I blew out a tire and was towed into Big O Tires. They got to my car quickly. They explained the tire options and there was no pressure to buy an expensive tire. The work was done quickly, even though they were busy. Their waiting area had air conditioning too. This was an excellent experience!

Worst service ever! They offer pickup, but failed twice (1st was acknowledged by text, but store couldnt verify appointment made online, so they never showed; 2nd, they never even acknowledged online or by text). Taking it to the store and leaving it overnight, they didnt even do the brake job I asked for, but charged $87 for oil change (the most Ive ever paid); never called to say they couldnt do brakes that day, but would have charged me $770 for brakes/ rotor the following week. -- I took my car to Jiffy Lube the next day and got the job done the same day for over $100 less ($660).

Rotated and balanced my tires after dealership did a sub par job. $29. Worked me in but had to wait about 45 minutes. They are better and do not vibrate as much at 70 which was the problem.

The customer service here is pathetic. The manager Matt is useless, along with the other associates.I bought my tires from another location but needed a flat repair here. The tire was not repairable so they were ordering a new one. I came in after a week to find out it wasn’t there. Matt gave excuses like tire and driver shortages. I said that’s okay. Another week passes and same story. I called the following week and they couldn’t find my order anywhere. I got tired of it and called another location and they will have my tire in 2 days.They are very unprofessional and don’t care about the customer. The fact that they let me drive on my spare for this long and didn’t offer assistance is incredible and dangerous.Please stay far away from here if possible. Don’t regret it like I did.

We were on a road trip and blew a tire, the staff at Big O Tires were friendly and efficient and got us back on the road in no time. The man who changed our tire checked all the tires and made sure that we were safe to go. All this at 5:00, right before closing!

First time I had been to this business and I will gladly say Ill be happy to return. Matt (who is the manager I believe) was very polite, very professional, and persuaded me to buy two tires instead of just one. Tires came a little late because of a shortage of drivers, but I still didnt care. My car now rides like a dream and Im so glad I called them. The young lady who was working the front was also an exceptional employee--very courteous and had a great sense of humor. Will definitely go back!

My last visit will be my last. It has taught me that you have to watch them like a hawk. My $350 front brake job became $1200+! From the beginning, I asked for no lifetime warranty; I got charged for one. I asked that my old but still almost new brake pads be used; they put new ones on. And worse, they put a new $400+ part on when a good aftermarket OEM part would have sufficed and been less expensive. Actually, that wasnt the worst. The worst was using one of the old rotors but being charged for two new ones. To top it off, a new light is on on the dashboard. I also got sold what I was made to believe was an interest-free loan from an outfit called EasyPay, to help pay for it. They are so NOT interest-free that I will end up paying almost twice as much for the whole thing. My car isnt perfect; its rusty as hell underneath. Its not worth the money Ive had to spend on it there. I might look into legal action but in the end, I will now watch everything a mechanic does to my car. Tis my warnig to everyone.

Michelin rep sent me here a while back because I complained one of my Michelin tires cannot be properly balanced and as a result I have trepidation at certain speeds (60-80mph). They checked and said there is nothing wrong with the tire, maybe a bit out of balance, they did a balance and send me on my way (no charge - thats why 2 stars) - but my car still shaking at 65-75. Please note: my wheels were brand new. Tires were still under warranty. I went to another shop and asked to switch back wheels with front wheels and suddenly the car is barely shaking - better, but still not good! I suffered a couple more months and then I decided to replace my tires (still had warranty), and now my car is glued to the road, shame on you Michelin and shame on you Big O Tires for covering for them! In the future will never buy Michelin again, will try to avoid Big O Tires.

Ive been coming to Big O for oil changes and other maintenance for a few years now. Tim is who I normally try to work with. I really appreciate his customer service and the customer service of everyone up there. Its especially nice that they are actually very close to where I live so thats an added plus. They all seem to be very respectful of your vehicles and are always busy which shows that they must be doing something right or why would anybody come to him. Thumbs up all around for everything they do.

Best place if you like friendly, helpful and patient staff. No one is perfect, they try hard to please their customers. We have been coming here for years. Have tried other places, but no one marches their customer service.

I will not go here ever again. I went in for my front brakes. They told me I needed front brakes back ones and all new roters. It was 700 dollars. When I got my suv back the rearview mirror was broken off and just laying in the front seat... I called and was told someone would call back. Never happened. On top of that it is still making the same grinding noise when I gave it to them. So I am gonna be out more money. So sad I am a single mom. I dont have free money to give away. So DISAPPOINTED.

