well with such a genuinely kind team. Kudos! We will definitely be back here when buying the next vehicle for our family .

Just bought a truck today at Lithia and was very pleased with the experience. Honestly what made it excellent was the sales person who helped me, his name is Matt. He was not pushy and he really took the time to help me find the truck that would work for me. So if you are ever at Lithia ask for Matt if you are interested in buying a vehicle.

We had a Ford Edge for four years and never had an issue with the service department. We traded it in on a Lincoln MKC and had to take it in for a few issues. Both times we took it in we were told they would need it for a half a day or a full day. Both times they left my wife stranded with no vehicle for 2 to 3 days with no communication. They told us when we bought our Lincoln we automatically pay to have a loaner vehicle available to us. Both times guess what no loaner. Now we have to take it back in for a few more issues and we were told they would have to check and see if they can have a loaner vehicle available to us. My belief is if you offer a service you should be able to honor that service. Especially when the customer is paying for it. I’m beginning to think we should’ve just kept our Ford Edge. At least we had better treatment then.

Bought a pre-owned vehicle they supposedly cleaned it, definitely wasnt cleaned, still stained areas on the cloth, didnt have or find the second key looked annoyed when I asked for it. Also didnt want to fill up the gas tank before driving off the lot. Also the service here takes forever came in for a simple oil change and took 4hrs.

My wife and I are in the market for a new vehicle and they had a good selection for us to look at. The employees were nice and we test drove a couple cars. However, this dealer has a 5k markup on all vehicles and were unwilling to give us the MSRP price, even though we pointed out that the Ford dealer in Tulare (selling at MSRP, with additional rebates & discounts) does not have a markup on their vehicles and we found one that had the options we wanted. So we are moving on, as it doesnt seem like they really want to sell a car without a ridiculous dealer mark up. Plenty of other dealers out there that are not even bothering with marking up their cars above MSRP that Im sure would be glad to make a sale! We will gladly drive the 47 miles to Tulare to save 5K!

Had an appointment for an oil change. Got there on time. Nobody talked to me for 20 minutes. Then they said it would take an hour and a half and did not include tire rotation. Why would it take more than an hour when I had an appointment? I left and got the work done elsewhere at a lower price. Lithia Lincoln service has gone to the dogs. No more Lincoln service reps.Things have improved at Lithia Lincoln. They now have a service rep and went out of their way to complete some recalls on my cars.

I bought a car from the Hyundai/Nissan part of the dealership. These guys were very disorganized. They sold a car I test drive while I was filling out the financial application. Then they tried to push me into a car I repeatedly said I dont want. Finally, they showed me a car I liked but was at the top end of my budget. I decided to go with that car anyway. I had already provided a lot of paperwork during the aborted purchase earlier and they said I wouldnt need to bring it in again. I needed a few days to get my down payment together. When I can back in, they lost my earlier paperwork. When I finally made it to the finance mgr, she said I had to buy an extended warranty in order for the lender to approve the loan ($2,500) and a LoJack system paid in advance. I didnt realize that the car still has 2 years of its factory warranty available. That, and a couple of other questionable things they pulled have given me no choice but to NOT RECOMMEND buying a car from this dealership.Addendum: we finalized the purchase contract today and I found out the service manager worked on getting me a far better rate than I started with. For that I give her 5 stars, but stand by the rest of my critique.

Bad experience. No answers. To my knowledge. Waiting to receive a rental car. My car has been at lithia for five days. Zero diagnosis. No diagnosis! no rental car!. Henry has been condescending and full of I dont know. And cant help you until I get a diagnosis. Full warranty. Transmission is the issue. But is covered. But no closer to receiving a rental car I work 6 days a week. Odd hours. 65 70 hours a week. I told you I would call you! Henry stated this to me! Wat is going on Lithia? I have never received this poor of customer service ever from Lithia Ford

Customer service needs to be this locations first priority. Dont tell customers to leave because the dealership failed to acknowledge and follow their number card system they have in place when we bring our Ford Vehicle for repairs. There is a reason why we make appointments and to have that disregarded is very unprofessional. Everyone working this morning did not seem to be on the same page , to many chiefs not enough Indians.

