I had some warranty work that I needed done before going to Florida for vacation. I was scheduled for the Thursday before, which was very nice. After I dropped the car off, Heather called me and we discussed the issue I was having, and the chance that it may not repeat for the service tech. They would give it their best shot. Later she called me and explained in detail what they found, and that it was replaced. She was very thorough, and very professional, and has the kind of customer service skills that make me want to keep coming back. Shes my favorite of all the service managers Ive dealt with over the past 10 years. Because of her, I feel more comfortable bringing my vehicles to you for service and repair. Thank you for that!

Excellent service. When Heather contacted me about my vehicle, she explained the issue and the repairs needed. She explained my after market warranty and how the process worked. Very professional and comforting. Repairs were completed ahead of time and they worked with my schedule for pick up time. Definitely won my business.

I forgot her name, but the person who oversaw my appointment reservation, who also dealt with me when I brought the car in for service, was excellent!

Neil Huffman Nissan in Frankfort, KY were wonderful. I drove from Lexington, KY to Frankfort in hopes they could repair a few things and do an oil change on my husbands car after being turned away at the Nissan Dealership in Lexington. They took my car notifying me that it might be a few days and had it ready by Monday at closing. Heather Spaulding, the service representative at the front desk, was very kind and helpful as well. They have wonderful customer service and they did a wonderful job on our car! My husband and I will certainly come back for maintenance again in the future!

When Heather came on board, I came back to Nissan to have my cars serviced. I have nothing but great things to say about Heather & her service team! Service Department was great! Constant communication with updates from service manager. Very professional.

No issues with the maintenance, but my truck was ransacked overnight in their lot and someone stole my car charger, CDs, and a whole toolbox full of bungee cords and tie downs. I asked them to review their security footage and they said it didnt show anything. If you go there for service, please make sure to ask them to lock the doors to your vehicle - or better yet, remove everything of value!

Heather and her Service Department did a great job of getting me up and running and back on the road late on a busy Friday afternoon. I came in on a tow truck and was out and on the way home about an hour later.

Repair conducted on time. Very nice staff. No transportation offered. Had to walk home while serviced.

Worst service department ever, the service manager won’t take into the fact that if a technician messed up while service my vehicle and accidentally add transmission fluid to it when he wasn’t supposed to, then he might want to cover it up because he might get fired. The mess up would come out of Neil Huffmans pocket. Instead says someone added the fluid but her guys didn’t, so basically she is saying I did it and her people are perfect. I will never purchase another Nissan again and my mother when she needs her oils changed or car serviced she will be taking it to lexington or another dealership to give them her business.

Customer service is always great, but I was there 2 hours for an oil change which was extremely frustrating and disappointing!

Recently made a purchase and they were great! I wasnt in the market for a Nissan but they made if very easy to come back. The discussion on what i required and within my range was their main priority.The car was delivered to Louisville and drove my trade in back. This was a very easy transaction and they were professional. Recommend this place if youre in the market.