Fixed me up quick during my lunch break.

My first experience was about six months ago when they did an alignment job on my car. No big deal, but afterwards the tire pressure sensor light came on, an issue that I’ve never had before. My psi was perfectly fine. I decided to call the company and let them know the issue at hand, they told me no big deal, bring the car in tomorrow and we will fix it. Well tomorrow comes around and they “fix it” get home in the light is on again. Decided to go there again the next day to make them fix it, they claimed that they fixed it and the light came on yet again. I finally decided to go to Walmart to get it fixed for a few bucks, they said that the sensor was actually busted. Since the issue wasn’t that expensive I gave it no mind...Most recently, I go to get my alignment done again while it’s still under warranty. I allegedly had until the fifth when the warranty expired. I set an appointment for a certain date and time. I drive up to the store and they said that they don’t have the parts in the store yet. OK. I am make another appointment, for the following week, and was told that they’re running extremely behind because someone went home, or this that and the third. Now I’m a little confused. But still Giving them the benefit of the doubt. I set yet another appointment for the following week. I got the alignment done along with a control arm fixed. It went a lot faster than what I anticipated. As soon as I pulled out of the lot and tried to come to a stop, my steering wheel was shaking like crazy. Something that did not happen until I went to this store... now anytime I slow down, be it on a residential street, or even on the highway, my steering will shakes like crazy and my car will occasionally jerk to the left for some odd reason. Either way I’m done with this store entirely. The front desk receptionist are always super sweet and kind to me. And the managers always at least try to make sure that I am well taken care of. But the mechanics behind that door have no idea what they’re doing. It’s extremely frustrating that I literally just wasted $300 on an issue that still isn’t fixed and could possibly wreck my car. If you want quality work done, save up your money a little bit and go to tire discounters or somewhere else. Avoid this place at all costs.

Very disappointing. Waited over two hours for a tire repair. Was told only two people in front of me. Waited longer and was told again only two more people. Still didn’t have the tire fixed or even serviced. I had to ask for my tire back and go to another dealer. I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere from here on out. And please don’t blame Covid for being overlooked.

These people have no idea what they are doing. Spent $600 for the problem to not be fixed. Brought my car here to find out why it was shaking and they said it was my back brake when they were finished I drove off and my car still shaking. People are getting screwed by these people who either dont know what they are doing or just flat out scamming and dont care. Dont waste your money

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They worked with me on purchasing a used tire until I was ready to buy new ones. I called around about brake prices and they are much lower than the garage I’ve been using for repairs. While I was in the waiting room someone came in with a complaint about their repair which is going to happen in any shop from time to time. However they were very responsive to the customer and seemed to be genuinely concerned about resolving the issue.

Best place to get big tires. I have 22 inch rims, and most places cant seat tires over 20 inches. I called around, and their prices were better than anywhere else by about 200 total after you looked at all the fees and everything. The staff has been there forever, they all know what theyre talking about, and theyre professional and helpful.

If I could give zero stars I would. Brought my car in to get the tires balanced. 40 minutes later they give me my car having done only a rotation, which I didnt ask for. I told the guy who checked me in that the tires on the back are larger then the front so they would put them back on correctly. I also told the guy who did the work on the car the same. Another 25 minutes later they finish balancing the tires. I pay and check and guess what, they put the wrong tires on the front!!! So now we are an hour and a half in and I am losing money from work due to them making me late. Manager did not offer any compensation or discount for the multiple screw ups. I wrote this review while I was waiting for them to finish. When they finished I found they had scratched every single one of my rims putting them back on, through the color down to the aluminum!!! The guy putting them on used an impact gun, didnt stop when it scratched the first one and did all of them that way. These arent $20 walmart rims they are Work Emotion 11Rs that cost $380.00 a piece. I would NOT recommend this place if you value your property, as they do not take pride in their work.

Based on my experience I will not visit here again and I would recommend that others avoid them as well. A second opinion from another service place is well-advised. Use caution before using Big O Tires in Frankfort. I explained an ongoing brake problem to the technician and was told the brakes would get worse before they could be better. A second opinion showed the brake line had rusted in half. This was found after my brakes failed and I hit the front of a building. Big O Tires in Frankfort made ZERO effort to even look at the brakes and the technician didnt care at all about our issue. TERRIBLE service.