I was able to get in without an appointment in the Quick Lane for my vehicles oil change. Check in was Quick and easy. Surprisingly, I usually know it would take a little time since I didnt have an appointment, so I just drop my vehicle off but by the time I got home and was about to have my breakfast, I received a text my vehicle was ready for pickup. Peasant surprise, and check out was also quick and Richard gave me my recommendations for my next service so at least I would know what to expect next time around. Im a small business owner from out of town and took my truck in with a couple of issues. I told Henry the service advisor of my situation, he said he would have it done by Friday because I was leaving on the weekend.My truck sat for two days they put it on a computer to check a engine light. It was a recall nothing done. I asked for an oil change and tire rotation, nothing done. The big issue is its cutting power because of brake light issues, nothing done.Nothing but excuses from Henry and Dan who was acting like a manager a shouldnt, nothing but excuses and lies from both of them.STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!!YOUVE BEEN WARNEDGRUMPY

Had 9am appointment, wasnt seen for a half hour. Was promised to be contacted and have my truck back by 5pm, wasnt contacted. I called the next day in the morning, they told me they cant fix it and the inspection would cost $180 (to look at a power window that wont close), they need time to put it back together so I could pick it up. Called at 4pm and was told Im being connected to my service advisor... on hold for 20+ minutes. Called again and they wouldnt answer. Meanwhile I need to rent a car to get to and from work. Very displeased.

Unresponsive service center phone line two times. I left a message with service center to inquire about a recall, no return call after leaving message. Once car was placed in service at 8 a.m. No customer service phone pickup again in p.m. I did not receive a return call after I left a message inquiring if car repair was completed at 4:30 pm. Returned to dealership at 5:30 to find the car was not ready. No text follow up as promised. Following day had to drive a second time from Reedley to pick up car. Service people were friendly and apologetic but not a good experience for routine recall items.

They are okay, salesman was very good (Christian) was a very nice and knowledgeable young man, he was much appreciated. Having said that, old school type haggling by Sales Mnger a bit unprofessional from my experience but I bought a car and later found out that a Low Jack is pre-installed so thats a $700 waste of money of course charged to the customers. Be aware but a nice inventory at the Ford Location. My second purchase of a vehicle there but like I said a little behind the times in the actual sales step with the haggling. Old school stuff.

I always take my 2010 1500 Ram truck in for it’s oil changes. On my last visit, I noticed some wiring dangling just next to the driver’s wheel. My advisor Richard M. gladly inspected it and showed me it was coming from the battery that my son had recently replaced. He secured it so it wouldn’t get caught on anything on the road. He was super nice and very professional. Great service.

Absolutely must avoid! Every time I have taken my car here for repairs, there would always be something additional wrong which would result in me being ask to spend thousands of dollars for simple repairs which normally cost a few hundred at most. Sometimes, those issues werent even issues that required money to repair in the first place. Last time I came here, I was told that I needed to spend a couple thousands of dollars just to rule out one possible causes of my transmission issue before they would even take a look at the issue I originally came in for which was covered under warranty. Glad it happened though. I traded in my Ford for a Honda the very next day and wont have to deal with this place or any Ford vehicle ever again.

Went to buy a car & decided not to get one at the time just because we wanted to look at ather cars..... We were working on a deal with the finance manager & said we will come back since we like the car so much but wanted to see a couple others. WELL at that point the Finance Manager look at us with great disappointment & said we know how this ends just leave & I wont see you again..... Well after the way that came down he got EXACTLY what he asked for & 80% of the reason I didnt buy a car there was because of his attitude. I was really uncomfortable & people were looking as he was marching through the show room. I felt embarrassed for him really.

Needed an oil change appointment, signed up online. Added a tire rotation for $24.95. When I got there, the price was suddenly over $40.00. Tried to upsell me $820.00 more in fluid change and checks. When I was halfway home, I got a call they forgot to return my tire key to the vehicle. Never had such poor service here before, rethinking where to buy my next vehicle.

Service department is horrible! Took my car to get diagnosed for transmission control module 3 weeks ago! Was told it would be less than a week to get an answer so I called after the first week no answer. I received a text from my service advisor almost immediately that he would get back to me with answers in a bit. I waited nothing! Couple days pass I call again no answer but yet again another text he will get back to me. Nothing once again. Couple more days same thing! I’ve still heard nothing! My car had been diagnosed but they don’t have time to call me and give me any info! So I’m probably just going to take my car somewhere else. So frustrating!

