This store was recently remodeled. Clean store, well organized. Clear and visible signage. All self checkout, plenty of associates to help in the bullpens.

They always have what Im looking for. The store is always organized and cleaned, the staff does a good job keeping up with it.

Had an order delivered. Walmart sent refrigerated chicken 2 days past its expiration date.I will not eat it.Can not get in touch with the store by phone. They refuse to answer.Totally Unacceptable !!

Walmart is Walmart. Little bit better than others but one thing you can count on walking in to any of them, you will see something that just make you go hmmm. Questionable individuals everywhere lol

We had purchased Parent Choice Gentle formula for our newborn . Due to How things are going and wanting to ensure we always had enough food for my baby we bought extra cans at times. As days turned into weeks she began showing signs of severe milk allergy and that is when we knew we needed to switch formulas and we were wanting to stick with the Parents Choice brand and go with their hypoallergenic obviously due to the formula we had it’s unopened it’s all purchased within the last month I’ve got about five cans of the value size which is a 32 ounce can and then two of the 12 ounce cans wanting to simply switch the gentle that we cannot use for the hypoallergenic which the hypoallergenic is actually more expensive so I would end up owing which is fine I just want to get the formula we can actually use in the store refused to issue a gift card so I could order a case online or even switch in store after contacting the Parents Choice corporate office they advised me it’s a store to store decision which is even more disheartening that if you stick by your brand so much simply just switch it out I’m not asking for money in my pocket I’m simply asking to switch to the same brand just a different type of formula for a child who physically cannot take the milk-based formula. And even states on the can of Parents Choice that they guarantee that you and your baby will be satisfied and if you or your baby or not you can contact and get a full refund or an exchange which is clearly false advertisement because that’s not the case for us

Most of the associates are awesome. It depends on the time you are there.

I feel like this is one of those places you shop at because you have to. The selections and prices are great of course, but they dont do anything to really wow a customer. The bathrooms are clean sometimes but in other times are in disrepair. The staff are friendly enough but never really seem excited to work there. There is nothing so bad about this place that would turn me off entirely, but nothing so great that I would give them accolades either.

Too many empty shelves and this continously from week to week; same shelves. Seniors unable to stand for an ungodly amount of time and then try to check themselves out. I asked the store manager to open one lane to assist and she said that is not how its done. So, back into along line to wait to checkout; the other line was just as long. So, since this is not assisting me or my senior friends; we have decided to NO longer to give Walmart our business. I alone spend at least a hundred a week or more just for groceries alone and I DONT RECEIVE A PAYCHECK FROM THE FAMILY OF SAM WALTON TO CHECK and BAG THE GROCERIES. So, goodbye and hope you continue to make billions!

This walmart will go out of their way to NOT help you, whether by phone or in person. I have had much more satisfaction shopping elsewhere. Pro tip: always call a store before you shop.

We are in the area for a month, so I spent over 2 hours finding groceries. Had an overflowing cart. Get to check out.....all do it yourself. I promptly left the cart and walked out the door. So infuriating! No more Walmart for me ever! Its just not worth it.

Lazy employees.... And dont even bother with their delivery they never send everything. Ive even had them say out of stock or unavailable and then I go find it right after my delivery because I know they have it.

They usually have all if what you need, BUT... The Craft section(z) are my go to :) Even though some of their stuff like Glitter iz priced a bit to high, but for the most part haz good Quality!!

Huge variety of any and everything you need... The only problem I had was absolutely ZERO cashiers they have 2 huge self checkout stations but not one actual cashier its annoying

Our pick up order was messed up giving us bad food, and weird substitutions We ordered four just crack and eggs and they were out so instead of giving us four of another type they gave us one Jimmy Dean really made egg in a cup........ Does that make sense to you? And if it does this is probably the place for you

I really like this store. My husband didnt because all they had was self checkout.

Needed to make a credit card payment after the service desk was closed. A little after 9 and a couple of young ladies I cant recall their names were really helpful and even accepted my payment at the service desk after they had closed it.

This store had lots of shopper. Lot of essential items were.out of stock. Employees were nice.

