American Supercars is not your typical dealership nor are they your typical Car salesmen. Christian, Nathan and Marv all were very generous and very easy to work with. I recommend everyone check this place out especially if you’re in the market for buying a car. There was no pressure into buying, unlike your typical car salesman you don’t go there for one vehicle and they try to force you into buying every other car on the lot beside the car that you want. There is no pressure in buying at all you could simply walk around the warehouse just to enjoy the cars. Nathan was really helpful and patient dealing with me over the phone. I wanted to make sure the vehicle that I wanted was still available being that I was driving 4 1/2 hours just to get there. The hospitality was amazing. I arrived with my fiancé and my dog Louis who wandered around the show room while I signed the paperwork. Nathan made sure that everything between my bank and the DMV was taken care of, while we had genuine conversations about random stuff not pertaining to business. That was probably the easiest process I’ve ever had buying a car. I found American Supercars through Onlyusedtesla.com after 5 months of searching Vroom and Carvana. Being out of state (GA), I was super hesitant and nervous to go through with a deal for a car I had never seen in person or driven before. It was a leap of faith, but I cannot be happier that I took the chance! They delivered in a big way, in all areas, and went to bat for me during the shipping process. When the trucking company didn’t get the car to me in the time listed on the contract, Nate made sure to get the cost of the delivery cut for me. To anyone looking for a car that may be from GA, we initially listed the delivery for $1000, but after no one accepting the offer, we upped it to $1200, and had someone take it in 3 hrs. After the driver being late and having 0 customer service experience, they ended up sending $200 back, but I would suggest paying the extra $.My first thought when I saw the car was “I should have paid extra for covered shipping” because of how dirty it was off the truck, but that was as expected being delivered from California to Georgia. I got into the car to see a Hotwheels car that matched my Tesla, which I thought was a nice touch. After I washed it that day, I really was blown away by its condition. The upgrades were everything I wanted and more. The matte dash kit, powder coated wheels, and chrome delete are all things that make my car that much better than I expected. I was on the fence on if I wanted them to remove the matte over the wood grain but I decided to give the matte a shot. I honestly like the matte way more now after seeing both in person. Like Nate said, it goes better with everything else is in the car. You can see their passion in their cars and customer service, and it was a breath of fresh air during an otherwise stressful leap of faith.Christian and Nate, thank you again for all of your help, it was a pleasure working with y’all, and will ALWAYS recommend you when I hear anyone talk about wanting Tesla. I started looking for late model C7 Z06 Corvettes a few months ago and I got serious, I discovered American Supercars. I reached out to Nathan and he was more than willing to entertain my really terrible schedule. The poor guy let me visit the car on Christmas Eve. He then followed that up with letting me pick the car up on a Saturday morning in between my travels so I wouldnt have to wait until I had a normal business hours type of schedule.The car itself was immaculate. I couldnt be happier. Its equipped with virtually every possible feature and because A/S is particular about their cars, it was already protected with PFF and ceramic coatings so I dont have to stress out so much about the paint. I plan on driving this car and not letting it become a garage queen so these are very nice options to have without there being a huge markup in the price of the car. They were already very competitive in pricing and I feel like theres little to no chance of finding a similar deal without spending months of searching.If youre in the market for a domestic supercar, feel at home with A/S and give Nathan a call. I am 3,000 miles away from where the car was located but the experiences was just as if I was standing in the show room. Nathan really helped me out, I’m 21 years old who was looking at a Shelby GT500 and most dealers wouldn’t even give a young person the time of day. He had no issue with meeting up with my availability and was able to mostly do all the paperwork through email and only took 5 mins of signing in person and we had the keys. Made the trip from northeastern Nevada to visit family and look at a Viper. I had sent several emails and phone calls with Nathan and Marc before I drove down. Worked out a trade in price for my 2016 Challenger Hellcat.Decided to make the trip earlier than I thought on a Sunday. Drove from Sacramento to Fresno on Monday. I expected someone to be at the shop since online the shop hours say 12 to 5. When I got there it was still closed. I called Marv who told me to call his son Nathan. I called and Nathan was at the shop within 15 minutes.Checked out the 1997 Viper GTS and it was well represented with approximately 14000 miles. Nathan shared all the receipts for the work and aftermarket parts included on the car. Nathan also had the receipts and dyno graph for work done by AC Performance less than a month ago. American Supercars knew the whole history of the car since the original and second owner sold to them.Test drive went well. Only issue was a short stumble in the car around 2500 RPM. Nathan got ahold of Todd from AC Performance and he talked to me about the Viper even though it was his daughters birthday. Todd explained he tuning process and how so could get an updated tune to solve the 2500 RPM stumble. Other than that the car ran great!Made the deal and bought the car. I purchased a Viper ACR from ASC six years ago because they only offer the best examples of Viper, Ford GT, or other unique super cars avaiable. If a car is not of top quality they will not offer it. They are enthusiasts first and use ASC as a fun way to share the experience with others wishing to step up. Service after the sale usually refers to dealer provided maintence.....ASC has a better approach. With decades of experience with high end performance cars their knowledge is what they share. You can absolutely trust their advice! If you need assistance in locating or purchaseing rare parts or the best mechanics..just ask. This family makes the ownership experience fabulous!