I have called several times about my car being serviced and still haven’t heard anything back. I was told that they couldn’t certify their work and that their mechanic of over 30 years is unsure he can fix it and will have to charge me another diagnostic fee. At this point I’m just going to file a complaint with BAR and hopefully they can help me move forward. First I was told it was my transmission then it was a corroded battery and cable issue. I understand that they can get busy however they have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Im fairly new to central California, living near Yosemite National Park. I have an RV with a Ford E450, and was looking to find a reputable Ford dealership so as to establish myself and the maintenance plan for my RV. I had an air bag warning light come on during a recent camping trip, and needed to get that looked at. I contacted Lithia Ford in Fresno, and was put in touch with Jamie H, who is the service manager for their commercial/fleet department. Jamie worked with me to find a convenient appointment time, and got me scheduled. I had never been to Lithia Ford before, and noted that while looking on Google maps, their facility is huge...Jamie took the time to tell me exactly how to get to the proper area. Having to navigate the RV in an unfamiliar area, I really appreciated this direction. I met Jamie at the appointed place and time, and he took the time to fully understand the issue I was having, and how and when it occurred. My plan was to wait for the repair at Lithia, and Jamie directed me to a very comfortable, clean waiting/lounge area that had plenty of windows looking out onto the Lithia Ford facility (I mention the windows, as I have waiting in cave-like waiting areas in other dealerships). I had just settled down in the waiting area, when Jamie came over in-person to let me know that he had assigned my RV to one of his techs, and that they were bringing the RV into the service area now. That was nice. Read my book for a while, and got up to walk to a nearby place to grab a sandwich, when Jamie called me, informing me my RV was ready to pick-up. This was great news, and I honestly had planned for a long day; Jamie informed me of the tests his tech had done and the problem found and corrected, no more air bag light on! I am very pleased with the attention and service that I received, and will be using Lithia Ford for all future maintenance on my E450 RV. Thank you Jamie H and team!

Normally I have had excellent service at Lithia Ford. Yesterday I found it unnerving that I was told I had a bad cell on my battery and would need to replace…but as soon as I provided the warranty on the battery…they did a (warranty battery test) and I no longer needed a new battery! They were able to “fix it”… So if it hadn’t been under warranty I would have paid for a new battery…that I may or may not have needed!!!

Why am I not surprised? When buying a new car, sales staff act like vultures and everyone from finance manager to general manager act super friendly like they know you for years. After the car is sold, I tried to call them for a service appt. or parts or even a general question, I get the runaround and no phone calls returned. I have purchased over 10 vehicles over the past 25 years, and this by far is the worst dealership in California, Period! If you really want to buy a ford or Lincoln, go somewhere else. I am filing a complaint with LithiaCares.

Bought a used car end of February 2021, salesman was playing games and offered one price then said “oh my finance guy said I can’t do it.” Ended up buying the car. Dealership didn’t complete the paperwork for my registration with DMV. Temp plates are now expired since May 28. Repeatedly being told “it’s done, just wait for it in the mail”. My wife has now been pulled over twice in the car due to the temp plates being expired.Fernando the finance guy was very friendly until the first paper was signed, talked about his kids and asked how we were. As soon as the first paper was signed he was all business. Wouldn’t even look at us when speaking or respond to questions until we had asked them three times in a row.The dealership fails to answer the phone constantly. With this issue going on I have been calling regularly to try and check the progress and it’s like pulling hair trying to get someone to actually pick up.Definitely won’t be buying from here again.

Everything went smoothly for the sale, but after the sale, I was informed that there was only one key for the used truck that I purchased. After discussing the matter with the sales manager Brent Hall, Mr. Hall was kind enough to bear the cost and provide me with another key fob for the truck. If I had occasion to buy another vehicle, I would definitely return to this dealership.

Went in for oil change and transmission check was told I couldnt get that when I showed up because there is no transmission techs on Saturdays. How come the customer service rep who scheduled me doesnt know that? So transmission problems still i still have t and have to reschedule and take time off work to take my truck in for a Trans check. Othwr than that great service 👏🏽👍🏽

Adan helped me get my mom her first ever off the lot brand new car. And it was done with our interests in mind. They didnt hassle us or pressure us. And they counseled me on how to save money on MY car loan through Selma Auto Mall. Adan told me how SAM didnt find my financing with my interests in mind, rather their own wallets in mind. I would definitely recommend buying your next car from these fellas. They were amazing.

He made himself available to hear my concerns, helped to fix them, explain the cars functions. I was more than highly satisfied with my purchase after he put the finishing touches on it.

Me and the wife went car shopping all day. Last minute before heading home we stopped into Lithia Ford to take a look. Glad we did. They had a decent selection of explorers and the wife had an idea what she wanted. I knew what we could spend and Steve Ash made it happen. Thank you guys for the experience. Car buying can be stressful, but this time it was 11/10. Hoping we dont need another vehicle for a while, but well be back when we do.

Did the easy stuff online first and when I got there they had the car ready out front. Went for a brief test drive with my dog in attendance, and came back and signed papers and left. They were fine with my dog in the office, and were quick, I was out of there in a hour including the test drive.