Put $1 in the coke machine and apparently a can is $99.95. Went to the service desk to get my money back (cause the refund button doesnt work of course), and they told me they dont own the machine so I cant get my money back. Called Coca-Cola and they cant help either. Money trap.

I bought a gift for my granddaughter. Excellent. I also did my shopping. Great buys.

Well, I used to love shopping at Walmart because of descent prices and products but even that isnt enough for me go back. They have rearranged and I struggle to find things. Also, replacing cashiers by having you do it all by yourself. Its just a struggle at times to load and reload your groceries multiple times, especially if your shopping alone.

I hate self check out. I am disabled, I DO NOT get a W2 from Walmart why dont they Dr do their job?

Fast self checkout with no waiting

I along with so many others hate the self checkouts. Its a shame that we are forced to use them and do away with people and their jobs. I like being able to talk to someone when Im checking out. A person is more helpful than a self checkout. Everyone just assumes that everyone can manage one of those. I can do it but there are so many others who cant and feel intimidated by it and therefore will not go there. I Probably only go to Walmart four times a year anyway, they are just so big I dont even enjoy shopping at them. The one I go to mostly is in Carrollton oh, I do enjoy that one

They are outta alot of things that I imagine everyone is needing at the moment. They could also use alot more employees cause there is no one to help. Other than those things, it seemed to be pretty good for Frankfort.

Hopefully this is just temporary because of their remodel but it is currently a hot mess!!! The lines are incredibly long and theres only a handful of cashiers at the front. They need more employees to assist during their remodel or they shouldnt remodel until they do have the staff to cover.Update: I didnt think it was quite fair that I reviewed this during construction. They are still going through some construction but the last time I went, the checkout was much quicker and it was during a busy time. Im hoping things will continue to improve.

Two days in a row now I have made no less than 5 attempts at calling in to talk to ANYBODY. Lots of ringing, no answer. I also called the Auto Center to check on getting my car serviced. It rang and rang and rang. Then an automated answering system came on and I was on hold for over 5 minutes and nobody came to the phone. So I hung up and scheduled my service at a different auto service shop in Frankfort. During this pandemic, life is frustrating enough. More business is completed over the phone and online than ever before. You would figure a major corporation like Walmart would insure that there were always someone to do something as basic as picking up the phone.

Shelfs stocked, a lot without mask. Low on employee support. Check out all customer diy... Maybe they should offer us health care for doing thier jobs...

Its horrible not having a register with a person . Im disabled and cant do the self serve and the attendants dont wanna help you. Plus I dont like giving my pin number out to people.

Absolutely the worst Walmart there is ....Cannot get anyone to answer the phone at the service desk .. Ive spent over an hour waiting for someone to answer the phone in auto service to check on a tire I ordered on line I guess they expected me to drive 20 miles just to be told it has not got there ...So no answer in Auto service called Service put on hold got shut off called back told I was second in line got cut off called back put on hold then talked to about every department there...This is crazy if you dont have enough employees shut the place down and beg K- Mart back each one is about the same .And one star is too many

The produce was old shrivelled and molded! You would think people would be able to see this and take it off the shelves wouldnt you? Since there are no cashiers and we have to check ourselves out why are your class c products still so expensive? Also, Why are your stores so poorly stocked? My Mother ordered delivery option on groceries and items today. Door dash brings it and half the order is missing. Walmart went above and beyond and sent one of their associates - Tim. to my mothers home at 7pm with her missing items and a gift card for the mistake and inconvenience!!! They truly went above and beyond to make sure my mother was pleased. Thank you Walmart.You get a 10 star from us.Tim was a very friendly associate and very kind. We truly appreciate it.Kindness matters and today it was shown.

This store is the closest location to me but it appears that this location (Frankfort, Ky) does not seem as well or widely stocked as the Lexington, Kentucky location. Ive also noticed the hours are much shorter than other locations, including the store in Nichols Park (Lexington, Ky.)... my preferred Walmart store.However, I do admit this store located in Frankfort, Kentucky, does appear to be stocked with the essential things and items most of the time, just not quite nearly the larger selection of products, as is in more established or main locations in other places.The store seems to be clean and efficient and the employees seem to be quite nice and informative and helpful and other than the fact that I cannot find many items at this location that I could find at other Walmart locations, I find everything else about this store to be very acceptable.

