These guys have great customer service, however the company dose not live up to their mission and advertisement. After submitting an application online, the sales man contacted us. We expressed to the gentleman we would be driving 2 hours, so we wanted to ensure this was a GO. Without hesitation he said Yes, come on down. Unfortunately we left empty handed.

I came to them once and they sold me a good car. I had horrible credit and they worked magic for me. My car was bought with bad rear shocks and I didn’t mind. I didn’t find out until well after 3,000 miles. My car was totaled after 41 days.I went back and bought another car from them because they treated me well and I trusted them. After I drove the car for a day or two, the shocks on my car were bad, felt like I was driving a boat. I asked for them to take a look at it. I got to their shop and they said there was nothing wrong with them and they are good.I felt like that was wrong, I took my car to a trusted mechanic and he told me within 5 seconds that my shocks were done. And that also all of my brakes needed to be replaced. I trust this shop because they show me everything. They don’t just say that I need something done. I’m a big guy driving this Chrysler 200, so I need to have the seat lever down all the way, which broke and now when I drive the rear view mirror obstructs my view. My rear view mirror also falls off when I hit hard bumps. First rain that we had since I bought the car, my windshield wipers were mutilated. They glued the blades back on the wipers. The engine is good. But god damn man, I gotta get this fixed on my own. Because this place did not even care. They would just say we’ll get back to you. I DONT TRUST All Access. Because they were either lazy and didn’t want to look at my car or they flat out LIED.They are the ones that do safety inspections on these cars, so BEWARE!!!

Javier was very nice. Drove off the car lot with the car I wanted with no credit. He was very helpful. Very honest. I think everyone who is first buying a car should come here. Really nice people. 😁

They sold me a car with a dead battery so out of necessity they replaced the battery. Found out later that the new battery was a dead one and didnt work for long before having to buy a new one on my own. A seal was also broken but didnt show any signs while test driving until a few days after the purchase. So far Ive spent almost 400 dollars extra on top of my large down payment, they didnt have a spare key, car was a bit messy, they were nice when going through the process but what dealer isnt. Overall Ive had this car around a month and have been able to drive it for 2 weeks since its been from shop to shop even though it looked clean.Edit: got with them on the phone and we got some issues resolved, they covered some costs and things are better now

If you’re interested in getting a car, I’d highly recommend without a doubt checking out River Park Auto Center FIRST! Especially if you’re a first time buyer they have tremendous programs to get you into a nice car & to help you stay on your monthly budget! If I could give 0 stars I would. I called to see what was the status on my application and told the man I was told that they would get back to me. It had been almost 2 weeks. He starting asking me all my personal information AGAIN.. work history, gross income etc. I said I already gave all this information the last time. He said I have no information, do u know who u talked to? And honestly!? I believe it was him because he had the same accent. I said I didnt get his name but I just would like to know so if not, my son and I can look elsewhere. Mind you, we both have great work history and our own down payments for our own cars. He said, you know what go ahead and look somewhere else. Horrible business! They should invest in some customer service course since they have no common sense on how to speak with ALL human beings. Would NEVER recommend going here!

One salesmen stated that I wasn’t ready to purchase a car simply because I had stopped by the dealership before. When I went back to test drive 2 that I was interested in they only allowed me to test drive one. They stated they didn’t have dealer plates so I drove from Clovis for no reason.

Worst place ever said we got approved for a car had the car a whole month an then they call an say we’ll u weren’t approved u have to bring car back. So I did an they said well we can hold car for one week if you can come with more money down after I put 1800$ plus 600$ for full coverage insurance . Don’t trust them go some where else they do whatever they can just to get u in a car an lie about the whole thing getting approved. Oh an not only that they sold me a car with bad breaks an shocks an said nothing was wrong with it an transmission was slipping I would not recommend this lot on my worst enemy

Recently had the privilege of purchasing our last vehicle from River park auto. I found the dealer on OfferUp, which is where I initially established contact with Joe. I made him aware of my situation and he immediately offered a link to get prequalified. Soon after doing so, I was contacted by Ramiro, who helped me gather the required documentation so I would walk into he dealership, knowing what I had to work with. Which by the way, they have a wide variety of programs to assist in credit repair or if you are looking to establish credit, they work with a selection of banks to fit everyone’s needs. I was not pressured in any way, Javier is very knowledgeable and guided me throughout their inventory given the budget I was qualified for. All things considered, I have absolutely no complaints about this dealership, much less their staff, I received nothing but honest, sincere and professional service. I am very pleased with my purchase and would greatly recommend them.

Was very disappointed with this place.. i fell in love with a car there i filled out the application and i was told that i was Prequalified for $400 down.. after i drive 2 hours to go buy the car i get there and the person who had prequalified me wasnt there.. a different employee helped me and wen my work history showed up on his computer it said i worked at McDonalds wen ive never even turned in an application to work at any McDonalds.. then he said that in order for me to qualify for the car i wanted i must put down $2500-3000 down so my monthly payment was low..wen i was already prequalified for $400... then I noticed wen he showed me that he was able to drop the down payment $1000 less but i saw he had raise the price of the car $1000 more.. so either way i would be paying those $1000.. i was very disappointed and angry that i was told one thing thru the phone and when i got there it was different and a waist of time... not to mention that when i Was checking out the car it was dirty from the inside and smelt like someone had been smoking in there.. my boyfriend found a very small amount of weed inside the glove compartment.. this made me think of what kind of place they get their cars from.. do not recommend this dealership..

I went to other dealerships that they promise to help me only to tell me that they couldnt help me, I came to River Park Auto and drove away in my new Cruze 2015 Lt with only $300 out of pocket, Javier made my buying experience look so easy and my credit was not the best.