My the tires I just bought are great (nitto ridge grappler g2s) my experience with Matt the store manager was great, was very knowledgeable and a lot of help. He scheduled me for an appointment the next day, he was not there and the service was not as good. Theyre two options for mounting these specific tires one side has a more aggressive pattern. I requested the aggressive side out, when I return to pick up my truck they were installed the other way, I asked if there was a specific reason they were installed the other direction and the lady at the counter told me both sides were exactly the same multiple times. Its always a let down when you are more knowledgeable about a product than the person selling it to you. After she told me three times that I was wrong with a attitude she told me that they could turn them around. I said no thank you I will be going someplace else for my next $1,200 set of tires. Im no auto technician but Im pretty sure tire pressure should also be consistent.38 3935 41

While waiting, one of your techs with pretty fingers nails came out of back with papers and plenty to do on her smile. She redirected and asked how she could help. As director of First Impressions, she pulled up my ticket and worked to overcome the computers attitude and closed out my ticket promptly to send me on my way. I thought this type of friendly service and high quality work at a bargain price were long forgotten in the past. I am so grateful to have this shop close by and will only bring my car there from now on. They only fix what needs fixing, they do it quickly, and they do it right the first time. All the staff from Rhonda who answered the phone when we first called to the mechanics who completed the work on our car were fantastic. Will definitely be returning in the future for any issues with our car. With the new tires, brakes and rotors our car rides like a dream now. We called at 12:30pm and they got us in at 2pm same day. We were also told first about any issues they saw to get approval.

Friendly and very helpful customer service at this Big O Tires. I took the car in because I was hearing a noise under the front and with the tires while driving - they test drove my car and checked it carefully for any issues and assured me it was fine. They didnt even charge for their time and effort on this. I will definitely bring my car back to them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone else who needs car services, not just their great tires!Thanks, Big O Team - you are great!

Absolutely the worst service imaginable. My wife went with a hole in her tire, she was told they could not remove the lug nuts and sent her home with less than 10 psi in the tire. With a 3 year old child. 10 psi. We are honestly thinking about taking legal action over their ineptitude. Pathetic. Do not go here ever.

My friend and I were on our way to Virginia yesterday when we got a flat. At other places we would have had to wait 3-7 days to get a tire but we called Big O Tires today and they ordered a tire and it came early afternoon! They went above and beyond to help us and make sure sure we were able to get back on the road asap. Thank you Tom for ordering the tire and everyone who helped us! Had some customer service issues that left me disappointed at a different tire garage in Frankfort. In fact my vehicle now needs more repair than it did after they replaced a tire and failed to rotate or balance despite a specific request to do just that.Stopped in Big O on a referral after discovering a tire leak from a roofing nail (that was in the tire while in the previously mentioned garage) and explained my experience I just had. The front desk clerk was understanding and sympathetic to my frustration and convinced me they could handle it responsibly and they did. Got a lube oil and filter, my car was done in 30 minutes, price was 47 and change so very competitive. Was quoted on tires when I arrived and was very pleased with the price, overall happy with my experience, I will be a returning customer.

Friendly and have always gotten great service there

I came in asking them to check my driver side blinker on my 1997 Honda Accord. They popped out and broke my driver side running light. It wasnt even my blinker that they were trying to fix. I went home with a broken side running light that was hanging on by a wire. I was told me they would order a part that I didnt even need. I went home and found that the blinker light had just been unplugged. I plugged it in and it worked right away. How was it so hard to fix? I will never be doing business with Big O Tires again in the future. Next time, Google where the blinker light is on a 1997 Honda Accord before you start breaking things.

The rim on my 2019 Ford F350 King Ranch was damaged by a tire tech and I was lied to about it. I stopped in for a tire repair on July 23rd. After speaking to the tech and taking a seat in the waiting room, I was approached by the tech about 10 minutes later and asked if there was a special trick to getting my center caps off. I told him it was a brand new truck and the tires had never been off the truck, but I didnt think there was any thing special about them. I accompanied the tech outside to my truck where there were now two other young men trying to remove my center cap. One of them handed the other a pry bar and he proceeded to place it against my brand new rims and pry. After scratching my rim he then asked one of the other techs for a rag to place around the pry bar. My center caps have more than one slot to remove them and I saw where there were cuts and grooves just outside one of the other slots in my center cap! I immediately pointed out the damage next to the other slot from where they had been prying before I came out and I was immediately and rudely answered with We didnt do that! Oh yes you did! My truck has 13,000 miles on it and those rims have never been off the truck! Luckily, my step daughter, who was with me at the time, has a friend that works there and saw them damage my rim. He made sure to let us know what he had seen and that he had no part in damaging my rim or trying to cover it up. I was told the owner would call me that afternoon, but a week later I have yet to hear from him. I will be calling them tomorrow. I would also like to thank the young man that was willing to tell us the truth. The world needs more honest people like you in the service industry. Good job.

