They got me taken care of so fast! The cost was minimal to my wallet and I love it! They were so nice and explained in detail what was going to happen so I could understand! Felt like they legitimately wanted to help me with my emergency and didnt just want money! They even checked out another issue I had for free!

I cant say enough good things about my experience with the gentlemen at Aamco. I took my Rogue in on a Monday afternoon and we heard from them early on a Tuesday morning with a diagnostic. My husband was convinced it was a CVT belt when it ended up being the mass airflow sensor. We opted for my dad to fix that, and when I went in to pick it up they gave me the full diagnostic print out, and told me to not worry if the check engine light stayed on a little after the sensor was replaced. Sure enough, a week later, after the sensor was replaced, the light went off. Thank you all for your help with fixing my vehicle! We will be back Im sure! Hopefully, not soon though!

I took my truck out for them to look at , i had just had a clutch and slave cylinder put on by my son in law , and was unsure of my clutch petal going all the way to the floor, the guys there looked at my truck told me it was doing that we’re i had replaced everything, so when i went to pick my truck up , the guy said no charge! really nice of them ,

Oil change and transmission fluid changed done quickly. Price was more than reasonable. New management, Bill was efficient. Would recommend. Went again for problems and Bill listened to car , made evaluation and car was fixed in 5 mind. At minimum cost. 2 trips and very satisfied. Never like to visit auto shops but these were positive trips.

Had transmission serviced 5 months ago had torque converter shutter could have said that I needed a new transmission but they did a basic transmission flush and filll with the right deviated fluid ford recommended years later fixed problem nice experience

This shop has new ownership and they have did a great job for us! Tom is the new manager and has been very helpful and saved us on multiple occasions! I appreciate the honesty!

This place takes advantage of women. They charged me 1150 to fix a car that nearly caught fire less than 24 hours after leaving the shop. My car began to overheat less than 15 minutes after it first left the shop. The owner refused to answer or return my call. The next day my car nearly caught fire as I tried to take it back to the shop. The owner Tom refused to send me a tow truck. He refused to look at my car and he refused to refund me my 1150. Before I let Tom work on my car he assured me that he could fix Mercedes benz. After I told him about the problems with the car after the repairs he told me it was outside his scope and could not fix the car. I am a young woman who has been taken advantage of by this mechanic. He is a thief and a liar and very very rude.

Had a Toyota Tacoma transmission fixed here several years ago and it was not working right after several attempts of them fixing it. Had to take it to Kentucky Transmission and have it fixed right. Still waiting on the refund. If you want good transmission work, take it to Kentucky Transmission.

Great facility top notch work very fast and the manager is all about customer service and the mechanics are very knowledgeable if you need anything done to your vehicle this is the place to go!!!!

Honest people

My alternator went out the day before I needed to go to a wedding in another state. They worked me in, promised completion by the end of the day and delivered on their promise.

Took my wifes Subaru here to have front axle looked at said it was bad replaced it. Week later the other one started popping took it back in they replaced it. On the way home it started shaking, took it back in they replaced the one they just put in and said it was still shaking and that it was coming from the rear. Told me to wait until got worse and bring it back in. So I took it to Subaru and Subaru said the axleswerent properly mounted and had to replace both front axles. Went to Aamco to see if they could get the axles they put in refunded. They refused to help gave me the invoices and told me to try and get the money back myself. Which I did. Will never be back.

DONT GO HERE!!! especially if youre a young girl, theyll lie to your face. they told me my heater cord was broken, which is around $600-$900 to fix, said theyd give me a deal and do it for $350. Had someone else check it out, it was a gum wrapper stuck in a air conditioner...it was only $100 to fix. only go here if you wanna get screwed outta some money.

Awful! They had my truck 2 weeks to replace the transmission. After getting it back, the transmission failed one week later. They towed it back in, took 3 more weeks to get it back. Every day I called they told me it would be ready tomorrow.