Complete total pig sty. Empty shelves. Pallets ready to shelve setting in isle not being attended. 100% self check out. Sam walton would be completely ashame

Walmart in Frankfort KY, has always been a great place to shop. Customer service is wonderful. I rarely have to stand in line for more than a few minutes. The store and bathrooms are always clean! THANKS WALMART!

I wont be going back to this place to shop. There was no regular check outs open. You had to self checkout. It was a joke to scan a cart full of groceries. Once you scanned the item the small area you bagged at was a joke. Then you had to place the bag you gust bagged up in the cart on top of the items you needed to get out to scan. I always liked walmart but last night put a bad taste in my mouth. Come close to leaving the cart and going home.👇👇

Loved their food! Staff was super sweet and attentive. Prices were very reasonable and portions large.

Not much in stock. The bathrooms were not open in the back of the store. The front one were not much to be desired. Very smelly. The staff here are usually focused on their work (which is great) but that work does not include customer service. You stay out of their way they are, well, still disgruntled but not as haughty. Overall, the last few times i have been to this wal mart i have left unhappy and disappointed.

Horrible for vegans kroger has somewhere between 2-10 times the amount of vegan groceries. they have tried to do right by the mens clothing department but honestly i think they need to hire a fashion embassador to really pull off a decent selection. as far as the womens department goes they hardly ever have anything young looking for plus sized women so you should check out shein instead. the dvd blueray section is really kind of pointless at this point with all the streaming options out there, im surprised it even still exists. computer, phone, printers, and gaming section is still relevant although im not sure how much longer physical games will be. bedding and toiletries section is really the most valuable sections though. with good deals, jersey knit sheets, a cheap toothbrush with interchangeable heads, and electric shavers these really are where the place shines. well there and the garage. aside from that i really have no need for this place until the holidays start rolling around.

Having deliveries is the best thing for so many people that I I dont see things going back the other way.

Walmart, in general, had helpful and friendly staff; a fellow in Electronics went above and beyond the call of duty assisting me with a camera purchase. However, when I was leaving the store, I met Franklin, who seems to be on a power trip. First, he asked to see my receipt for my purchases. Then, he wants to see the receipt for the bag from electronics (a small separate bag). There were all kinds of people coming and going while I was singled out for this attention, so I asked him how I qualified for his attention. My pillows werent in bags, he said. I had bought 2 pillows for my bed. I tried to call the store manager all the way home to discuss this, but no one ever answered the phone at Walmart. So now I am curious as to the frequency of bed pillow theft, like, is this some Branch of the underground economy? Or did this old dude hassle me because he could? At any rate, I think the next time I need something from Walmart, I will go to Versailles, or Lexington. Or Atlanta, GA even.

Found everything I needed and more. Cashiers are helpful at checkout in U scan , associate asked if I needed help finding anything as I was looking in a clearanced buggy. Shelves were stocked with things I needed.store was fairly organized, Wheelchair accessible, and easy entrance . Carts were properly cleaned between customers as they come in the building again.

The Frankfort Walmart is all self check out. (There was a checkout lady that saw me with a few items & checked me out.) My opinion its doing away with much needed jobs. Plus I think of the elderly. I myself did not like it. Been going to Lawrenceburg. Went to Shelbyville when up that way. They both still have checkout clerk. I hope & pray they keep it that way.Terry D.

I just wanted to thank the lady who worked on second shift yesterday in electronics for helping me find the USB chord I needed for the camera my mom bought me. It turned out to be the correct one and I wont have to bring it back after all.

Great store. Prices are good. Again not great for certain items. There sites always clean and neat. Just at this store the employees are why it doesnt get 5 starts. Most of them arent nice at all. They have 0 customer service quality. And it really wouldnt be so bad if the supervisor And managers were half way decent but theyre just as rude. I believe that may be the reason they do not care how there employees treat there customers..

I understand they are remodeling the store however they only had 5 checkouts opened and they were all self checkouts. The lines were backed up and it took an hour to checkout. They couldve had someone open a register to help out. This is why I dont shop at walmart anymore