My overall experience was great! I purchased a set of 4 new tires from your establishment on 5/13/2019 and had them mounted. The service was fast and great! My only concern is that I was offered the alignment check after the tires were mounted and service was complete and I have to go back in a week after I have gotten my new tires. It was explained that my tires can go bad without an alignment, so my question is why was the alignment check not done after the new tires were put on? I had to take off work to get the tires purchased and mounted and now I have to go back again and take off work for an alignment check and possibly an alignment. Is this common practice? If not, it seems like a waste of my time if it could have been done while the vehicle was getting serviced.

The employees were friendly and helpful. The service was very good. The car was ready on time and in good condition.

We have had nothing but problems with this place. After taking my husbands truck there and spending thousands of dollars, his truck was still having issues so we had another mechanic take a look atIt and come to find out, the things Big O said they fixed, they didn’t. Not once, but twice. They charged us money for hours of labor of work that wasn’t even done. You can’t trust them to get the correct work needed done on your vehicle and feel safe.

Brought in a truck that looked like the alternator and battery needed to be replaced and the initial estimate was jus that and priced at $633. Once the repairman got into the service he discovered it was just a faulty wire and instead of a $633 repair it was only $135. They could have easily stuck me with the higher repair and I would have been none the wiser so I appreciate the honesty.I have taken a lot of vehicles to this shop and in fact had another vehicle at the shop at the same time for a routine oil change. If I need additional service I wont hesitate to go there.

Dropped my car off for a simple balance and rotation. Was told it would not take no more than 2 hours because they where busy. I even had an appointment. 6 hours later I pick my car up and when I get home I am missing lug nut covers. I call and talk to TOM who is the manager and he informed me that he told me they was missing and needed to be replaced and it was written on the bottom of my Receipt. I was not told the covers where missing on my car and it is not on my receipt. I told him I just wanted what was missing replaced and he told me he was not going to do that or help me. I have been a customer of big o for years in Louisville and love them. I’m taking it to the louisville location tomorrow to have them make this right. I will never go to this location again. I just happen to be working in the area today. Tom is a poor manager.

This is the best place in Frankfort for car service and tires. . Reasonable prices and great customer service. . The techs are knowledgeable and professional. . Just ask for Tommy, hell hook you up.

She treated me with the upmost respect and was extremely knowledgeable. She was able to answer every question and did so very politely. I also saw her give the same quality of customer service to everyone who walked through the door. Prices were extremely reasonable and the customer service was excellent. I will definitely be back.

Great service, everything explained. After having an alignment they found a bolt in my tire, they repaired it and didn’t charge me for it. It’s that kind of service that keeps me coming back.

This garage has a very knowledgeable staff but be ready to set & wait atleast an hour. The prices are reasonable. The best way to get your car repaired here is to drop your car off for repairs & pick it up later on. Overall good service.

I personally like Big O Tires today I had an appointment for 9:00am to have all 4 tires replaced & balanced. Alignment checked which was free (so why not). And I was ready to leave by 10:00. Yep, Im a happy camper.

Worst place ever. Went here to get a new tire around 12:00. Was told 30 minute wait. After 2 hours, I asked how much longer. was told I was next. Still two hours later, still no tire on my car. Next time I will go to tire discounters.

I had a tire blowout at 4.35, as soon as I left work Friday, by the time I got to BIG O, TREY, DOUG & TOMMY, had me set up and ready to go, despite their closing time at 6:00, they were not concerned with any of that, only customers. Brought my vehicle in Saturday to replace bearings. These people are professional, inexpensive and honest. The people working on my car always look like they are enjoying what they do and I never have a complaint about the work or pricing. 24 years of bringing my vehicles to these folks and ill continue.

Employees were not wearing masks. Mechanics clothes and hands were extremely dirty and they took zero precautions to keep my vehicle interior clean.

Our family had just hit the road from Georgetown headed to Vegas and we had a blow out before Frankfort. We called while the hubs was putting on a spare and they were waiting for us and worked us in as an emergency change. All six kids stayed in the car and the baby even stayed asleep!
