Mediocre at best. Some weeks they bring cleans jeans for me, some weeks they dont. Some weeks they dont take my dirty jeans when they come to my building. They promise me expedited service and tell me, We will make a special trip there and you will have clean jeans tomorrow, but that never has happened.

Lived in Frankfort, Indiana and never heard a bad word about Cintas. Quite the contrary. Heard a lot of good. But like any business there will always be a few detractors whose true motive for knocking Cintas can never be really known. Keep up the great work Cintas, and be safe!

A lot of doors. Slide your tandems back all the way. We were here for about two hours so be prepared for a long wait. We were getting unloaded. A lot of drop and go trailers. They scan your paperwork when you go through the gate. Easy to get to. Cant park here overnight.

Your service is TERRIBLE. My uniforms are not only the wrong size, but when I put them in the orange service bag and explained in plain English the problem, your route driver went through my companys hampers and tossed every bag in the corner of our uniform room and didnt even take them back to your facility for service! So what do I do for uniforms the following week? I NEED these uniforms. I not only work with cutting torches, welders, high voltage equipment, but every job in my factory can KILL you. These uniforms are a critical to the safety of my workplace and myself yet you let your route drivers just pitch out the ones that need replaced? What kind of service can you call this... can you tell me?Also, as a side note, workers in my company have a patch on our uniforms. Its called the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA flag. We wear it with PRIDE becayse our job helps build this country (Steel). So why isnt this put on every uniform? Some new employees dont get them, and some have even had them put on UPSIDE DOWN!! This is a slap in the face, not only to an AMERICAN, but also to my company who PAYS you for FULL service. I spent 6 years in the Armed Forces and recently got in to the Maintenance department and surprise surprise... WRONG SIZE uniforms and NO AMERICAN FLAG. Can ANYONE in your company tell me why your service is like this??
